Service was outstanding. I sat with family and enjoyed a simple tea and toast today. My sister-in-law order the Matcha with blueberry, she let me grab a sip and it was very refreshing, perfectly balanced blueberry, it was sweet but not too sweet paired with the Matcha tea. Not only delicious but very pleasing to the eye it's beautifully displayed in their clear cup. This place feels upscale, trendy. The food options are plentiful. Can't wait to return. The buffalo wrap was nice and light with grilled chicken and a buffalo sauce that seemed almost more like a vinaigrette and the caesar was about as classic as it gets. The fig and brie was an unexpected plus for me and eats almost like a caprese sandwich, while the peach and avocado salad was super fresh, fruit in salad doesn't quite do it for me personally, so we split the trophy for our lunches. My only "major" downside is that the food is served on wooden paddles, I personally like a plate, but that is more of me just being a nit-picker more than anything else. Parking is pretty ample with spots both in the front and the back of the attached lot, but be careful when you're pulling up the first time, you're bound to miss it, I know I almost did!

To call it a Bakery is not fair they do have delicious baked goods, but it's so much more. I've had a hard time describing it to friends, but I always end up saying he just gotta go there. There were ample tables and seating choices for customers to choose from depending on their needs. My Town's Cafe had a lot of beverages and pastries to offer. I was a little overwhelmed, but was just as happy to see variety. The drink menus that I immediately saw were mainly the specials and baristas' recommendations. I didn't see a regular menu without all of the fancy drinks until after I had paid as they were laminated and lying along the counter. I was a little bummed because there weren't any prices written for the speciality drink items and I really didn't NEED to have a fancy drink that cost almost $7. With that said, I tried one of their Spring Specials, the Biscoff Bliss Latte. It was a little sweet, but the hints of Biscoff, Nutella, and cookie butter were prominent. I also ordered a piece of bread pudding upon recommendation from the staff. It had the potential to be really good, but it definitely tasted as if it had been in their cooler for several days. I usually love visiting local coffee spots, but My Town's Cafe missed the mark for me. Perhaps I came in on an off day for them.

Another woman grabbing her coffee order piped in that she got it for her friend recently and she loved it. Sign me up! Medium with oat milk, please. They do upcharge for milk subs still here, sigh, this end of the island I guess to be expected but this coffee was absolutely delicious. I also grabbed three chocolate chip cookies for the kids, who gobbled them up and didn't save me nary a bite. While I can't speak to the cookies personally, I'll take the crumbs as a sign that they were excellent. The location itself is bright, clean and spacious with ample parking and clean bathrooms. I think I might have to take another long drive for the coffee and farms before fall is up.
