Visited while scoping out the location for a creative conference and needed to print out some quick paperwork. I was helped out by Nick, he was able to answer my question while helping another customer which I thought was nice. I had the file in my email was able to use their computers to print out the paperwork and then get copies as I needed. The location has everything, notary, copy and printing, shipping services, drop off, and passport photos. I was surprised since this was inside the convention center. I had a small wait as Nick was helping the other customer, so I took some time to take a few photos of all the services and hours. Once I was helped, printing and paying didn't take anytime at all and I was on my way. Nick was awesome and helpful. If you need some quick printing in the area, I highly recommend this location. read more

The one additional star above the * star default is for the friendly young staff at this location however, I nearly had a heart attack when they told me picking up my boxes would cost $50 EACH!!! the fee at other locations is $5... absolutely insane. Now I don't care how much they may claim because of the location the 'overheads' ra ra ra - this is gauging plain and simple. When I shipped my boxes from a Napa branch they told me it would be $5 per box (which it is from other franchised UPS stores in Charlotte). 1000% uptick in price, I don't think so. Conveniently located inside the convention center, I was able to complete the whole process of renewing my passport quickly and easily. The customer service was excellent, very grateful for the help navigating the process and getting everything mailed in on-site in one go. Highly recommend this location. read more

Thought this was an easy location to print and fax. The customer service was sub par and the fax machine didn't work, consistently an error and wouldn't send. The representative had no interest in figuring out the problem and still I was charged for an incomplete fax .... read more

Just a heads up, they charge a handling fee based on the weight of your package (even if your package is prepaid) for shipping it from their store. Extremely inconvenient location to get to in uptown unless you just happen to be in the convention center. If you can go to any other UPS store nearby, I would highly recommend doing that. On 5/31/18, while ending my vacation I had the experience of visiting the UPS Charlotte Convention Ctr Store. The representative who assisted me was Nick. I had my equipment and box ready to return back to the company. Well it didn't work out as planned. I didn't have my return label and nothing with my account information on it. I was in the process of calling the company when Nick asked if I have the phone number associated with the account. I provided this number and low and behold he looked it up, printed my return label and fixed this to the box. I was in an amazement as to how this was done and he said sometimes this works and it did. This was an awesome experience and I highly recommend this location for your business and personal needs.
