They ask if I have insurance. I tell them yes but I have to pay them submit my bills to my insurance. The lady takes my insurance card and ID. I tell her about my address stuff. She says they call my insurance and my insurance says that they are not a provider so they can't bill it to them. They tell me this and say that it looks like insurance fraud. The exact words, insurance fraud, I tell them I bill it. They then tell me it would be $304.00, just to be seen. I tell them forget it. Who is trying to fraud who now? I went 1 mile down the road to another place and was seen for $145.00, they gave me my diagnosis and bill. I paid them myself and was treated well. I would never go back to PineRidge Urgent Care. Just to be treated that way was high way robbery. I paid less than half of what they wanted. Poor management. When I am pulling into the other urgent care that day, Pine Ridge calls me and says so "what is going on?", I told her I left because of what I was told, did the front desk not tell you? She says no they didn't. Don't think they know what they are doing. They are dealing with people's health. Not a broken lawn mower. Sad. Would give no stars, but not an option. But that is what I would give.

The receptionist was friendly and entered me as a new patient quickly. They had quality face masks readily available at the window. After about 10mins the nurse came and got me. She was very pleasant and ran all of my vitals / updated my chart quickly. The xray tech came in after just a couple of minutes and took my images. The provider was in about 5 minutes later. During the whole visit I probably only sat waiting on someone a total of 15-20mins from start to finish... which is unheard of for an urgent care in my opinion. The provider was down to earth and addressed all my concerns without rushing me. They were very thorough in all of their exams to rule out major concerns and I left with a clear plan, meds ordered, and ease of mind. I will certainly revisit this location should an emergent need come up again.

It was easy enough to make an appointment online, and there was a plethora of appointments available. I picked 9 am, hoping wait time wouldn't be too long. We were the first ones there, and we got checked in right away. The waiting room was clean and there was even a charging station! The nurse called us in less than 5 minutes, and because it was connected to Cone health network, all prior information was available to them, as well as the summary after-visit on My Charts. Both the nurse and the PA, listened to our concerns and I thought the care and check up was efficient and thorough. Lickety split, I had 3 RXs sent to the local pharmacy, and we were out in no time. One thing to keep in mind, even though you do make an appointment online, it will depend on what other emergencies come through, and typical approach of triage would dictate if someone comes in with a more serious issue, they might be seen before you. My advice always be prepared with an iPad, earbuds and a bottle of water! It will make wait times more palatable. Also recommend bringing in a mask.

I'm going to be really honest here. They're doing the best they can given the circumstances. Are…read morethe nurses the friendliest? Probably not, but they're met with Covid test after Covid test. I've been here twice for Covid testing and they take as long as the line is to do the initial test and then it's a 20 minute wait. You check in at the front door and then go to your car to wait. The first time it took about 30 minutes to be tested. This time about an hour and a half. They had a parking lot full. This is a rapid testing center and you have to pay for it. It's a specialists copayment charge with insurance and it's $95 without insurance. You do have the option to be seen by a doctor if needed. I'm grateful for this place since most urgent cares do not offer rapid testing and take 24-72 hrs to get the results back. What a strange time we're living in, right?

I had a sinus infection and allergy induced asthma. The physician extender came right in after the CMA got a detailed history and verified my meds. I got a breathing treatment, several prescriptions and walked out feeling 100% better all within less than an hour. BOOM Thank you ladies. I think this place is a well kept secret.

I called urgent care center at about 1000am this morning and tried to make an appointment. I told…read morethem my symptoms and they told me I should come in immediately. I arrived at about 11am, went over my symptoms again and more general questions from the person working the front desk. Once we were finished it took about 10 minutes before I was called into an exam room. I spoke with the nurse for a little while and did a few tests and then the doctor came in quickly afterwards. He confirmed what I thought I was suffering from and told me I had two options: start medications and hope it would start to improve in 24 hours or go to the emergency room and possibly have to go through emergency surgery. He stated due to the time frame with everything he would not waste any time trying medications first, he recommended going to the hospital. He made the call and got the intake process started for me at Wake Forrest and I was in my way. Pretty easy visit, the only thing is that I wished they did differently was give me plethora with the official (presumptive) diagnosis since when I left Wake Forrest the discharge paperwork did not mention the original diagnosis. I'll definitely be Babcock if I need medical attention again. They're pretty quick to get you in the door and don't seem to sugar coat anything. They've always told me how it is and what needed to be done
