I lastly I purchased a new sink faucet for the master bathroom because the stopper had failed and thought I needed to swap in a new faucet. Dale was able to address all three jobs in a very timely manner. The basement laundry basin is good as new, no more water all over the laundry room floor when doing laundry. He repaired the stopper by installing a sink stopper arm assembly and a toilet flapper valve he had on hand in his work vehicle. I saved money by being able to return the unnecessary new faucet and toilet tank repair kit I had purchased from Lowe's since he had the parts I needed at a very inexpensive price. We had a leak in a valve behind a pedestal sink in the bathroom that was leaking thru the floor and into the basement. The plumber assigned, "TIM" was great, professional and quickly had the problem fixed. He even replaced the faulty valves with an upgraded value and not the "builder grade" that was there. While I was with him in the utility room, where he had turned off the water supply to the house... I noticed the top of my hot water heater had standing water and asked him what was going on. He explained that it was part of my NTI boiler system (in floor heating) which uses a special type of dual stage water heater and that there was a clog in my system that was venting water out the top (not good). This called for a specialized tech for the NTI, not a regular plumber. I called HSA Home Warranty and they again assigned Wilkes Plumbing to the job as they had an NTI tech on staff. ROB came out and explained what was happening and that he would fix my issue. He replaced the broken part, fixed a small leak in an adjoining pipe and reviewed my system with me. He also showed me that a particular part of the system was not turned on... and made sure my whole NTI was working correctly and had proper settings. When done, he wiped everything down and left it better then when he arrived. I would greatly recommend WILKES Plumbing.

I had Wilkes come out in via my home warranty service to take a look at my Jacuzzi tub that was…read morerandomly turning on by itself. They came when my parents were there and left without a comment and so I assumed it was fixed. After a week it came back on again and I had to follow up with Wilkes where they said they had to come back out since they couldn't get to it directly and had to go through the basement ceiling. They came back out again, charged me more money for the 2nd trip, and said it was fixed. Side note, they had to call a third party Jacuzzi service for advice on how to fix it. A few months later the same problem started again and I called them to see if they would come out and fix it but to my surprise said that because it has been over 60 days, that I'd have to either make another claim with the home warranty service or hire them direct at $60 per trip + $110 per hour. They do not do a quality job to start or on the 2nd time around nor do they warranty their work more than 60 days so I would definitely not recommend this company.
