PLEASE AVOID! They take advantage of new patients for a couple reasons. They 1) try to claim you have a dozen cavities when in reality you may have one or two. Ended up only having two and just barely two when I went to another dentist, but the Smile Shop claimed Ten. They couldn't even point all 10 out to me and just picked a couple spots to repeat over and over. It's a money grab and it makes sense because it's a couple who owns it. They make it seem like you have a great experience and then hit you with suspicious things. Another thing they did which was unreal was trying to charge $50 to hold my next cleaning appt for 6 months later. Since when does any dentist do that?? I asked around and everyone I talked to thought that was insanity. They also did some unnecessary imaging when I had a couple newer images already done. Just wouldn't recommend at all and don't appreciate being taken advantage of as a new patient. read more

Dr. Dolin is terrific, as is the staff, starting with Amanda and several others who make for a great atmosphere. Though I have been a patient for a few years, I've not met Dr. Spriggs . I had an emergency, left a message after hours and received a return call very promptly to schedule an appointment for the next day. The morning of the appointment I received a text reminder along with instructions to call from the parking lot and to bring a mask if I had one (I did). Given that I live with an immunocompromised person, I was very glad to know this practice adhered to and perhaps went beyond COVID-19 recommendations. Dr. Spriggs saw me right on time; we discussed my options after a thorough explanation of the problem and I was extremely satisfied in his approach. This is overall the best dental experience I've ever had in my 54 years on this Earth. They are friendly, knowledgeable and most of all genuinely concerned with your overall health experience. Had a crown made and sent back because it wasn't a perfect fit for me. The Dr. responded "If I don't want it in my mouth I'm not going to out it in yours". Got it back today and it is indeed perfect! They were very responsive to my previous 2 star Yelp rating regarding the new policy of paying when you make the appointment instead of paying at the time services are rendered. That policy is no longer in effect and the person we spoke to is no longer there. All is back to normal and I'm glad. Looking for another dentist after going here for 20 years would have been tough. read more

I was able to fill out all the forms online and didn't have to go through the process of filling out the same information when I came into the office. I've been looking for a replacement dentist since I moved here I'd gone to the same dentist for over ten years but I can honestly say I'm so happy with this office they get you in and out no long waits. The BEST dental experience ever! Dr. Spriggs is gentle (he did two of my crowns), wants to be sure you're in no pain during a procedure, and has a great sense of humor. His assistant and hygienists Kristen and Amanda are friendly and do an amazing job. The receptionists are very welcoming, always greeting me with a smile and genuine hospitality. I've never been to a dentist's office where everyone is so nice and friendly, not acting like they're in too much of a hurry to talk with you.
