Dale was able to address all three jobs in a very timely manner. The basement laundry basin is good as new, no more water all over the laundry room floor when doing laundry. He repaired the stopper by installing a sink stopper arm assembly and a toilet flapper valve he had on hand in his work vehicle. I saved money by being able to return the unnecessary new faucet and toilet tank repair kit I had purchased from Lowe's since he had the parts I needed at a very inexpensive price. My father the cardiologist used to explain to patients when they needed a rotational atherectomy that it was like a "roto rooter" for clogged arteries. He didn't actually know what a roto router was. So I asked the drain guy if his procedure was like a rotational atherectomy, and he looked at me blankly. Well not all metaphors are useful but this service sure is. We called them at around 8am to get help clear out our main drain on our 70 year old home. We inquired on their charges which we felt were reasonable and so we asked to send someone out. Matt, the plumber was at our house on the SAME day AND in the time frame promised. He got to work immediately. He noticed our steps to the basement were carpeted so he laid down a runner to protect it from dirt that might come from hauling the equipment. He did an assessment and immediately found the source.
