This was the dirtiest Office Depot store that I've ever visited. The floors were filthy and haven't been cleaned in who knows when. Who knows when they were last stripped, waxed and re-polished. I come here everyday to get things printed for My 9-5 or my business. Today I stopped by to get a couple things printed and Ben was so rude he made me not want to come back. He made it seem like I was a complete bother to him and that's just not the way to treat a customer. Not sure if his year is already starting off bad but I hope it gets better. read more

on 9/17/25; I visited store #3357; approached the Print counter and the store employee said "what ya need"; I said; excuse me, he said again; meaner and nastier than before; "wha you need", I said i need to pick an order up; took him minutes to locate the order even with the correct name. I reviewed it and noticed it was printed on incorrect paper, I told him the order was wrong, he took it and said; I didn't place the order, there's nothing I can do about and threw it back on the counter! At this time a lady came to the side and asked what's wrong, As I began to explain he interrupted me and loudly said; "As I was saying......." I turned to him and said; why are you so rude??? Your chewing gum and its impossible to understand what your saying and he smacked/chewed on the gum louder; the lady/manager was standing right there watching his interactions and afterwards said; "CJ walk away", he never did. He stood there smacking his gum and looking directly at me. I walked to the said and began talking to her, and had to ask her to tone her voice down because I had no interactions with her and there was no need to be loud with me. I asked for the manager, not knowing, she was the manager, and asked her if how he treated a customer was ok with her. She said, "I don't preach in public" and I asked was it ok, for him to treat a customer that way in public? She walked away and went to the cashier area. Leaving me with the nasty Rep at the Print section. There was no need for me a paying customer to be treated in that manner. I left the store speechless and with NO apology from anyone. You would think the manager would at least apologize. I will NEVER EVER do busy with any Office Depot in the future. I'm still confused as to what you hired; the print shop employee and the spineless manager, both need to find employment where they are happy. read more

I needed 4 pieces of paper to print a resume myself at self serve. They charged me a service fee of $2.59 to get 4 pieces of paper under the counter and hand it to me. (On top of the price of 4 pieces of paper, which I have no issue with) I printed them myself at self serve. read more

Are use Office Depot to ship packages through the post office I can both print labels and leave the packages there at the same time unfortunately both of the printers were not working there were eight associates working at the store they were 10 customers in the store me being one of them and no one getting anything done for anyone. After waiting for over 20 minutes for anyone of them to say hey want to come over here I'll print them off for free because it's not your fault the labels won't print on our machines not a peep out of anyone I consider that just about the poorest customer service one can imagine read more

Went in the store to purchase replacement HP Printer Cartridges. Purchased these in the store and then got home and looked up the exact same cartridges on Office Depot on line, where you can purchase on line and pick up at the store 20 minutes later. Each of the cartridges were approximately $11 less expensive by purchasing on line and picking up a the store (20 minutes later), for a total savings of over $40. Seems ridiculous that Office Depot would do this to its "loyal" customers (or any customers for what that is worth). Shame on Office Depot for doing this. Drove back and got a price adjustment to the online price. read more

A smaller sized OD with a limited selection of most stuff, but I was able to find the few things I needed including the ink cartridge refill for my printer. A small paper selection, a small pen selection, even a small selection of office furniture and electronics. read more

Ah my neighborhood Office Depot. I'd classify it as a necessary evil, but that's harsh....Office Depot isn't evil. What's evil is that I'll walk in here for a package of Post It notes and walk out with a bag full of stuff amounting to $50. It happens all the time! Probably due to my love of office supplies... Nevertheless, this Office Depot is clean, well kept, nicely organized and staffed with helpful folks. The parking lot in the back is much preferred to parking out front - so keep that in mind when driving in. Tons of office supplies can be found as well as, cartridges to printing paper, iPhone covers to calendars, and cleaning supplies to digital cameras. The said selection of items isn't the most vast I've ever seen, but the location and efficiency of this Office Depot holds its own. I'm sure I'll be back soon to drop some more coin on (likely unnecessary) office supplies! read more

Been going to this store off and on for about 10 years now. Went and purchased a computer mouse from them, the same model I've bought 5 or 6 times now over the years. It looked a little different than last model I bought, but I didn't think anything of it. Unfortunately, right from the beginning, the mouse would randomly stop scrolling then disconnect. So a few days after purchasing it, I attempted to exchange it for a new one. They told me because the "skew" didn't match, they won't replace it. So what if I purchased a $2,800 computer from these people and had a problem with it. Would they refuse to help me if the "skew" doesn't match? Is it stated anywhere that I'm supposed to match the "skew" to the product before I leave the store? I'm guessing no. As far as I'm concerned, this company has engaged in fraud. I will never shop here or at any one of their other stores ever again. I would recommend you do the same. read more

I felt like everything was cramped for the space. I went in to look at printers and a new office chair. The chair selection was abysmal. I think they only had about eight in stock and at least two were the same chair in a different color. I did like that the printer ink for the corresponding printer was priced right next to the printers so I could look at longer term costs. However, to get actual ink, it was over a few rows and around the bend. Fortunately the store was not big enough that it mattered too much. It seemed like half the printers I was interested in were not even in stock on the shelves. The prices were good tough. I also wanted to check out portable document scanners and was told they had them but no one could find them and they weren't with the printers and other scanners. If they had them, it should not have been that tough to find. I visited a competitor after this and it was a night and day difference. They had planned for a better space and had a better selection of everything. And in stock. read more

Asked for the quickest shipping possible. I was told it would be picked up that day, sent overnight and be delivered 8AM. I repeated that to the associate, and received confirmation. Was charged $49 for the 0.2 lb. Envelope. Package was picked up over two days later and shipped 2nd day air for a 1030 delivery. I didnt get a single thing I asked for and paid $49 for 0.2 lb envelope. Now I'm seriously worried she might have put my shipping sticker on an empty envelope. Don't go there! read more
