My daughter was sick and I called at 2pm. They saw her the same day! They send you a text or email with a link to fill out the pre appointment paperwork. Every nurse we have encountered has been more than friendly. The doctors care and are thorough. The lobby area and bathrooms are always clean. I've never had a problem with them filling refills timely. The one thing that stands out that I love is the artwork throughout the office. And of course the fish The fish at the entrance have always been a favorite for my kids.

Roberson and Ram are wonderful people as well as educated doctors. Their staff is so helpful (when I've had to take the twins in by myself, their staff has helped me to my car). 1of my twins were sick this Christmas Eve and Dr. Roberson put her cooking on hold to open the office just for us. A few days later I had to take the twins in again for a recheck of their throats and Dr. Ram saw them. A few days later he called me to see how the twins were doing. Not sure where you can find this level of service anymore. I'm originally from NJ and I can tell you our pediatrician's office there NEVER called to check on my twins. Both Drs. Roberson and Ram take their time with you to answer ALL of your questions and explain everything to you in terms you can understand. Their bedside manner and sincere care for their patients shines through every time I bring my twins in to see them. I can't thank them enough for their time and dedication to the practice of pediatrics. We're just lucky to have found them.

SHE WAS FANTASTIC!!! I loved that she sat down and really got to know us. The nurse (I'm terrible with names and forgot it) that took our info and administered our daughter's shots was EXCELLENT too! I never felt like we were being rushed in and out. The office itself has a very kid-friendly-look and I liked how there is a sick side and a well side for the waiting room. I'd HIGHLY recommend this practice if you are searching for a Pediatrician.

This office is solid in person, not great outside of that. The in-office experience is consistently good; staff are friendly, and every doctor we've seen (including our two primary doctors over the years) has been great about taking their time and answering all our questions. That said, if you're hoping to get much help over the phone or without going in, don't count on it. They can tell you if you should come in or not, but beyond that, you're better off using a telehealth service.

I've had to call them for consults occasionally - they've been helpful, informative, and extremely nice. I could not speak to the delay in getting an appointment noted in the prior review or the delay in receiving a return phone call as I've not had this issue when I've called them. To provide some professional perspective, I will say, however, that with scheduled 2 medications (ADHD medications), physicians are required to see patients at regular intervals and most practices require 1 weeks' notice for providing prescription refills.

We initially liked Cornerstone because they were fairly conservative in how they treated illness and would give us information about the recommended options. Over the past few years, that has gone by the wayside and everything is treated with a prescription or referral to a specialist. It's overkill, not to mention expensive and time-consuming. The overall feeling is that they are treating symptoms but not taking the time to see the big picture. And ordering unnecessary tests and visits with specialists to cover themselves.
