I appreciated him listening to me and I mean really listening. Roberson and Ram are wonderful people as well as educated doctors. Their staff is so helpful (when I've had to take the twins in by myself, their staff has helped me to my car). 1of my twins were sick this Christmas Eve and Dr. Roberson put her cooking on hold to open the office just for us. A few days later I had to take the twins in again for a recheck of their throats and Dr. Ram saw them. A few days later he called me to see how the twins were doing. Not sure where you can find this level of service anymore. I'm originally from NJ and I can tell you our pediatrician's office there NEVER called to check on my twins. Both Drs. Roberson and Ram take their time with you to answer ALL of your questions and explain everything to you in terms you can understand. Their bedside manner and sincere care for their patients shines through every time I bring my twins in to see them.
