This 'pesto' was also god tier and had a slight mayo + vinegar and herbal taste that truly pushes this wrap to another dimension. It's inconceivable how something you think you can do homemade turned into something 999999 times better from these chefs. My dad and I were the only ones here and the wait time was approximately 10-15 minutes for our orders so we walked around the plaza. Disappointed....We were regular patrons of the restaurant's original location on Kendall Drive and 127th Avenue many years ago, so we were excited to hear they had opened a new location in West Kendall. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We ordered a wrap and a quesadilla, and when the bill arrived, I handed the waitress my credit card. When she returned, there was nothing to sign and no opportunity to leave a tip at my discretion because a 21% gratuity had already been added to the bill. What made this especially frustrating was that the service did not warrant an automatic 21% tip. The waitress simply brought our food to the table and never once came back to check on us, ask if we needed anything, or ensure everything was satisfactory. I believe customers should be informed when gratuity is automatically added and should be given the opportunity to determine an appropriate tip based on the level of service received. Had I been given that choice, I would not have left a 21% tip for this experience. Sadly, this left a very negative impression, and we will not be returning. read more

I've been an OG Off the Grille Bistro customer from back when they were at their first Kendall location, and I remember being so sad to hear when they closed (I think around 2021). So when I found out they were back, was awesome news! The space was kept very clean and the new owners were actually there and they were so kind and personable, which made the experience even better. The Sweet Potato fritters were exactly how I remembered them, perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and that sauce is still incredible (tangy, creamy vinaigrette). The Pesto Chicken wrap was delicious as well. My only suggestion would be to bring back jerk and shrimp add-ons (and a salmon dish/or option as well) but other than that the flavor of the wrap was excellent! I hope in the near future they offer delivery for those of us further away in the Dadeland area (or possibly partnering with services like UberEats or DoorDash). Overall, I'm really hoping to see Off the Grille (2026+) succeed forever :). I'll definitely be returning frequently, and everyone should stop by and give them a try! read more

What an awesome addition to the Kendall food scene to have this restaurant back up and running! If you haven't tried, you definitely need to head over there for lunch , dinner, even take-out! They have a few tables and a counter space for seating inside. We order the original MoJo wrap with chicken and the chicken Cesar wrap. And for the sides ... yuca bites and plantain chips. The place was pretty busy for a Friday late afternoon, but everything came out hot and delicious. Hoping they start adding more menu items from before! read more

Stopped by for lunch because of the great reviews. It's a very cozy spot in Kendall not many tables. Customer service was good, the flow was constant here for pick up / take out / dine in. The young lady behind the counter handled it well. Love that they have coke in bottles (Mexican soda) just tastes different. Everything is made fresh to order so be patient. It's not a long wait - just don't think it appears in 2 minutes. SO WORTH THE WAIT ! Make sure you use the sauce. The fritters were fresh and hot - my favorite was the yuca bites a seasoned mash of yuca fried to a crisp. I had the chicken mojo wrap the tortilla holds nicely they toast it so holds the delicious mix of filling together and can be held with one hand and the sauce and it's phenomenal. My husband is a quesadilla fan and cannot stop talking about it. They have only been open for 3 months so act now before they get too popular - which will be soon !! read more

A bit disappointed.....I had been to location on 127 Avenue and the flavors were just not there for the Cali wrap I ordered. The sides were great as I had the sweet potato fritters, super crunchy and flavorful even without the dip sauce and my daughter had the plantain chips which were great, but the wrap was just not the same and the wrap itself was gummy. My husband and I used to visit the old location 1-2 times a week back when we were dating! We are so excited to have this place back in Kendall. The food was delicious as always- we had the steak quesadilla and a sweet potato mash bowl with chicken and cannot wait to return. The pesto has not changed. :) Theres a few old favorites that I miss- eggplant boats, lentil soup, and salad with protein options. Off the Grille was a Kendall staple for years & i was crushed when they closed back in 2019. BUT so happy they are back. The classics return to the menu (yes the sweet potato fritters taste just as good if not better) and they added some other great options. The chicken pesto wrap was my favorite and their Caesar chicken wrap is still a delicious. Also had the steak wrap (not pictured) and it was also elite. But the best part about OTG continues to be the good vibes inside their spot. The two guys who took our order were friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. What was once lost has now returned and they're back in full swing. Off the Grille is back! And they're better than ever. They are in a new location but remain in Kendall. As soon as I heard I went to check out for myself and the place looks fantastic. Very modern look with the open kitchen concept that was same before. They have a ventanita as well which is new and they have fresh orange juices. I went with a blast for the past and got the Chicken Pesto Wrap with the Sweet Potato Fritters. All came along with the amazing pesto sauce that doesn't have pesto in it but it's the best sauce you'll ever had. Everyone is always so nice when you're there and always have a smile on. I recommend calling in advance as a lot of old customers are slowly starting to hear about the opening but if you decide to go in person you can definitely stay inside and eat with no pressure. OTG is back! Was so worried that it wouldn't be the same but the fritters and pesto sauce are in! Wrap was good. It could use shrimp as an added protein and maybe the jerk sauce to complement the extra pesto sauce that a MUST on the side. Glad they are back and I will be returning again. Great service, the vibe inside was nice, and honestly the food was a 10/10 . I thought the quesadillas weren't gonna be that good but let me tell you it really surprised me. The steak philly is good aswell, they really pack up your wraps it could easily be split for 2 people. Im telling you no crumbs were left on the plate. I walked in at 5:48 pm on a Sunday and the chef started crying sarcastically as we entered because I'm sure they were going to have to cook right before clocking out at 6 pm. Then as I'm ordering the person ringing me in states they are only receiving take out orders due to it almost being time to close at 6. I get it it's 5:48 but it truthfully wasn't a nice experience.
