I highly recommend using Current Electric!! I have pretty high ceilings (about 14 feet if not a…read morelittle more) and we wanted light fixtures with fans. Calling them and booking everything was so easy. They came and gave an estimate - then rolled in the price of the estimate into the work since we decided to go with them. They were less expensive than another company I looked at so I decided to go with them and they did a great job! One of the light fixtures I bought was broken (unknown to me) and they didn't even tell me until later that they went to get a replacement for me and didn't charge me for it! Admittedly they were unsure if they broke it, but either way it was nice that they took care of it without needing me to go get and pay for the replacement. They even vacuumed after themselves to clean up. Could not recommend more!

On Monday I tried to call for regular service but each time I called the main number I was hung up on. It said I could leave a message but then said the mail box was full and hung up. I then used chat on the website who offered me a date a week or two out. This was unacceptable for an emergency after having a lightning strike. The system that Current Electric uses is very flawed, so don't expect to get emergency service from them. I have used them before and spent thousands of dollars on upgrades but will think twice before using them again.

Well, we are 100% satisfied with the quality of workmanship, professionalism, prompt service, friendly attitude and excellent products sold. We have never needed a service call on either machines to date. The annual maintenance is such an outstanding offer. It gives you peace of mind that your investment is being taken care of. I would love to recognize Ray Seeber, our technician for his outstanding quality of work. He was so informative, patient and respectful. Thank you Ray, we look forward to seeing you again. No repairs were performed and I was ultimately told that the AC was operating normally, without a solution to the temperature difference I had called about. I understand paying for diagnostic time, but $300 for this visit felt very expensive, and I wish the additional charges had been clearer when I scheduled. Update: I appreciate the business owner commenting on their charge process. The technician specifically noted charging me for 45 minutes, and I have an email time stamped 45 minutes after he started work. Also, none of the paperwork notes that the initial charge includes 30 minutes of time, which further emphasizes my point about transparency. Update: Update: I previously listed the wrong dollar amounts, so I am correcting them after reviewing my invoice. I was charged $149 for the diagnostic visit plus $130 for an additional 45 minutes of labor, for a total of $292.95 with tax. After the business stated that the technician spent approximately 75 minutes diagnosing my AC, I requested their timestamped records. Their records show that at 12:38 PM I signed their Customer Acknowledgement stating that "all work has been completed," and my invoice was emailed at 12:40 PM. However, they are counting time through 12:51 PM toward the 75-minute visit based on their tracking system. I disputed the additional labor charge and requested a refund. The company refused and offered only a credit toward future service, which I declined. My concern is not that diagnostic work costs money. My concern is being charged for diagnostic labor that I do not believe is supported by the company's own records.
