Lkisha, the phlebotomist, called the day before and showed up right on time. She is friendly, detailed, and very professional. I've had some difficult draws, but she has the knack. Did the blood draws for my Genova kit and was in and out so quickly. No lines, no waiting room, no driving in the 40 degree weather and I got my coffee and breakfast right away after fasting overnight! Win, win, win! Excellent service. Thanks so much!

Never have I had a bad experience, which is they only reason this is more than a one star review. Everyone has been friendly, considerate and thoughtful. Sadly, this past weekend was a very different story. I arrived approx. 10 minutes prior to my appointment and was informed by 2 people waiting outside that they were full. We waited, more people arrived, one person exited, we waited some more. About 20 minutes after my appointment time, the 2 people who had been waiting when I arrived were finally called in. More people arrived. One more person exited. After nearly an hour, I was finally let in, along with 2 people after me. I filled out the registration form, and was called into the check-in 'room'. They asked me about my questionnaire, checked my driver's license and took my bp. Not sure what the issue was, but they then checked my iron via a finger monitor (this was the first time I've had this done). It was low apparently, so they tried it again. Still low. So, more than an hour after my original appointment time, I was told I would not be able to donate, I would be on a list for 28 days, I could try again after that time and was dismissed. Now, I understand there are circumstances under which they cannot allow people to donate. However, to wait over an hour, without any apologies for the delay, without any thank yous for our patience, without any sort of acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and then be told I cannot donate, is simply unacceptable. Inside is a sign that every donor receives respect for their time. This experience tells me that is not case.

Last donation in October 2025 was supposed to get 40$ in rewards. logged on the site within a week and showed "zero points" on my account. After several calls to customer service line I finally reached someone who said she reset my points because "they expire in 30 days" I reminded her that I had just donated less than 2 weeks prior. she told me to wait a few days. So I did and when I logged back on to redeem my points, they were showing in my account but when I tried to click for two dominoes pizza 20$ gift cards, it showed "error" I will not donate to this company anymore.

I've donated 5 times with them before and they didn't have my blood type, therefore the delay in the bonus points. They had to test my blood........NOT! Do not trust these people. A…read moreyoung man told me he was very tired and exhausted from being on the floor and I asked him to get me another person and he said that he got me well he didn't get me. He ruined both of my veins. He told me in order to get paid. I had to let him stick the other arm my arms were Red blue and purple for three weeks going on for my veins was hurting. I got nauseated headaches and I had to schedule a doctors appointment so that I could see if my veins are OK. They finally went down but when I try to escalate the situation, the manager Was very unprofessional because I feel like people that donate should not lose their funds because they're doing it for a cause, and it helps financially because your staff did not stick correctly. The donor have to deal with the consequences. They are very unprofessional most people that are on the staff used to donate which that is not a problem, but they talk to you as if you are less than they have no empathy. I have no empathy. I had trauma behind what they did and they do not want to compensate you for that and wanna give you $30. They just don't understand that a person don't have to come there if they have a full-time job but they do because they work somewhere Where plasma is needed so you're helping yourself and you're helping patients . So now they have lost a customer, but do they care no because someone else will come through the door that would deal with their shenanigans very unprofessional place.. they work people too hard, which is why they're getting so many bad sticks. They do not keep staff because people that want something better in life or want to be treated professionally and with respect and dignity they will leave. I gave them a chance last year and I come back and nothing has changed. I will never go back again. I could have been in the hospital the way that my veins looked.
