One of the main reasons I purchased the Watercrest home filtration system, was because of the lifetime warranty on it. I discovered that it is worthless, and that this company does not honor its agreements. One of the plastic containers( that has a filter inside) sprung a tiny leak. I got in touch by email on 27 Dec 2024 plus numerous voicemail messages politely requesting that Hanish Water send me the part concerned as per their lifetime warranty. I have not received anything to date. Instead I am being ghosted. This company is not to be recommended as it does not stand by its commitments. Do not do business with them. I am attaching a photo of the tiny leak that sprung from one of the filter containers.

So, whenever we have had to do maintenance on the system, we have called them for service. Their technicians are prompt, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Recently, we felt the iron filter was not working well enough. We scheduled an appointment for Hanson to send someone over. Dustin came to check out our iron filter and determined that at 15+ years we had some hard choices to make. He walked us through our options, patiently answered my questions, and did not try and sell anything specific. We talked about replacing the water softener at the same time. He ran tests and confirmed it was in working order. We scheduled time for them to replace the iron filter. Again, Dustin and his assistant arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. He took the time to explain the whole setup to me and ensured I was comfortable with the work done. They are easy to work with and a great service-oriented company. I also love the fact they are heavily involved in the local community. Strongly recommend Hanson Soft Water for any water filtration needs. Wish more businesses were like them!

He came prepared with anything he needed, even if he had to rebuilt it. Turned out it was not my softener. Aaron took a quick look around, found the leak was the float switch on sump pump, told me the size, so I could let a plumber know & recommended a couple in the area. I actually found one exactly the same on Amazon & replaced it myself! If not for Aaron, I probably still would not know where this flood was coming from. He is a great asset to your company! I really appreciated him going above & beyond, when most contractors do what they come to do & they're out the door. It only took him a minute, but it saved me from more headaches & a lot of money.
