I am extremely happy with the one time deep clean service from Octopus Scrubbing. Worth every penny. They did a fantastic job and were extremely professional. read more

We just hired Octopus Scrubbing for a post-construction deep clean and they did amazing! We've had trouble with insulation dust in our home that was ruining our lives. After trying 2 other companies - that were incredibly disappointing, I was weary but, this is the best I've seen this house! Very good communication through out. they brought a team of 4 and were here for 4+ hours. They really got every inch of this house! They cleaned our walls, closets, cabinets, etc. We've never had such a thorough clean. After months of dealing with this awful dust and trying to find someone that could help us get back to baseline, I about cried tears of joy. I was a little scared by the cost from the initial estimate but worth every single penny. No regrets. They charge what they are worth and hope to keep them for regular cleanings. read more

We used Octopus Scrubbing for over a year, twice a week, to provide a deep clean of our home. We've also used them for complete cleanouts of our rental properties. Claudia is always responsive by text and willing to accommodate our scheduling needs. The ladies who clean are friendly and so incredibly efficient. They are often in and out so quickly which means minimal disruption to our household. But even though they are fast, they still do a good job, as I often check for dust afterwards. There have been minor issues a few times, but they were always quick to offer a remedy. Would very much recommend. read more

What a joy it is to come home and everything is sparkling clean! From the moment we met Claudia, we felt confident enough to give her the keys to our home. octopus is pretty efficient and quick, and decently prices. that said, the are not thorough - I have had times where they leave and we still had to sweep, or clean smudges off a wall, or dust. they also don't clean everything - like the dust / debris in the track of sliding doors or front doors always stay dirty and never get addressed. perhaps the worst issue with octopus is that they are careless with your things. they broke multiple items in my home during the months I tried them, didn't always tell me about it, and their response was never satisfactory. I switched to another cleaner a few months ago who is a little more costly, but in the same amount of time gets my house WAY cleaner. never have to repeat any cleaning, and they never break stuff. new cleaners are way nicer, and take so much more care with our things and space. read more

They have been cleaning my house for a year. In all this time I have been absolutely 100% thrilled with every aspect of the service. Same crew shows up (when they say they will), bring their own supplies and decide & conquer. They are so professional and treat my home as if it was their own. I am so happy I found them and never have to worry about a clean house. The owner was extremely flexible when (1 time) we needed to reschedule. Hire them - you won't be disappointed. read more

I have never had a cleaning service so I was hesitant when I hired Octopus Scrubbing. I absolutely love this cleaning service and wonder why I waited so long to use them. They do a terrific job week after week. I am never disappointed!! I highly recommend Octopus Cleaning. read more

I had them do a deep cleaning and was VERY impressed with the results -- as advertised they cleaned baseboards, blinds, switches and faceplates, vacuumed furniture thoroughly, etc. They cleaned the oven (my word it sparkles!), refrigerator, front of the stove and dishwasher etc -- all the things I never have time for -- and moreover as 3 of them came at once and divided up the house they did all the rooms so that they all are as clean as they have ever been. They didn't replace some items quite as I would have liked (a coffee table was off in one room, large pillows left standing on end etc) but overall I think it was well worth the price. read more

My husband and I were hesitant to hire cleaners, but it's been one of the best decisions we've made for our household. We have more time to spend with our family and our day to day cleaning is much more manageable. We hired Octopus Scrubbing to do a deep cleaning on our house and then hired the team for bi-weekly cleanings. The co-owner, Claudia, is so responsive about the team's arrival time and availability. She was so quick in scheduling an estimate and the date/time of our first cleaning. The team arrives on time and works meticulously to get the house cleaned. I appreciate how thorough they are in getting into all the nooks and crannies. They were also flexible when I had to stay at the house to take conference calls. I am so thankful for Claudia and the Octopus Scrubbing team. read more

I work as a nurse and it is soooo nice to come home to a sparkling, clean home! They do such an amazing job, they seriously don't miss a spot. It was a very hard thing for me to admit that I couldn't keep up with house cleaning anymore because of family and work obligations. We went through several house cleaners who we were not happy with. They just weren't thorough. I started thinking my expectations might be too high. Then we found Octopus Scrubbing and they are amazing! Super detailed, thorough, and efficient. The people who come into our home are very professional and I love how they bring their own shoe booties to keep the house clean, because we have a no-shoes policy in our home. They are also receptive to constructive feedback, which we barely have because they are so good, but it's nice to know they are open and willing to improve. Sadly, I am moving and won't need their services for a while, but hope to hire them again when we find our forever home! read more
