For 3 months I tried getting them appointments only for the office to tell me that I have to wait until November 8th. So I wait. November 4th I get a call from the office stating that the Dr will be out of office so the appointment was moved to Monday. (really didn't give me a choice). Fast forward to Nov 11, I bring both my kids in and they're telling me the appointment was on the 4th. No one knew who I spoke to or anything for that matter. They didn't ever even try to fix the issue at all! If scheduling is this bad I can only imagine how terrible the service is! Told them to drop us indefinitely. Get better competent staff please.

We've always met Eddie, the PA, through telehealth calls and was also very friendly. He made sure to address any of our questions and concerns we've had, especially during this pandemic. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

This was really disheartening. On another occasion I visited the office for an apt and needed blood work. After the visit with Dr Sturcken, I was talking with the lady taking blood and mentioned an issue I thought I may have and asked if they were taking blood for my thyroid as well. She said no but she could easily add it. Dr. Sturcken literally got frustrated and stated, "I already put your charts away," and was upset that she now needed to get them back out and add that. The latest upset is due to me moving out of state. A prescription I have is ending soon and I don't have a dr apt here for three months. Mind you, it took me a year to find a new dr, so I understand the inability to see me to renew more prescriptions. I was just hopeful she could refill it for a couple more months. She said no, so I asked if I should cut them in half to hold me over and she said she can't offer advice on that. I guess just overall, I've had multiple negative experiences with Dr. Sturcken.

He is very patient, listens and addresses all our concerns. Being a first time mom, I had many questions that he was able to answer for me. His staff on the other hand is not so helpful. Everytime I go there they seemed to have an attitude, almost boardline rude. They have those "I am above you" kind of attitude and care less what you have to say. I constant find them browsing internet for personal stuff or just sit around chatting about personal stuff yet they don't have time to address what I need. Or better yet they made me feel like I intrude their "free time" at work. I don't blame you if you want to see Dr. Adholla, but good luck with his staff. I refered my friend to see him. She found his staff rude as well and end up going to other doctor. I am also going to switch doctor myself. I really don't want to, but I rather not deal with his staff.
