When I had an abcess tooth, my Dentist recommended me to Dr. Conner. I have high anxiety so it is so hard for me to be calm. When I walked into her practice, I was so nervous, and I was just going to have a consultation appointment with her to view the type of treatment will be required. Well, she prescribed a medicine to relax me to take the edge off of me. She was the kindest and most gentle DDS person.. I must admit my experience was great. My root canal was a breeze. No one wants to see the Endodontist but if you need to this is the best place to go. The skill and knowledge of doctor Conner is incredible and comes with tremendous "chair" side manner. The whole office is really geared toward making your experience comfortable and painless. The team around doctor Conner is just incredibly friendly but very professional. Overall I would recommend Dr. Conner to anyone needing a root canal or other endodontal procedure. She is the best and it shows. read more

Posting from my partner's Yelp account: I just tried to visit this office for a consultation and had a very unpleasant experience. I suffer from raynauds (where my hands and feet get pale and numb when its cold) and I had to take a O2 test, which I'm guessing is apart of their COVID protocol. But I was unable to test my O2 levels because there was no blood circulating through my hand due to my condition. Once the staff realized that my oxygen reading was low (this was not an accurate reading, obviously) they said I needed to go see my primary care doctor to figure out why my levels were so low. Meanwhile, I was literally explaining my condition to the staff. I tried to ask if I could go to the car and warm my hands before they tried to test my oxygen levels again, but apparently I had "missed my window." They insisted that I go get a COVID test and completely neglected what I was telling them I knew about my health. I would have appreciated maybe a warning that I was going to have my oxygen levels tested for a consultation, especially if this is new COVID protocol. If a warning is asking for too much, at the least, as medical personnel, YOU NEED TO LISTEN WHEN YOUR PATIENTS ARE TRYING TO TELL YOU SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR HEALTH!!! Do not ignore what they are saying. This was the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a medical office and the lack of empathy was disgusting. Additionally, this was a huge inconvenience as I had to take PTO from my job, not take extra medications leading up to the appointment, and not to mention the drive. Of course when you hear that you need a root canal not the best emotions are associated with it. Luckily, Dr Deb Conner was recommended to me from a family member raving about her experience. As COVID restrictions started, the staff was very empathetic & understanding when going through with the procedure making sure that all my concerns were handled in a professional manner. Caitlin the office receptionist was so helpful with handling my insurance and keeping in touch with me during the entire process. As for procedure itself, I experienced no pain or discomfort due to Dr Deb Conner being very meticulous with her work and would inform me what was occurring each step of the way. Meanwhile Carolyn & Victoria the dental assistants were skilled in making me feel at ease. Overall, excellent staff & endodontist I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you! read more

When I first went there they were great. I accidentally gave them my health insurance card instead of dental card. They gave me an estimate of what I had to pay . I paid it up front. Then a year later they call me and tell me I owe 900.00. They did not call me and tell me any time during that year that they did not have the correct insurance. I offered to get on a payment plan and they said it was not a big enough payment. Understand that I don't just have 900.00 when I thought I was all paid off. Then during the covid19, the just took the money out of my account with no warning. Left me and my family with no money during a pandemic. Dr Conner left me a message saying she thought we could work some thing out. Office manager refused and said it was a year late but I knew nothing about until 2 1/2 months ago. When I told them they left me 0 dollars in my account. She suggested I go to the food bank . If the had been courteous enough to even let me know they were taking the money it would not have been as bad. Taking people's money during a pandemic with no Advance notice shame on you. . Dr. Deb and her staff are thee Best! I had the best experience ever despite having to get a root canal. Having a dr who is passionate, caring, and explains every detail before and during the procedure definitely cancelled any worries I had. The atmosphere of this office is very warm and welcoming and the staff are truly great as well. During the actual procedure, they do all they can to make you feel comfortable (offer a blanket, preference of radio station, the option to watch the procedure, and care afterwards to prevent pain).They care about their patients and even follow-up after procedures with a courtesy call to make sure you are okay! I was sent here on a referral from another "one star" dentist office. I'm going to be frank -- do you recall the scene from the original batman movie where the joker goes to the hack surgeon's basement to fix his face...thats what I felt like at this office. Dr. Conner put my mind and fears at ease by listening and explaining exactly what the process was and what to expect. Upon arriving for my appt. for a root canal consult,I started filling out my paperwork in the lobby. During this time, office manager Tricia Santos began having a open conversation with another patient about Paul, from the Bible being a :smart A$$" and sarcastic in the scripture, as well as how horrible it was that Trump was our new President. She stated she still couldn't bring herself to cut the TV on. No matter what your views are, it was very unprofessional & it was a convo for the break room, not the waiting area for patients! Religion and politics are 2 very controversial topics and can be VERY offencive! BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE! I was given a Xanax Rx for my root canal appt. and told that I would have to have someone drive me & stay while I'm there & drive me home. The day of the root canal my son drove me. His GPS got us off track and we were about 10 min. behind schedule. I called and spoke to a very nice young lady who said, :no problem come on." I arrived 10 min. late and was turned away! I was very medicated and was told to "come on" But, Tricia decided no. I told her that it wasn't my fault. I wasn't driving myself, it was the GPS, I called! Still no change in her attitude! Not only was I turned away, but she REFUSED to allow me to reschedule with no reason. I told her, "I come in with $1300.00 to pay in full and you are turning me away? I stated that I wasn't a repeat offender, for being late, so why not reschedule?? It was as if I were talking to a brick wall! My mom, who was there waiting to stay with me during the procedure, was totally shocked! Tricia, the Office Manager was RUDE!
