We're a year in and have not had any issues with the front desk staff or doctors. The staff at the front desk and nurse lines have been very attentive and professional. The doctors we've all had have been great. Of course we have our favorites and one's that we specifically request for a larger issue. Dr. Louis is the best! He's way to talk to, attentive, knowledgeable, and acknowledges the parents as part of the medical team for your child. He doesn't talk down to you and ensures you leave satisfied with the plan. I love the multiple locations as I've been able to get in as soon as I needed. Lactation services were ok. I ended up still utilizing other lactation services to complement any insight needed from them. Overall, we love the practice and will be here for a while!

The front office staff was very sweet and helpful. I only waited maybe 10 minutes to be taken in the back by a very kind nurse. And, only waited about another 5-10 minutes before Dr. Caulfield actually came into examine me. She was very thorough, asked lots of questions, talked about my options, and explained why she was choosing to take a certain course of action. She has a very friendly personality and is extremely knowledgeable. I felt like I was in great hands and really couldn't have been more pleased with a doctor's visit. The in-office experience is consistently good; staff are friendly, and every doctor we've seen (including our two primary doctors over the years) has been great about taking their time and answering all our questions. That said, if you're hoping to get much help over the phone or without going in, don't count on it. They can tell you if you should come in or not, but beyond that, you're better off using a telehealth service.

To provide some professional perspective, I will say, however, that with scheduled 2 medications (ADHD medications), physicians are required to see patients at regular intervals and most practices require 1 weeks' notice for providing prescription refills.

Each time we scheduled an appointment for the first evaluation and then services, we'd then be asked to move it (this rescheduling happened twice for the initial evaluation), or we scheduled the first actual appt for services and they cancelled the appointment day-of (less than two hours prior) because the provider was out/couldn't make it. It's been well over three months of dealing with cancelled, moved appts, repeated paperwork and our child has still never been seen for any care. Would not recommend!

The doors are locked, so you cannot get in. There was maybe four seats available in the lobby for you to sit in (it's close to the entrance). The office is located on the 4th floor and to the left once you exit the elevators. By 1:15pm, there were 4 other parties that had arrived. Once I went inside, it got packed, very quickly! They scheduled many people right after lunchtime. The Check in staff was Wanda. She was friendly. We were called back at 1:32pm. The nurse was Sara. They took his weight before we went into a room. Then they asked the usual questions regarding allergies and pharmacy. They took his blood pressure. My son saw Dr. McCormick. She came in around 12:42. She was very thorough, which I appreciated! She was with us for about 40 minutes. My son was about to get a book to take home. I must note that I didn't have the best experience with phone staff prior to the appointment regarding acceptance of new patients and what not. That was discouraging but Dr. McCormick left a positive impression on me.
