I lastly I purchased a new sink faucet for the master bathroom because the stopper had failed and thought I needed to swap in a new faucet. Dale was able to address all three jobs in a very timely manner. The basement laundry basin is good as new, no more water all over the laundry room floor when doing laundry. He repaired the stopper by installing a sink stopper arm assembly and a toilet flapper valve he had on hand in his work vehicle. I saved money by being able to return the unnecessary new faucet and toilet tank repair kit I had purchased from Lowe's since he had the parts I needed at a very inexpensive price. I wish all trades people that I hire could be so helpful, professional and willing to try to help their customers save money instead of trying to gouge them.
