Nobody went out of their way, nobody really cared, and it felt more like a transaction than an experience. The upside? I was in and out quickly, which is all you really want sometimes. Apple doesn't have to do much these days beyond stocking the shelves -- the products sell themselves. Still, for a company that prides itself on sleek experiences, this one was nothing to write home about. The Apple Boca Raton is expensive and the service that we get is meh at best. Quick, efficient, but lacking any personal touch. You'll get what you came for, but don't expect magic -- just merchandise.

One thing for sure is the large black stand alone A/C units at each of the four corners are cranking cold air into this place. Should I finally switch from an Android phone to an Apple? This is a difficult question that I have been pondering the last fifteen years. But those dreaded auto updates that screw with your apps - so not really sure. Hopefully going to get some feedback from the staff here today. Well, no greeting yet but I asked the green shirt and said I am next on the list. How is this possible since I never gave him my name. Not sure the process here but cool stuff with some confusion.

But it did not live up to the rating with my experience…read more (Dee) the guy who checks you in and tells you what's wrong with your computer was nice and seems like a good trusting character, I had a video card issue and got it back from a different place baked which temporarily fixed the problem but I wanted to never have to have to go through a tech baking the card again so I ask Dee to have his tech check it out and fix it once and for all. Which he sounded like he knows how to fix this problem so I was comfortable enough to leave my computer there over a couple days for them to send it out to their technicians to fix. However, the couple days turned into over the weekend and not sure if I will get it back by Monday. so I asked for the computer back, Dee said they find nothing really wrong with the video card but replacing the screen would be ideal since there's 2 lines there. I contemplated and agreed to let them fix the problem that didn't really bother me but since they suggested it, I guess it won't hurt. But, that's when it all go downhill from there. There's a wait for the part that's needed to fix the computer. Since I insist to keep the computer instead of leaving it at the store when they need to order the parts n wait for it to arrive to the store, they charged me $100 deposits in case I won't go back to let them fix the computer, but the part never came and they returned $60 to my credit card and kept the $40 for restocking fee or the tech to open my computer to check for issues? Also, they never call or notify me for returning the money or not able to fix my computer. I had to find that out through my credit card bill. Talk about unprofessionalism. So disappointed with them. I guess I will tell them how unhappy I'm with their service on Yelp would be the right thing to do since they don't want interaction with their customers. This is total scam to me. They open my computer saw nothing wrong but suggested I replace the screen yet the place they order parts from took forever n supposedly they never got the part, so they decided to charge me a fee because of what!? How is that on my tab? I would be aware of this place if you plan on using their service to fix computer. Btw, you walk in, there's no computer there, it feels super sketchy. If it's not for the past positive rating, I would have not given them any business. I do questions those reviews.

    All the other reviews below could not be accurate. Customer service is terrible. This company is…read moreclearly just trying to lock people into contracts and hold them as long as possible. Cancelling your account is a nightmare. Customer service is a nightmare. Customer service reps all lack any sort of competence, they will act confused on very basic questions and concerns. Just go get your phone numbers somewhere else that charges a monthly fee. 100s of better services out there then these fools.

    I've been working with Louis who requested that we try their skip-tracing services for months. We…read morefinally agreed and he gave us 50 searches or 5 days of searches for free, whichever came first. I completed less than 40 searches on day 5 of my trial. A few weeks later, out pops an invoice for $47 dollars, stating that I completed my searches on day 6. I asked for documentation of proof of the given trial dates- as I did not dispute what date that I did the searches, but I continued to state that it was within my trial period. I was told there was no documentation but he "told me over the phone". After requesting for the documentation of the trial dates multiple times, I then got an email stating that I have an outstanding balance of over $300- although I haven't touch their services since day 5 of my trial. Billing continues to email, now threatening collections if I do not pay the (now again) $47 balance. I have again requested documentation of my trial dates, which has not been given. They stated they would pursue collection by any means outlined in the contract (of which we have none). Louis followed-up with me multiple times to get feedback of the product, to which I told him that out of all the searches that they found data for, there were only 3 that google didn't have the number for as well. Only after that feed-back was there any discussion of my searches being "after the trial date". Steer as FAR as possible from this company and if you should read these reviews and try it anyway- get documentation for EVERYTHING because they will make up anything to try and get you to pay for their "free trial".
