We canceled him and called County Road Plumbing. From the minute they answered the phone they were friendly and professional. When we asked if they would wear a mask when working in the house, they said "Of course!" They were very respectful and didn't make us feel bad for asking. Pat did two projects at our house--installing a complicated kitchen faucet and fixing an outdoor faucet. He was very professional and did an incredible job. Both time's I saw some improvement in water pressure, but it was only temporary. The last time they were out, I asked for a quote on a new iron filter or curtain. Never got the quote. My water pressure dropped again and decided to have a different company look at it. The new plumber showed me the iron filter which was clearly not cleaned and cacked with iron. This was only a month after they were here to clean it!! I've spent over $700 the past 6 months for nothing. DO NOT USE THEM. Their rating says it all.
