The whole house looks amazing! Martin and his team of ladies sure know how to take care of your housecleaning needs. The ladies were very professional. Took care of my baseboards with out even me asking!!! After they were fine the house received an inspection by Martin. He found a small piece of lint left behind and picked it up. Yep the house was cleaned to his standards. I then paid him thru Zelle. Done! Looking forward to them helping me again in 2 weeks! I highly recommend them. You will be very pleased. read more

The cleaning was ok except one of the ladies was tired and kept saying "hurry up". They wasted a lot of time. I also got bait and switched which is a shame. read more

I have used a couple of different cleaning services throughout the years and never been this satisfied. I am EXTREMELY happy with Tessy's cleaning service. Couldn't be happier with the services provide by Martin and his team, especially considering their very low rates.

First had to pay over $330 for a deep cleaning, which I when it was done did not see that much difference. Then started the bi-weekly cleaning and found that the cleaning crew hurried through the work, things were moved and not put back in the same location. They could not seem to put the grates on the stove back in the order that was needed after multiple tries. Will no longer use them read more

Tessy's Cleaning Service is great!!! Martin is super responsive and the staff is wonderful. I did the deep cleaning (soooo worth it) followed by the monthly cleaning. I'm a very clean person but never knew my house could get so clean. I continue to clean up after everyone in my house, 2 teen age boys, 2 dogs, and a boyfriend. I feel like I have a partnership with Martin and his great crew. Each time I come home after they come in and help me, I feel like I'm on a vacation. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I cannot say enough about Martin and his staff. Attention to detail, they are on time and efficient. I found Martin vacuuming himself....just shows how hard they all work to do the best job. Every cleaning feels like a deep cleaning. read more

I had been looking for a good Cleaning Crew. The last was great on the deep clean or so I thought. After words, not as clean as I wanted. I gave Tessy's a call. Martin got right back to me and came that same night to assess my home. He gave me a very reasonable quote. The Ladies came yesterday and NOW I know what a deep cleaning is!!!! Spotless! Even places I didn't tell Martin about!!! The grout in the kitchen, I have never seen so white! Excellent job and I highly recommend them!!! Bravo Martin and their crew!!! read more

The team was, quite literally, amazing. Their initial deep clean was far beyond what I have come to expect from most services and we will be moving to a regular rotation with them to come through our place. read more

Martin and his team are fantastic. They're punctual, respectful and do a wonderful job! We couldn't be happier and highly recommend them.

Above and beyond expectations! We had our apartment cleaned and the attention to detail was truly next level. Every little surface and corner was dusted and organized, it felt like coming home to a new home! Just as importantly, they were so easy to work with - quick to respond, easy to book. I cannot recommend enough! read more

I found Tessy's Cleaning Service after I was unhappy with another cleaning service's habitual tardiness, and I'm so glad I did. Martin was great when first meeting me to go over pricing, and his team is thorough EVERY time (more than I can say for the prior cleaning service). More importantly, he's ON TIME every time. To top it off, he went out of his way to accommodate my upcoming party by coming to my home on a day his team usually is not in Concord just bc he knew I wanted a clean house for the party. I highly recommend this service for your cleaning needs! read more

Hired Martin's team for a Move Out Cleaning and i am thoroughly satisfied. For a 1 story 1,300 SF home with 4 bedrooms, it took them 5.5 hours and the house was cleaner than when we first moved in. Would use on a regular basis if they were available to where we were moving. Highly recommend! Punctuality (10/10) Effectiveness (10/10) Detail Oriented (10/10) read more

Martin and his crew are very friendly. Did a fantastic job for first time cleaning. Will definitely be using their services in the future.

I just had my house deep cleaned today and everything is sparkling! They cleaned every nook and cranny, my house hasn't looked this good in a long time! They bring everything needed, I didn't need to provide rags or cleaners and the price was VERY reasonable. I would much rather spend with a local small business, rather than a chain, so I'll be having them come every month from now on, it's well worth the price! read more

Martin was super responsive and very concerned that he knew what needed to be done. I'm not the best housekeeper (!) so I trusted his experience. OMG!! Martin and his team arrived early (great communication) and left my rental looking like new. It was white glove service. My landlords walked through and were very impressed. They even said they wished Martin had done their move in cleaning!!! I think it would be a good idea to have Martin and his team clean my apartment more often!! read more

Martin and Team were GREAT! I'm glad I decided to go with them. The deep clean took about 6 hours, I have two story home with two dogs and 3 boys all under 10 years old, so you can only imagine the deep cleaning they did! ;) Even before they left I scheduled a monthly maintenance cleaning! read more

We bought a new house and wanted a deep clean before moving our furniture in so we tried Tessy's and they did not disappoint! I am VERY particular when it comes to my house being cleaned, and they went above and beyond without me having to ask. Top to bottom, the house is immaculate. And the price was very reasonable. We just moved to San Ramon and read the positive reviews posted here about Tessy's Clearning Service. We had no idea when we contacted Martin what was in store. We have lived in various parts of the country and have always had housecleaners, but never like Tessy's! OMG!! They were so good and so thorough, meticulously and efficiently cleaning everything from floors to windows and everything in between. They even left tissues and towels folded so artistically that we didn't want to use them! I am excited for our new housecleaners, and couldn't be more pleased. They are wonderful! read more

Tessy, Martin and team do a great job and are really professional, nice people. They have been cleaning our home for about 3 years now. In the past, I have used cleaning services that started off doing a good job initially but then slacked off after a few months. Tessy's has remained consistently great and are always anxious to do a thorough job to our complete satisfaction. They seem to have a routine and system that works really well and everyone works very hard. Besides being great at cleaning, Tessy's is reliable, accommodating and easy to do business with. Our house is a good size with lots of odd nooks and crannies and we have an active family with pets, so we really appreciate the service. For a while after they leave everything looks and smells so good....then we mess it up and start all over again ;-) read more

We have used Tessy's Cleaning Service for years now. They are thorough and dependable and go the extra mile. We don't have to do anything to prepare for their visit, such as provide rags or trash bags. They provide their own equipment and complete the housecleaning in an hour's time (our house is small). I recommend them without reservation. read more

Tessy's Cleaning Service team has been cleaning my home in San Ramon for the past year and a half, and I have had no issues with them at all. Tessy and Martin are easy to get a hold of if I need to reschedule - I have texted Tessy several times to switch my regular cleaning day around and she has always accomodated me! The team is always courteous and they bring all of their own NATURAL cleaning supplies, which is important to me because I have a young child at home crawling all around my floors. They offer reasonable, competetive pricing and their easy to use check off list lets you know exactly what they will be cleaning in your home. I have complete trust in them and even give them a key to my house. I would highly recommend Tessy's Cleaning! read more

I love Tessys House Cleaning Service! I work from home and their 4 person team is so quick and efficient they don't disturb my work. I first selected Tessy's because they are licensed and bonded and provide all their own cleaning supplies. I continue to use Tessey's because they always arrive on time and do a great job. Thanks Tessy and Martin read more

We are glad to find such a good cleaning team. We use them bi-weekly in our townhouse; very reliable, always on time and flexible when we need to move dates / times around. Well, I would LIKE to write a review on how well of a job that Tessy's Cleaning Service did with my apartment... but they never showed up! I called last week and they gave me a good priced estimate, so I said ok sure let's set something up. I asked if they could come this Wednesday (a week from when I called) and I was told no, they do not service Livermore on Wednesdays, but they could be here Thursday (today) at 3pm. That wasn't really convenient for me, but I have company coming this weekend, so I said ok sure. So, she told me she'd call me Wednesday night to confirm the appointment, make sure I didnt need to cancel or reschedule. They didn't call me last night. So then I took a half day vacation at work to be home for my cleaning appointment. Come 3pm.. They were not here, come 3:30pm they were still not here. I called, got the voice mail, and left a message. Now it is 7:15pm and they never showed up, and never called me back. I have company coming tomorrow.. and I am SOL... I guess Ill have to host company in my dirty apartment since I do not have time to clean the place myself.. which is why I hired a cleaning company in the first place!! read more
