The pizza here is the best you can have in the area and has a cozy feeling while in the restaurant. When you go up the stairs you see there is a little arcade room for the little ones and sometimes play song bingo! The service is pretty fast and the waiters are very nice! Set up a reservation for 20 people, weeks in advance. After setting up this reservation, Off the Rails threatened charging $200 for not arriving on time. Our group arrived on time to a 7:30pm reservation. We were then seated 45 minutes late with entire party waiting at a crowded bar, and then were treated disrespectfully by staff. After voicing our displeasure, was told by hostess that we would be "taken care of". Nothing happened after this - food was late and mediocre. I am all for and supportive of local business but this is not how you treat customers. Really disappointing. read more

Had heard all kinds of good things about Off The Rails so my son and I thought we would give it a try after a day of skiing. We arrived a little after 6PM and we quickly greeted by a friendly employee. The place was fairly busy with guest coming in and leaving. They told us they would have a table ready in just a minute or so. Once seated we were greeted by our server who left us menus and took our drink order. To say we were hungry was an understatement. We ordered wings, chicken parm sliders, a pretzel and a pizza. We also had the chocolate cake for dessert. The chicken parm had a lot of promise however they just weren't hot enough. The flavor was good but not what I was hoping for. The pretzel was a good item. The bucket of wings were flavorful, just that it was a small bucket of 6. The pizza was great. Thin crust and cooked just right. The peanut butter chocolate cake must of been epic as I only got a small taste before it was gone. Service was a 10 out of 10. Food was good but could be better. Atmosphere was fun with a lot of TV and live music that we missed. Looking forward to our next visit to Off The Rails. read more

Unfortunately, I am forced to write a negative review, I really enjoyed the place the first time I came, so much so I decided to return the next day for a different meal. I rated it 2 stars because of my phenomenal experience the first time ( otherwise it would be a one star). We showed up around 945pm(online states open until 1100pm) and we're greeted at the door with hostility. After ordering immediately and upon delivering our drinks, I asked the bartender/waitress what the closing time was. She replied, "11pm but we're trying to Close the kitchen at 10pm because we've been slow". I initially felt bad for showing up and ordering food near possible closing but the employee and online verified that the closing time was 11pm(working back of house for 7+years I can really appreciate the sentiment, but if someone shows before closing, you cook the damn food... it's your job.) If kitchen hours vary based on volume... then specify that on google or the website. It should not vary based on bartender/manager discretion.... And if it does.. then it should say on the website/google. We came an hour and 30mins prior to closing and were scolded for ordering food....either Change and specify kitchen hours or honor the posts hours and do your job....... If I were the owner of off the rails.... I would be embarrassed about how the staff treated personnel entering after 9pm....... I don't typically write bad reviews but I was so heated after MULTIPLE employee interactions , that the review was warranted. read more

If you're thinking of coming here after 9pm do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The website lists the closing time as 11pm. We arrived at 9:45 and were treated with hostility from the moment we stepped foot through the doors. We were harassed by two waitresses for wanting to order a single pizza because "it's been slow tonight and we wanted to close the kitchen at 10." Meanwhile, we were finished eating and out of the restaurant by 10:25. Had we arrived at 10:50 I could understand the frustration. I don't even have a review of the food because I couldn't taste it through my anger. This place has a good atmosphere and good potential before 9pm but after that all anyone that works there wants to do is leave and make you feel uncomfortable for wanting some food. read more

Great location, Food was excellent compared to a lot of other places in the area. Classic mac and pulled pork mac were amazing, Chicken parm sub was on point although for $16 I was expecting some sort of side, even if it's only chips. Was surprising that it was just the sub. The Bianca pizza was also solid. Everything tasted great but I would avoid the "handhelds" section of the menu as the Mac and Pizza/Calzone sections clearly offer much more value for the same price. Service was mediocre at best. Our server was very polite but could use some training/instruction. They seemed out of place and only checked back at our table a solid 15 minutes after our food was brought out and there were only 4 tables seated in the entire place (it was 2PM). This place would be a solid 5 stars if they dropped the prices of the sandwiches or included a side with them and trained their staff a bit. We went here on February vacation week and they were swamped. They were very honest they had tables but were short staffed so we could be seated but may have to wait a bit. We decided to go for it. We are glad we did. It took a little bit for someone to get to us but when they did our waitress had a great attitude and our service was great. Our food and drinks came out quickly after we ordered. Everything was delicious. We had crispy Brussel sprouts, truffle fries, nachos, chicken parm sliders, cheese pizza and Caesar salad. We had a terrible experience here. My husband and I wandered in about a month or six weeks ago and although there was plenty of staff visible with almost no customers, we finally had to ask someone if we should just sit anywhere since the tables were all empty. The person said yes so we sat down. After sitting there for 10 to 15 minutes with not one of the staff people coming over to ask us if we wanted to eat or drink anything, we got up and left. The inside looked pretty, and there was an outside dining area. The location is convenient because it is near the ski resort that we were staying at. We ordered a half mushroom and half cheese pizza. I think the pizza would have been better if there was less cheese. The cheese layer was very thick, overwhelming the pizza. Also, we ordered truffle parmesan fries. Food was pretty good, we tried a bunch of dishes. Pizza/flatbread was surprisingly good. Great place for kids as they have a broad menu. Son enjoyed the pretzel as did I.
