We had been having issues with our sanitary sewer and, following several disappointing visits from…read more"pro" sewer cleaners, I called ABC Sewer. Brian came out to scope out our sewer line and quickly found the issue that had been plaguing me for most of the year...roots clogging a couple areas in my 65+ year old sewer. Brian efficiently diagnosed where the clogs were and got my permission to use his reaming machine to remove the problem. He let me watch the screen of his video inspection camera during the process and showed the before and after view of my sewer. It's now cleaned and working great. I was very pleased that the job took just over and hour to complete and the bill was, quite frankly, surprisingly low compared to the THREE other services who came before. Brian and ABC Sewer has become my "drain guys" from now on!

House was built in 1915, and the original kitchen was revealed underneath an awful 1970s remodel when we finally had enough equity for a real remodel. The plumber said the drain needed to be cleared from decades of kitchen waste. My father the cardiologist used to explain to patients when they needed a rotational atherectomy that it was like a "roto rooter" for clogged arteries. He didn't actually know what a roto router was. So I asked the drain guy if his procedure was like a rotational atherectomy, and he looked at me blankly. Well not all metaphors are useful but this service sure is. Quick, efficient, on schedule, and surprisingly clean.

Thanks for Milwaukee Plumbing for helping us so quickly and efficiently with a new water heater!…read moreWe're in the process of selling our condo, and after an inspection we realized our water heater, though still working well, was at the end of its life. We called MKE Plumbing and the sent someone out within a few hours to take a look. Later that afternoon we received a call from the company confirming a quote and what it would take to get this project done. We have a unique situation in that our water heater is suspended from the ceiling, pretty high up above our washer/dryer, and it's also an unusual size. The company was able to book us in for an official replacement within a few days, as all they needed was to wait on the parts to arrive. Steve came on a Tuesday morning and was both approachable and accommodating. He helped my husband remove and replace the closet door blocking the space, and assisted in getting everything back in place afterward. All in all, the (seemingly tough) process took about five hours. We were charged roughly $2200, compared to quotes upwards of $3000 we received via phone from other plumping companies. Hopefully no return repairs but they certainly got a difficult job done.

Once the…read moreplumber showed up he knocked on my front door then proceeded to walking through my back yard and help himself into my three season room. He did not introduce himself with his name or company name. I told him what the issue was he never asked, he asked to see the basement I showed him. For the next 15-20 mins it sounded like he was drilling into my foundation. He came up and wasn't going to say anything till I asked if my pipes are okay or if there is anything major wrong? He said no just rust and grease. Mind you We are first time home owners here in Wisconsin, we are from California. After he left I went into the basement to find an inch and a half of water sitting in half of the unfinished portion of the basement. I proceeded to call the company directly and voice my concerns and Shelly or Sally stated to me they are not a cleaning crew they are only hired to fix the problem, after her attitude and rude remarks I hung up and proceeded to call my warranty company to file a formal complaint on this company. Shelley or Sally then called me back leaving a VM stating he rinsed the basement down with clean water. As you can see from the pictures they left dirt, rust and grease all over my basement along with an inch and a half of water. It would of been one thing to mention to me I might want to go mop or clean it up to just walk in and out with almost nothing said. I clearly think this is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. For them to just leave someone's house a mess like this is disrespectful. Also who ever the plumber was (I never got his name) and who ever Shelly or Sally is hands down are the most unpleasant and unprofessional people I have ever came across in my life. I do not recommend anyone to use this company.
