Everything seemed great when I brought my items in to be shipped. I was greeted politely, in a…read morefriendly and efficient manner. Boxing and shipping were arranged. I was provided with a receipt that had the tracking number. My shipment was to be delivered in three business days. I insured the shipment for $300 to cover some expensive items. I was traveling and two days later I tried to check on the progress of my package. The tracking number was not accepted. This made me concerned. I called the UPS store and I was on hold with a recording that stated over and over that someone would be with me momentarily. I let my phone go while I was taking care of other things. A half hour later the recording was still going. Nevertheless, the packages arrived on time, well wrapped, protected and in pristine condition. I would have given five stars but they made me worry. I still don't know what my recourse would have been had my package not gotten delivered.

I used to have a lot of bad experiences here, there was a guy with anger issues who would always…read moretalk trash anytime I had an issue I needed assistance with, but he's gone, and now there are two ladies there that I have dealt with for quite a long time who have been pleasant and helpful for now what must be years of on and off dropping off packages, it used to be a legitimate 1 star establishment in all regards but they have improved dramatically, they used to lose mail without even giving them acceptance scans, they'd just screw up so often and always attitude everytime I asked genuine questions, they've dramatically improved since then and the two ladies I greatly appreciate, especially the younger lady she is a very kind and personable human being that I genuinely enjoy interacting with and wishing her a wonderful day as I leave after my business. Thanks for being helpful to me when needed, and thanks for taking care of my shipping needs. This went from a location I avoided unless I just HAD to get something out quick as can be due to time constraints with my own schedule, to a place I actively go to do my business at. The turnaround is something I genuinely appreciate from the bottom of my heart, and thanks for letting that guy from years back at this point walk, retire, or whatever because my goodness he was a genuine drag, he ran his mouth so much and he was so unpleasant to deal with just a little rage monster of a man without good cause or reasoning, or at least none caused by the people he was taking his issues out on I should say at the very least. Much respect and thanks, I really like this location and the people at it as well.

But let me caveat that it wasn't the stores issue or fault. What people fail to realize is that franchise locations are merely the conduit. Once the driver picks up the packages, it is a whole different workflow chain. I understood this. I will not bore you with the details of my debacle. What is important to know is that the manager intervened to fix the problem, even though UPS corporate/customer service should've resolved this. She was patient and thoughtful in ensuring my patronage was valued. She really didn't have to do that because at the end of the day I recognize mistakes can and will happen. However it is nice to know that the don't take their customers for granted.
