Roberson and Ram are wonderful people as well as educated doctors. Their staff is so helpful (when I've had to take the twins in by myself, their staff has helped me to my car). 1of my twins were sick this Christmas Eve and Dr. Roberson put her cooking on hold to open the office just for us. A few days later I had to take the twins in again for a recheck of their throats and Dr. Ram saw them. A few days later he called me to see how the twins were doing. Not sure where you can find this level of service anymore. I'm originally from NJ and I can tell you our pediatrician's office there NEVER called to check on my twins. Both Drs. Roberson and Ram take their time with you to answer ALL of your questions and explain everything to you in terms you can understand. Their bedside manner and sincere care for their patients shines through every time I bring my twins in to see them. I can't thank them enough for their time and dedication to the practice of pediatrics. We're just lucky to have found them.

I seen her one time and she said I was fine after that visit. I drained and drained called her again asking why my incision is draining she never responded. I faxed a letter to her office she never responded. I then went back to my original gyn and he fixed my incision and it was a infection. My gyn do not deliver babies thats why I went to her in the first place what a terrible experience. I could've sued her she lucky I had too much going on in my life at that time but karma don't forget anything. Don't trust just anybody with your life cause I could've died from her negligence. She will be good until something go wrong then she don't take accountability very fake. Do not get any type of surgery if something go wrong she will not help at all.

He made me feel comfortable & hopeful during my shocking diagnosis of breast cancer. The front desk personnel, his nurse, his secretary to include all the Health Professionals at First Health and Pinehurst Surgical were always friendly, courteous and attentive to my needs and concerns! my father had his hernia surgery some time ago with the doctor but went back in this past july with…read morea small bulge and complaining of pain. doctor blithely told him he did not have a hernia and proceeded to roughly and painfully examine him, including his sensitive parts. my father, a former pilot, has had this type of exam for years without problem. is this anyway to treat an 80 year old??? turns out that he in fact DOES have another hernia after his GP ordered an ultrasound. this doctor should be avoided.

His staff is efficient and kind and helpful. We got an appointment the day I called. Honestly what an amazing doctor!!! I totally trust him not only for myself - but my teen!
