I was around the area and the name alone caught my attention. This dispensary feels very private, mellow, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I was looking for a disposable indica vape and the staff recommended a bubblegum flavored option. Honestly, you can really taste the bubblegum haha, which made it fun and different. Even the little card inside the packaging was funny and a cool touch. Since it was my first time there, they also gave me free edibles, which was a really nice surprise. I have been to this location many times and spent hundreds of dollars with them. However, tonight the bud tender was very passive aggressive and seemed agitated. I simply asked "when's the next sale" trying to make small talk. They laughed and said "Never. Doesn't happen often" I acknowledged and asked if they knew anything about the marketing department. They became immediately offended and said "you're right I'm just a bud tender." I just stared at them confused, as I was genuinely curious with me working in marketing. I then told them they were being weird. I told them I asked that because I heard another dispensary has a cool membership program. I think it'd be good here. They said "oh well they must be better then." I took my money and left. As a previous regular, I will not be returning and would not recommend! The person also did not offer a receipt and was rude handing the cash back. Once I got to my car, I realized they overcharged or gave themselves a tip! I gave them $40 and then product normally is $25. I came in around 940 (happy hour) and was given $12 change. read more

This trip to OTC San Francisco was one of the most frustrating dispensary experiences I've had. I rely on accurate real‑time inventory before making a trip, and the OTC app showed multiple DAZE OFF strains in stock -- Super Silver Haze, Granddaddy Purple, and others. When I got there, none of them were actually available. The budtender even told me Weedmaps is "more accurate" than OTC's own app. That's unacceptable. I came in planning to buy 4.5 ounces. I left with 2 ounces -- only because the products I actually drove in for weren't there. The inaccurate inventory cost me time, money, and a stressful trip for items that weren't even in stock. And the parking garage? The attendant was rude, demanded my keys, told me to leave my window open, and claimed there was a 15‑minute limit. Completely unprofessional. OTC needs to fix two things immediately: Real‑time inventory accuracy -- customers shouldn't be misled into trips for products that aren't actually in stock. The parking situation -- the hostility alone is enough to drive customers away. I want to support OTC, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. read more

Off the Charts indeed! This dispensary clinic opens as early as 6AM and goes until 10PM every day of the week. The security gent on duty was super friendly and helpful and rather than let several people in at once like the OTC back near me in L.A.'s San Fernando Valley they regulate a little better and limit the amount of customers physically inside the main shop which you do see at smaller businesses. I'd considered a few other places in the area, but I was really glad I stopped in for some Hybrid chewables. The rates were better here and they had a few more things in stock than expected. The guy at the first counter offered his assistance as well as expertise. Having that absolutely from out of town summer look that isn't really for often foggy windy SF year round. Rainbow Sherbet vegan gummies by Gelato and Drops lime both in the 10 MG family were beyond plenty for a weekend trip of good times in San Francisco. Customer service was extra chill and friendly and I was in an out in less than five minutes to a nice day party close by. The layout is very wide, spacious, well lit and plentiful. I normally check out beverages and CBD as well being a non smoker of any kind and did note a good selection on my way out. This Off the Charts does extremely well so there may be a time when a product or three is vacant or out of stock do to it selling before they can restock, but be patient and take into consideration others sec out similar products too. Best prices in the city. They open early and close late. They have an app but it's basically just their website which isn't intuitive. Still I like to order in person rather than on the app. Sometimes they advertise sales but the discount never comes off for me on the app. Security guard is always pleasant and the staffs are always eager to assist. Opened on 4-20-23. I got a flyer for 80% off first time visits up to $50 discount so of coarse I had to check them out. I have to say this is my new favorite dispensary. They are open 6am - 10pm everyday! There must be hundreds and hundreds of products of all types. I love edibles and I love that they carry my favorite nano Kanha gummies. I walked out of there with 2 new nano gummy brands plus there's even more that I am intrigued to try out next time. They offer competitive prices even without the discount. Used my rewards on a disposable that ended up not working once I got home. So I came back to exchange for the SAME idem (just different flavor because they didn't have the one I previously had) she said I have to pay the difference that my rewards covered . So basically I never got to use my discount . Not a huge deal but we as customers spend a lot of money in these stores and when we get a little discount it can make a big difference and it just sucks to get no accommodation, especially when the product was already broken before I could use it . read more

I checked out this dispensary the other day since it's close to my neighborhood and within walking distance. When you first enter, security checks you in and then you stand in a waiting area before entering the dispensary. I found this to be interesting, but depending on the number of people in line, this can be somewhat of a longer wait. In my case, I waited about 10 minutes before being able to enter and purchase product. The storefront itself is relatively small; there's a lot of options and products from various brands. I liked that their products were on display for customers to look at and ask questions -- they also happened to have products from brands that a lot of dispensaries in the city don't have, which I found to be pretty cool. To incentivize return customers, they do have a LOT of great deals and discounts so if you're on a budget, this dispensary might be one of the more budget friendlier ones in the city. You CAN get a good amount of product without breaking the bank; on the other hand, I think the products that they carry are pretty okay. For what it's worth, it's a decent neighborhood dispensary and if you're just looking to quickly pick up some product and go on with your day, this might be your kind of store. I didn't particularly enjoy the waiting aspect before entering the dispensary, but I recognize that this is a security measure and a way to keep the staff safe. read more

This used to a go-to spot for me but the management must've recently changed and after my last two visits I doubt I'll ever return. The GM (white guy with the beard) always has some weird stick up his butt, so even though he's annoying he's relatively easy to ignore- buy your stuff and leave. It's the overly aggressive security guard who's the problem- bearded guy who yelled at me as I'm leaving, to never come back because I didn't wait for the door to buzz open?! I'm sure they have a different side but you don't yell at paying customers as they walk out- especially across the street from the police station. read more

We didn't know what to expect with it being our first time and all. The location was clean, and wonderful (no people sleeping in front or around outside).
