Never had great service in this store but TODAY takes the cake. There was a line when I walked in but there were 3 employees so I thought it might go quick. When I move up to the first person in line the female employee shouts "ma'am you can go to the kiosk and scan your package and just leave it". I said "oh, well I prefer to wait, I'm not sure how to work it and I need some tape, plus I'm next anyway". She then yells "I JUST told you how to do it". Everyone in the store is hearing all of this. I was completely embarrassed. She basically forced me to use the kiosk instead of just waiting for an actual employee. I had to leave my package with no tape and no idea if it's actually going to be sent. As a small business owner I use UPS a lot, but I will do anything I can to avoid using them in the future. Can you believe he knew exactly who I was and before I could utter a word, he goes "Heyyyy Mrs. Sheila did You receive your paintings Saturday?" I just got hung up on by the rudest associate I have ever come in contact with, I am missing an item from the 9 amazon returns I dropped off yesterday. Even missing from my receipt. Amazon has not received any tracking informination on this item alone. And I was told from the UPS unprofessional young girl I spoke with oh well and was hung up on. Really? Every time I'm here, there is always a line and at least one of the associates has AirPods in and is carrying on a personal phone call while helping customers. How might you ask? Well it is accomplished by addressing the customer as minimally and with as few syllables as possible. The first time I came in, I wrote it off as an off day. But I have come to realize that this is the norm at this location. Two stars instead of one because at least the line moves relatively quickly. But truly the customer service is abysmal. read more

I brought in a scope to ship, neatly packaged and ready. Upon arrival, the employee asked what was in my package. As I had nothing illegal, liquid, hazardous, etc., I readily told her... only to be refused. Apparently, this UPS store owner has something against sporting goods and has a policy wherein this store will not ship anything related to sporting goods. Picked up a package (Express envelope). The employees at this location thought that it was a good idea to give me an empty package. Between the store employees or the delivery drivers, a hole was cut into the envelope and the item that I ordered was pulled out. A store employee had folded the express envelope into three and placed a received label on the express envelope to keep it folded. They knew that my item was missing and handed me an empty package anyway. When I came back in all three employees lied and had an attitude when I was asking them what are the next steps I should follow and I asked them why would they give me the package and try to hide the fact that there had been a hole cut in the envelope. What is the proper protocol that they should have followed? read more

First of all, it is now UPS policy that you must show your ID to ship anything. Slightly annoying (sllllloooooow) when they have to fill it out, but safety first I suppose. It is a tiny location but the staff is very friendly. As far as how busy it is, it is pretty hit or miss...I'm either in and out or waiting awhile...but it is right by my house, and I'm lazy. read more

I should preface this review by stating I have never actually been a paying customer at this UPS Store. Though, I have been a customer on quite a few different occasions. You see, I have this little issue with ordering clothes- lots of clothes- and shoes- even more shoes- online. Now, I know that these items are never exactly what I want when I order them. The color or the fit is always off or they just happened to have one hella good photographer for that website cuz they don't match what I built them up to be in my head. I digress. I make a lot of returns at this UPS. Granted- all that requires is my dropping a prepackaged box off inside the confines of this store. I have to give them a bit of a rave because I never have to wait in line. If they see me come in with a package, someone always takes it from me immediately and hands me a printed receipt. Regardless of the other people in line, as a drop off customer I am always taken care of immediately as it is a 5 second transaction. I feel like the US Postal service could take a cue from this place. There's a reason they are going under folks, and that reason rhymes with customer service. The other customers in line don't care that I am taken care of ahead of them because it doesn't require them waiting any longer- and they know when they come to drop off packages how great it is to literally walk in and out. Whenever I do send packages (which is rare) I fully intend on coming here or FedEx rather than the post office. I have better things to do with my time than wait in line for an hour because 1 of 2 employees decides to take her break every time I go in to mail something. It's rude, deplorable service and there are other businesses who obviously appreciate my money more than they do. You win UPS. read more

I've been a customer here for years. I always get great service with a great attitude. Sometimes the line can be a bit lengthy during busy periods. Overall I get what I need in a snap. They have packing supplies on site. You can get copies or send/receive faxes. They also have a nice selection of greeting cards when you've forgotten one to ship it with your present. They also do photo enlargements. Canvas prints. Party banners. They can also print menus flyers and other things of that nature. They also have a notary. read more

Service here has always been pretty good. UPS shipping costs more, of course, but it's usually worth it to know that your stuff actually gets there. I have bad memories of standing at FedEx counters forever, waiting for them to measure, weigh, and prep my package, but that's fortunately not the case here. On the scale, a quick measure, price quote, label, you're out the door. They also do deposits for USAA, and I've shockingly never had a problem with that. The first time I came here, I expected a confused look and a "Huh?," but they know exactly what I'm asking for and how to do it. Very quick and easy, and deposits show almost immediately. All in all, a good experience, and far preferable to dying of old age in the line at the post office. read more
