My daughter was sick and I called at 2pm. They saw her the same day! They send you a text or email with a link to fill out the pre appointment paperwork. Every nurse we have encountered has been more than friendly. The doctors care and are thorough. The lobby area and bathrooms are always clean. I've never had a problem with them filling refills timely. The one thing that stands out that I love is the artwork throughout the office. And of course the fish The fish at the entrance have always been a favorite for my kids.

I have been going to this practice for over 7 years, and I have never been treated this way or spoken to like this. She was rude, and she did not check in one of my children because she was too busy arguing with me. Don't know where they dig this ghetto clerk from.

We're a year in and have not had any issues with the front desk staff or doctors. The staff at the front desk and nurse lines have been very attentive and professional. The doctors we've all had have been great. Of course we have our favorites and one's that we specifically request for a larger issue. Dr. Louis is the best! He's way to talk to, attentive, knowledgeable, and acknowledges the parents as part of the medical team for your child. He doesn't talk down to you and ensures you leave satisfied with the plan. I love the multiple locations as I've been able to get in as soon as I needed. Lactation services were ok. I ended up still utilizing other lactation services to complement any insight needed from them. Overall, we love the practice and will be here for a while!

Their primary provider is NP Lynn Klett, who has taken care of all of them over the years. She is always caring, attentive, and willing to listen to all of my concerns as a parent. I truly appreciate how she takes the time to listen and help us find the best solutions for my kids. There have been times when one of my kids gets sick and I need a last-minute appointment, so we end up seeing another provider. I have seen Dr. Ram, Dr. Agbuya, and Dr. Rothstein, and they have all been great as well. I have never had any issues with the care we have received from them. Overall, I am very happy with this pediatric office and appreciate the care and attention they have given my children over the years. It means a lot to have a team of providers I can trust with my kids' health. I highly recommend this office!

And, only waited about another 5-10 minutes before Dr. Caulfield actually came into examine me. Village Peds is the best pediatrics service I have ever found. Dr. Gush and her colleagues take…read morethe time to provide a standard of care that is virtually unheard of in our current healthcare system. They don't pile patients one on top on another, and actually take the time to listen to (and address) your questions and concerns. They have Saturday and extended day hour to accomodate "real life" schedules. They have never not worked my child in, they purposefully keep the schedule light to allow for same day appointment and have walk-in service in the a.m. If you have a child with Autism or any other special needs, this is the ONLY place to go. The staff is well trained to work with our kiddos, are very patient, flexible and most importantly knowledgeable about developmental disabilities. Dr. Gush is especially well-versed in Autism Spectrum Disorders and she and her staff will go the extra mile to make sure that our children are getting the highest standard of care be it medical, educational, etc. They accept most every insurance including Medicaid and Tricare and Jon, the office manager, has a wealth of knowledge to share regarding referrals and insurance questions. I only wish that I could find an adult doctor who is as thorough and professional as my son's pediatrician.

This office is solid in person, not great outside of that. The in-office experience is consistently good; staff are friendly, and every doctor we've seen (including our two primary doctors over the years) has been great about taking their time and answering all our questions. That said, if you're hoping to get much help over the phone or without going in, don't count on it. They can tell you if you should come in or not, but beyond that, you're better off using a telehealth service.

I could not speak to the delay in getting an appointment noted in the prior review or the delay in receiving a return phone call as I've not had this issue when I've called them. To provide some professional perspective, I will say, however, that with scheduled 2 medications (ADHD medications), physicians are required to see patients at regular intervals and most practices require 1 weeks' notice for providing prescription refills.
