We just got our 2-year-old pup back from Manny after a 3-week reactive board and train, and we're beyond thrilled with the results! Our boy Parker was full of energy and needed help with general obedience and with leash reactivity. Manny was incredible throughout the entire process. He answered all our (many!) questions and kept us updated with photos and videos of our dog's progress every step of the way. On pickup day, we couldn't believe the transformation. Our boy was calm, attentive, and completely focused on Manny's commands. Manny spent nearly two hours with us, walking through everything we'd need to know and giving us the tools and confidence to continue the work at home. We can't wait to enjoy stress-free walks and off-leash adventures together. We couldn't recommend Manny and OLK more! 10/10 experience!
We recently completed a 3-week board and train program with Manny at Off Leash K9, and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From day one, Manny showed incredible patience and dedication--not just to our dog, but to us as owners. Our girl got a little homesick at the beginning, and Manny truly went above and beyond to help her adjust. He made her homemade food, and even personally picked her up and dropped her off for a few days to ease the transition. You can tell he genuinely cares about the dogs he trains and treats them like his own. At pickup, Manny spent over two hours with us, making sure we understood the training, answered all our questions, and helped us feel confident continuing the work at home. He also offers refresher sessions, which we really appreciate--and we absolutely plan to keep working with him. We're so excited to have our dog home with us and, more importantly, to have the tools and training to take her places and help her succeed around distractions. Thank you, Manny!
I can't express the gratitude I have for OFF LEASH and trainer Manny. We adopted a 14 month Husky from a shelter got him home and he turned out to be very possessive and aggressive and had bitten my husband, both of my sons and myself. We were 1 day from returning Timber to the shelter where I was told he would be euthanized due to his bites. We picked him up from Manny a few days ago and all I can say was WOW!! A total transformation. We will be sending another fur baby in the near future! THANK YOU OFF LEASH & MANNY YOU MOST DEFINITELY SAVED TIMBERS LIFE.
Manny truly saved me and Hank's quality of life. Hank just lost his best friend to cancer and was struggling with grief. He was also trying to adjust to giant move from the Bay Area to SD. He was being attacked by so many dogs due to his size that he was becoming reactive. His reactive behaviors were becoming more and more difficult for me to anticipate and control. He was afraid of every dog and person. After I injured my shoulder from Hank lunging at a dog while I held onto his leash I knew I needed help. I really knew that Hank needed me to get help for us. Manny came HIGHLY recommended by many of my friends in our Bernese Mountain Dog Club. Hank went off to boot camp for three weeks. When I picked him up - Manny taught me how to be more confident and clear with Hank. Hank was more confident and knew the expectations. I had so much tension built up in my body from all the stress that when I finally brought Hank home and saw how much we could trust each other- I felt so much better! It was all because of Manny and his training! Manny knows how to build confidence in you and his expertise is out of this world. Hank goes regularly for boarding when I need to be out of town. Hank loses his mind with excitement when it's time to go see Manny. I cannot thank Manny enough. Hank and I can go to public places and enjoy our time! I still go for refreshers and he even allows me to reach out to him if I have concerns or questions even after his three week training. Manny sent me videos and photos every day! It wa so great to get updates on how Hank was doing. It eased all my anxiety! Nathalie took all the information and she really helped me through the process. She was even there for me when we lost Nana to cancer. She was so patient with me when I needed to reschedule etc. and she helped me when Hank needed to go in immediately due to escalating behavior after Nana died. Thank you OFF LEASH K9!
Our trainer was Gabija for our 5 month old black lab. Our lab spent 2 weeks with Gabija working on command goals and confidence. Our lab was jumping on the table grabbing food, taking the kids toys, was super shy to potty on walks, and jumping on people excitedly, even strangers on walks. All in all, she learned all the basic commands using an e-collar and we've only had her back for 2 days but we've seen a huge improvement in her behavior and confidence to potty on walks. We've hardly had to use the e-collar because after she hears the command she complies. During the 2 weeks Gabija sent us a daily report of how our lab was going, what she was exposed to and learning, along with videos and photos which we looked forward to as a family. She was really great with our dog and she has learned a lot of what was advertised. We recommended Gabija to our friends already! Cons: cost of 2 week program is expensive and the drive to drop off the dog and pick her up were time consuming, and hour and a half one way. For the price should have to option to meet at a local park where the customer/dog owner lives. Plan for pick to potentially be close to 5 hours... driving round trip 3 hours plus 2 hour training to go over the commands. Wish the customer would have options for the drop off/pick up considering the program cost.
Danielle Adams was AMAZING. I loved working with her. She was patient and understand of me and my issues with my dog. She showed genuine interest in our life and that she wanted to help. She was professional and friendly. She helped me through all the steps during pickup and how to continue his journey to a better more confident life. I am so incredibly thankful. It's been life changing. She helped me gain confidence as well. I hope to never need her again, but would absolutely choose her over and over. Cannot say enough great things.
We had an incredible experience with Off Leash K9 training! Our 10-month-old Goldendoodle, Tiffany, stayed with the trainer Alex for two weeks, and the transformation has been amazing. It's like we got a completely new dog! Tiffany is now much more obedient, follows commands easily, barks much less, and is overall gentler and calmer. Alex maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, keeping us updated with Tiffany's progress, and even sending photos and videos. On the day we picked up Tiffany, Alex took a time with quality to explain the entire process to us, providing clear guidance on how to continue the training and use the commands at home. We are beyond happy and grateful. Alex, you were phenomenal!
At first I think most people don't want or know how to be consistent and hold their dog accountable. We don't know what that means. I didn't I've never had a trained dog. I never had too, but honestly it was the best money Ive ever spent. You guys taught me what my dog breed needs. When I finally understood that, (thanks for your patience with me) I've learned so much from you guys. I learned how to holding her accountable and be consistent. Thank you all so much!! All you Tom, Natalie, Gabija, Manny and McKenna, thank you all for everything you've done to help us. Kiley is a loved member of our family. She has turned are world up side down but we love it! We booked a 3 week reactive dog boarding with Manny for our Pomeranian-Husky Forest. We had problems with him being a little reactive to some people and dogs when going to public places or had visitors/visiting family. We noticed he would get overwhelmed when so much activity was happening and had a harder time staying calm. We also struggled with recall with him. Manny was very communicative when it came to answering all our questions and concerns prior to boarding and the use of e-collar. He was also telling us what he would work with him when dropping off and gave us clear instructions after pick-up! Throughout boarding he gave us updates of how Forest was doing. I have attached a small snippet of how Forest now heels during walks! He would always pull me and never walk beside me. We are very happy with the work Manny has done and the confidence he has given Forest while he was him! Even after boarding Manny has stayed responsive with answering additional training questions! He made sure we were comfortable before taking Forest home with the training and how to use the ecollar. Thank you Manny!
Having our 1 year old Vizsla work with Elaine for Off Leash K9 Training was really the best thing we could do for her! She had so much energy and we didn't fully know how to direct it and teach her more than just the basics. Elaine was able to build confidence in our dog as well as in us as her owners. She now is a fully off leash dog who loves to "work" and has the ability to place, touch, heel, go through, sit and down at a distance and sit and down while in motion. Truly wonderful. We did the 3 week board and train program and I would recommend it and Elaine as at trainer to anyone.
I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience with Manny at Off Leash K-9 Training. I was pretty defeated and felt completely hopeless by the time I found Manny. I had just met with another trainer a month or so prior that told me I should put my pitbull down, to say I was devastated was an under statement. I decided I'd get a second opinion and if the next trainer told me he's a lost cause then maybe I should accept the fact that he's a hazard and a liability to not only my family but others as well. I told Manny our 7 year old Pitbulls entire history as well as what the other trainer told us and he was all in on training him. He was willing to chat with me almost immediately and his confidence, knowledge and energy made me feel so comfortable. I knew after our first chat that he was the guy for our pup. Our pitbull has a history of being reactive towards other dogs, had lunged at children on bikes and had been in a couple attacks both initiated by him and not and so I was sure what to expect when I sent him off for the 3 week training. Manny went above and beyond and kept us updated either through text or by phone call the entire time. I received a call about 5-7 days in and he told me our dog had redirected which meant he was in such a heightened state of anxiety that he redirected his energy to Manny and at the point I said "do you need me to come get him" and Manny assured me that he can help our dog work through whatever it is that is making him react in such a way. I almost cried because someone finally gave me hope that our dog could get the help he truly needed. Now we walk our dog out in public around dogs, people and children in high traffic areas and he's so calm and focus on us. It's like he's a whole new dog. Manny helped him find his confidence and since then we've been keeping up with the exposure and training. It's been almost a month now and our dog seems so much more comfortable in his own skin and he's always smiling and happy. I cannot recommend Manny from off leash training more!! I have told so many about how amazing our experience has been and will continue to do so. The transformation we've experienced with our dog is out of this world. You will not regret your decision if you choose to go with Manny or Off Leash K9 Training in general. Their trainers are highly trained and skilled at what they do.
Chantel's three-week training with our 8 month old Doberman, Drogo, was exceptional. Her dedication and love for her work have brought out the best in Drogo, for which we're deeply grateful. He's maintained all the training, showing remarkable obedience, especially on walks and with close-range commands. We're working on reinforcing his training, particularly his distance stability, and appreciate Chantel's efforts in this transformative journey. We admire Chantel's ability to connect deeply with our pup and the heartfelt commitment to their training and well-being. 21 days is a long separation period from our best friend. We missed our dog dearly and were eager to follow along daily with Drogo's progress in the form of daily updates, photos and videos. The frequency and quality of these updates did not meet our expectations so we are deducting a 0.5 star and recommend more frequent photo and video updates during the training period. But hey, nobody's perfect We highly recommend Chantel for her outstanding skills and dedication.
I have a one year old Husky. He is loving, loyal and smart. But he's a Husky! very willful. Not a bad dog but hard to train and get him to mind me. I felt overwhelmed and started to question if he was too much for me to handle. I thought about getting professional help. Off Leash K9 Training was highly acclaimed with an excellent reputation but at a substantial cost. I initially spoke with Nathalie who explained the program and her recommendation. I decided to make the investment in my sweet Herbie! I was paired with my trainer, Pam who not only lived close but also had two Huskies of her own. I signed up for the 2 week board and train. It would be the longest I waa separated from my dog since I got him at 8 weeks. Pam was wonderful! We communicated well before I was to drop him off. After I turned him over to her care, she kept me updated daily with his progress and photos and videos. I was reunited with Herbie yesterday. After a debrief with Nathalie and Pam, I was comfortable with the commands and the instructions to maintain his training. I am blown away by his transformation! I was so proud of how perfect he was on our first couple of walks; how responsive he was to the commands and how calm he was to distractions that would have sent him into bad behavior just two weeks ago. We sent our Belgian malinois, Murphy, to Manny for the 3-week board and train when she was 6 months. She is so well trained now that people ask if she is ex- military trained. During the 3 weeks, Manny kept us up to date with how she was doing and sent pictures and videos of her progress. We love to take her out to breweries and restaurants and this training makes it so easy knowing she listens so well on and off leash. It was the best investment we could have done for Murphy! read more

My husband and I took our 3 year old English bulldog named blue and our Husky Goliath (which got trained first). We brought him in to training because blue is reactive to dogs barking and also leash pulling as well as basic manners. Blue looks small but he is like a bulldozer, heavy as can be and well I wasn't able to walk him without my back hurting. We did the 2 week community k9 program which is on leash and off leash for him and I must say it has been the best decision we have ever made for our pup. He had never been away from me for more the 4 days and I was scared he wouldn't respond well to the training. Blue is my emotional support pup and it was really had for me to come to terms with him been away for two weeks but boy did it pay off! Or trainer Alexandra Ortiz(Alex) when above & beyond making our pup comfortable. She gave him the attention he needed to feel secure in his new environment and gain his trust. We got daily updates with pics and videos of his progress and boy were we astonished with them. Two weeks later we got an English Bulldog that doesn't break my back dragging me everywhere. He listens to commands and is more mellow. I am now able to take him with me everywhere. I love that I can give him a better life and new experience's. Even now after we got them Back, Alex keeps in contact with us to make sure everything is good, she obviously cares about how our pups are doing. She asks us for updates and reminds us we have lifetime refreshers for incase we ever need it. We are most definitely grateful for Alex and highly recommend her to anyone thy wants to give their pup a quality life. read more

If you are looking for a trainer, look no further! Our trainer was Megan and she is AMAZING! My 1.5 year old cane corso Konga had a 2 week board and train program with Megan and the results are amazing! We were super nervous and sad to let our baby girl be gone for so long but Megan kept us updated with pictures and a thorough update of the day every single night. She was honest and told us her struggles and her successes! Konga was a stubborn girl. Her recall was basically non existent. We could not let her off leash when hiking or camping because we did not trust her to come when called. She also had a fence fighting issue when we would be at dog park. She would ignore all the dogs she was in the pen with and just want to go at the fence at dogs on the other side. She also would have some dog reactivity issues on leash. Not to mention, anytime we took her on a walk she would pull and zig zag looking around. I am so happy to report, Konga is a whole new dog and it's for the better!! She now is able to be off leash with excellent recall while hiking and she no longer pulls me at all!! Our walks are so peaceful now, she is by my side in a beautiful heel position. Her fence reactivity at dog park is now controlled and her dog reactivity while on walks is gone. We have had dogs barking and lunging towards us on a walk and with a simple leave it command, she ignores them and continues on. It is beautiful. The new freedom Konga has gained has made her a happier girl and the new peace of mind we have as owners is heartwarming. I was having a really hard time with my eight month old German short hair pointer Milo. He would bark at all the neighbors and dogs. He would jump on everybody. Walking him was a task in itself. He would pull me down the street. I found this organization online and called to set up training. I have to say the daily updates pictures and videos definitely helped with him being gone for two weeks. Just seen his transformation in the videos and then picking him up and seeing what an amazing job Danielle did training him. Danielle, you are amazing and I can't thank you enough for training my boy and changing our life. I would 100% recommend you to anybody. read more

Chantel was one of the best decisions we ever made for our pup. Our one year old German short haired pointer is the sweetest boy but was struggling with behavioral issues such as jumping, barking, and not following commands like he should. we chose the 3 week program with Chantel and she was amazing with him. Not only is she an incredible effective trainer, but it's extremely obvious that she truly cares for the animals that she helps. she earns their respect AND their love. Which definitely earned ours! One thing to note is although it seems like magic at first, it is extremely important to continue the training process yourself when you get home. and she gives you all of the tools to do that. she spent plenty of time with us teaching exactly how we could make sure that Magnus succeeds in the long run. if you are on the fence about going through this training, pull the trigger and do it! you will have no regrets. read more

We just got back our sweet one year old Doberman from the two week urban board and train with Off Leash K9. And Wow!! we really see a night and day difference! We sent a timid, fearful, non-social and untrained puppy and got back a calm, well behaved, and mature pup. Huge shout out to Pam (orange county area) our trainer for spending the much needed, and crucial time with our dog. Pam provided daily communication and updates throughout the two weeks and training her in the most safe and loving environment. We were so blessed to work with someone who truly loves what she does and it shows. We feel that she set us up to succeed as we continue training at home and know this program is well worth every penny. I also really love the constant and ongoing support that we receive from Pam now that we have our pup at home. We came to Off Leash K9 Training after a recommendation from a friend while researching board and train programs for our 9-month-old golden retriever, Arnold. We wanted a program that would be 2 weeks so that we could travel abroad and come back to a behaved dog. With our trip already booked, we called Off Leash K9 Training a few months ahead to see their availability. Fortunately, one trainer was available for the period of time that we were going to be away--we were soon scheduled with Jennifer Pinder, whom the scheduler assured was great with larger breeds. In short, Jennifer was fantastic. Arnold had several issues that we wanted remediated such as being easily distracted, lack of obedience, leash pulling, jumping on people, and chewing everything on walks, among others. Jennifer has many years of experience training dogs (30+ years), and was super flexible with scheduling dates that worked with our trip. We were able to board Arnold for extra days both before and after our trip without issue. When dropping Arnold off, we could immediately tell that our pup would be in good hands. Jennifer was consistent in providing updates about our dog every night, and was quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had at any time. She sent great pictures and videos of his progress and was very reassuring throughout all of our conversations. It was obvious that she deeply cared about Arnold's well being and loved him as one of her own (including all of his weird quirks!). Upon our return, she dedicated well over 2 hours of time debriefing us on her experience with Arnold, answering our questions, and educating us on how to maintain Arnold's training moving forward. She made it a point to set us up for success, and continues to be a resource for us whenever we have any questions. She loves to receive updates about Arnold, and we really felt she went above and beyond in so many aspects with Arnold past just training. Arnold's training has been a game changer for us at home; he's much more obedient and relaxed, while still maintaining all of the personality that we've come to love. I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for an extended board + train program. If we had one complaint about Jennifer, it's that we wish she lived closer to us so we could board Arnold with her more often! Otherwise, we can't thank her enough. read more

The best choice I ever made for my dog was picking this company. Our trainer Jennifer was the most phenomenal person and trainer I could have picked for our Duke. I had just about given up the idea of pleasant walks and outings with our dog. From the first session to the last our dog did a complete transformation. We can walk with pulling , walk in malls , hikes , eat at restaurants!! Not only did our dog learn but we also learned about what makes our dog tick and how to lead him not the other way around! Jennifer gave us the best experience I could have hoped for! I know for a fact if we get another pup I will specifically request Jennifer for training! She trained with strong and fierce love for our dog to learn I would not change a thing about our training !!! For specifics : he can sit and stay with longevity, heel on command , recall is instant , learning to walk off leash , stay focused on me and not distractions such as other dogs or people , he knows place, touch on command read more

We sent our Sheepadoodle Ollie for two weeks to stay with our trainer Danielle Adams. We were having trouble jumping into the car, pulling on the leash, and running out any open doors. The updates sent to us by Danielle showed an almost immediate improvement. By the end of the two weeks his manners were vastly improved. Our Siberian husky Arlo completed the 2 week on board training with Adora, and she was amazing with him. She sent updates with photos or videos every day! This made me feel at ease because I knew Arlo was in good hands. I could tell that Arlo built a great connection with Adora. When we got him back after the 2 weeks, he was still the same Arlo just much more obedient. I strongly recommend sending your pups to train with Adora. She is amazing at what she does, and she does it with so much love! Off leash K9 is a great program, and I am very happy with how Arlo was trained. Speechless!! I honestly thought my dogs would never be able to be trained and take direction. Cole was our trainer and he was amazing - not only did my dogs come back well trained, but he was very patient and answered all of my questions whenever I messaged him. For me, the training was worth every penny. We've always wanted our dogs to be part of our family and be able to travel with us, without having to worry about them running off, into the street, or not coming when we called for them. I highly recommend their courses. Especially if you're busy like myself, and don't have the proper training or time to work with your animals 3 to 4 hours a day. Can't thank you enough!!! read more

we had dook enrolled in the two-week board and train with Manny due to his reactivity, anxiety, and overall lack of confidence. he would bark at strangers, especially men, and any unfamiliar noise. it was incredibly difficult to take him for walks as there are many dogs in our neighborhood. we wanted Dook to be confident and reassured that he can look to us for guidance. as for our trainer, Manny, he was exceptional! the updates we received of Dook reassured us he was in good hands. when it was time for pick-up, we immediately saw a difference. we brought dook home and we realized he had a few follow up questions we forgot to ask and manny was helpful in giving us more tips. i'm excited to continue implementing his training at home now that Manny has set him up for success! read more

This is our second dog we have put through the 3 week Off Leash training and it is the best decision once again! Manny trained our pitbull mix, Moose, on his leash anxiety, behavioral issues and all commands you need to have a well disciplined dog on or off leash. Manny was incredibly professional throughout and did a great job teaching us how to continue the training. Jennifer was amazing! I highly recommend her for either board and train or the private training. We did the private training for the time and day convenience. She went above and beyond to help train our border collie. She learns super quick so Jennifer helped us with door manners and much more! Everything about this company is top shelf. They were the ONLY company I interviewed who's trainers are full-time trainers. Every place else was a side hustle. Our trainer "Megan" for Cooper couldn't have been better. Professional, friendly, outstanding communication, and clearly loves her work. Cooper went to training a typical goofy lovable 5mo old pup, who was just starting to learn basic commands. Cooper came home yesterday, 14 days later, still a fun loving pup, but with serious skills. We took him to the park this morning & he 100% heeled off-leash for over a mile, passing tons of people, & other dogs, without breaking. He sits, and/or lays down without getting up! He will sit/stay wherever we place him without moving, loads in the car, and has great door manners. West Coast Off Leash K9 made our great dog just that much better- with skills that will serve his whole lifetime! read more

This is an actual text message I sent straight to my trainer and thought it would be important to post here also... Hey there, Christina here. We've been sharing Billie's video with all our friends and the breeders of both dogs. Everyone is super impressed. And I cannot express how grateful we are to you and how wonderful you are in general. We're so happy we were matched with you as a trainer! We will absolutely use your boarding services as well. We're already planning something It's so comforting to know that we can leave our doggos with someone who is so knowledgable and obviously loves our dogs as much as we do. I can't get over that pic of Billie giving you kisses. It's my fave. Just wanted to send a big thank you again! To others looking into this program... It is expensive and we had to save up for it. We decided to move forward with this company because of their countless great reviews and videos on YouTube. From the start to the end, everyone involved was amazing and accommodating. It is scary to bring your pup you love so dearly to someone you don't know. But I can tell you that Jennifer is amazing and we are so happy with the work she's done and all of the effort and compassion she has shown our dog. We received texts, pictures, and videos every night. Sometimes we would tear up seeing our dogs transformation and also how much our dog LOVED Jennifer. She took our doggo to really fun spots and we were worried she wouldn't want to come home! But Jennifer has offered her services for boarding as well if needed and we cannot think of a better person to do so. Billie has made such an amazing transformation and I'm so glad we decided to do this when she's young. We can have a long, happy life with her full of traveling and hikes. Every penny is worth it. We now have peace of mind and comfort knowing that we have the right tools to communicate with her properly. If you are considering training in general, call them and they will answer any and ALL of your questions. They're used to helicopter dog moms like us! DO sign them up when they're young and get the full benefits of the program. And DO realize that you have work ahead of you also. It's a two-way street with communication and it's well worth it. read more

I have a 2 year old pug and with the help of off leash k9 trainer Chris, we were able to help her with basic obedience. She didn't know how to place, sit, and would always pull on the leash. After 2 week board and train, we know how to keep on with her training and have an obedient dog.. Very friendly and on time.! read more

We wanted to improve our dogs ability to be in social spaces and be around other dogs and humans whole obeying basic commands. We have an American bully who has a lot of energy and personality with lots of kisses at the end. We opted for the package of personal training sessions. Dave was Bolts trainer and very knowledgeable and down to earth. Bolty enjoyed his presence and responded well. If we could do it all over again we would 1000% choose offleash K9 training in a Heartbeat! Our dog is more obedient and isn't as stubborn when it comes to the basic commands. It's only been a few days since I got Daisy back from her trainer (Elaine), but wow I have been left beyond impressed! Elaine set up a call with me before starting Daisy where she asked about her routine, likes, dislikes, behavior issues, and background. She was very straightforward with our goals and what she would do to help get us there. Daisy had major leash pulling and dog reactivity issues. Since getting her back she is so much more calm and is able to be in the same general area as other dogs. Elaine sent updates every night that included tons of photos and videos of Daisy's adventures for the day. On the day we got Daisy back, Elaine sent instructional videos on how the e collar works and all the commands she learned through the Top Dog program. She spent about 2 hours with us at the park, showing us all Daisy had learned and continuously reminded us to give ourselves grace as Daisy re-adjusts to taking our commands. The first day home we texted Elaine and she was very encouraging and gave us tips on how to reinforce all Daisy has learned. The key is consistency! It's only been a few days but Daisy is adjusting so nicely and even wants to wear her new collar to train! She loves showing off (which can be seen in a few photos that Elaine sent when she had Daisy). Overall, it was so worth it for us. While we hope to one day have Daisy be able to interact with other dogs, this was the best first step we could have taken to get her there. read more

Words can't begin to express how grateful and happy I am with Nathalie and her training with my 5 year old dog Bella. We wanted to be able to feel comfortable with Bella being in public places and work towards her being off leash in some situations. The attention to detail that Nathalie gave her was tremendous. She truly treated her like one of her own dogs. Bella absolutely loved being with her during the board and train. During the 2 weeks with her she would update me several times throughout the day with video and pictures of what they were working on. I knew Bella was in great hands. Most importantly Nathalie knows how to read dogs and is in tune with them. She trained Bella knowing that she was very sensitive to stimuli and still achieved great training results. She helped me correct her behaviors that we needed to work on in a positive way and improved her manners. I strongly recommend working with Nathalie. She truly is amazing at what she does and has such a passion to help dogs. You won't be disappointed! read more

Had another great experience with Megan for the 1 week board & train program. Our 6 month old German Shepherd named Marlie needed help with learning commands and manners in general. Megan did an amazing job teaching Marlie and me how to get this under control and have lasting results. She sent me daily updates with pictures and videos. Marlie even gained a little needed weight while with Megan, so I know she was well taken care of. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality trainer. Totally worth it! read more

Wow. Let me start by saying we have a very large puppy that would pull us down the street, 110 lbs. We heard about Manny through a friend and decided to book. In the first session our boy had completely done a 180 and by the fourth session we had a perfectly happy well trained dog. Couldn't have done it without manny, make sure you ask for him when booking. He is the dog whisperer and more importantly taught us how to properly train our dog. Couldn't thank him enough! read more

Marley and me had a great experience working with Jennifer on the Basic Obedience Package. Marley was a typical 1 year old Labrador: high-energy, playful, and she can be mischievous. Months before using Off Leash K9, Marley and her brother (my parents' lab) had a horrible experience with a different trainer in Riverside that had mostly really great reviews and one bad review that I dismissed as a disgruntled customer. We picked up our puppies from that board and train in a horrible physical and mental state.The short version of that story: Marley came back terrified of E-collars and her personality was different. She became herself again, but she remained beyond absolutely terrified of e-collars. Her whole demeanor would change and she would hide underneath the bed if she saw that collar. I was desperate to find a good trainer that work with Marley and me, and would not rush the process. Marley was out-of-control and I had trouble managing this puppy. She was a serious leash puller and would never come when called. I heard great things about Off Leash K9 from a coworker and ended up working with Jennifer. At first, Marley was terrified of the E-collar and I thought we would have to end the training. Jennifer noticed and patiently worked with us. It barely took one training for Marley to be comfortable with her collar. She now gets excited when she sees it. She also comes the first time she is called; at least, nearly every time. I'm still working with her to stop chasing the rabbits and come immediately when she is called :). Before I would have never made that a goal for this Labrador. But Jennifer set us up with a great foundation and it's something I can continue to work on with Marley. And her leash manners have greatly improved. Marley's training ended months ago, and I still continue to practice the good habits that Jennifer helped established. Now those lessons Marley learned are becoming natural to her and the new norm for us. Jennifer trained Marley; and she trained me! Thanks Jennifer! read more

We just finished the 8 week training with Jayme for our now 8-month-old bernedoodle Maverick. The transformation is wonderful. Jayme is really great and it's clear training dogs is her passion.
