I thought everything would cost a little over a thousand but Chad fixed it and it all cost under $240. The problem was with a no name faucet nozzle that got jammed up after my lead pipe was replaced. I've forgotten the name of the woman I spoke to but she was great as well. If I could give six or even ten stars I would and I'm not given to hyperbole. read more

Contacted Milestone to replace and modernize the drain plumbing underneath one of my bathrooms. Dan came out and was incredibly skilled, and very professional, and did a great job getting the job done as promised. I would not hesitate to use Milestone again for any future plumbing needs! read more

Did a great job on my hot water install. They were also my best quote. Dan who came to install my hot water heater also gave me lots of education not only on my water heater and how to keep it in longer lasting shape but also some of my other plumbing issues (for down the line might want to consider projects - such as my main water line not shutting off fully! Ekk) Needless to say it was a smooth process and everytime I had to call as well was very easy especially since they weren't only dealing with me but also my Dad since I don't know much about plumbing so he was calling to follow up on anything I failed to ask and they didn't seem to be bothered. They were recommended to me by my friends and I would recommend them to others. read more

An underfloor sanitary pipe was clogged; could not use any bathrooms in the house without overflow on the lower level. Alex and Ryan were pleasant, efficient and professional. The work areas were cleaned up well. They lived up to Milestone's motto. Quality Conscious, Customer Focused Every Job - Every Day! read more

Extremely glad we chose Milestone for our water heater install. As soon as the heater was installed and filled, it had a high-pitched noise that we really did not think was normal. He spent a long time with tech support attempting to troubleshoot the problem. Arrangements were made for a certified tech to come take some readings. While that tech confirmed the unit was "within dB rating specifications," they both agreed the noise was not something they (personally) would expect or tolerate. The company (Rheem) did agree to provide a replacement unit. The first unit was removed, the replacement was installed and was much better. Dan was over the top in terms of service to the customer. These days, such service can be hard to find. read more

Had a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain, and running the disposal only made it worse. Milestone was able to make it same day, and even earlier than expected. James was courteous, explained everything he was doing, and finished his work in a timely fashion. In short: great work by great, ethical people for a very fair price. Milestone is great! Definitely recommend. read more

First, we had Milestone come out to fix an outdoor faucet. It went so well we asked for information on projects we wanted to do. We had them back 2 weeks later to replace our sump pump with a backup. Dan who did both jobs was excellent! read more

I had a pipe leaking in our basement and also a hose bib that was leaking. Alex came out and made short work of it. Very professional and fast! I was so impressed, when my dad's condo needed work, I didn't hesitate to call. Very happy with Alex at Milestone Plumbing. read more

Contacting Milestone Plumbing was a great experience! Our appointment was for an inspection, but the day before, it became an installation. Our technician, James was on time, prepared, professional, and demonstrated his knowledge of the job while explaining what and why he was doing the task. He also cleaned up behind himself and wore booties in our home. We appreciate great customer service and we plan to continue our service with you and to share our experience with your company. Thanks again! read more

I agree with what many reviewers have said about MIlestone: They're great at explaining what's going on, what work they're going to do, and they're always available in an emergency. When I needed an urgent fix for a leaking hot water pipe in my basement, Milestone was the first to respond and seemed to have a competitive rate for the work. The problem came at the end of the repair when I was charged for the 30 minutes the repairman spent filling out paperwork in his truck **AND** the work order was rounded up to the nearest hour. My cost concerns were amplified when I took a bid for re-piping my basement. Milestone's bid to do the work with a less-expensive material was considerably higher than a competitive bid to do the work with copper. I can't fault MIlestone's workmanship or responsiveness, but you will pay a premium price for these. read more

We've used Milestone Plumbing one other time. We had purchased a new kitchen sink, garbage disposal and faucet from Lowe's. Trying to get them to install was a hassle. So I called Milestone to schedule installation. They were able to schedule a time that was convenient for me. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. Could not be happier. read more

Called Milestone Plumbing after two other plumbing companies did not return our call and/or could not come for a few weeks. Milestone was able to accommodate our timeline. Charlie from Milestone was assigned the job. Cannot say enough of his timeliness, professionalism, knowledge and cleanliness - Charlie did a great job! We will be using Milestone Plumbing again for sure! Happy to help a small local business and very impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness. Top notch company. read more

We just had milestone plumbing come out for a clogged shower/tub drain. Kevin and Tyler made quick work of the issue. Since we do have hold pipes (house built in 1960) they assessed the situation and said the best way to fix this would be do take out the old pipes and add some new ones that have a better design and water flow. They said snaking the drain would take just as much time/money and wouldn't guarantee a fix. At first I was skeptical and thought they were upselling me, but I trusted them. less than 2 hours later the pipe was replaced and upgraded, and our shower/tub drain works perfectly. They walked me through everything that they were doing, and we are very pleased with their work and the price. Kevin and Tyler showed me the old pipe and it was so correded and cloged that the water had maybe a 1/8 inch of room to flow through. Very pleased with the new drain system for our shower and highly recommend milestone plumbing. Thank you Kevin and Tyler for your quick work and professionalism! read more

We are extremely happy with the service we recently received from Milestone - the technicians were pleasant, timely, and friendly. Dan was particularly helpful! He explained what (and why!) he would be doing, answered our questions, worked efficiently, used walking tarps rather than the carpet, and made some very helpful phone calls for us. Two other technicians came the next day to do some additional work for us and there wasn't even a callback charge! Thank you gentlemen for helping make our new home more attractive and efficient! We asked Milestone Plumbing to check out a leaky kitchen faucet in a 4 year old home. Jason helped identify that it was the faucet itself and helped us get a new one from the manufacturer at no cost. Milestone (Luke) returned to install the new faucet as soon as we received it. read more

After a very unsatisfactory experience with another company, Mr Rooter, who didn't inspire confidence, talked of breaking thru walls!!..quoted ($$$) from some menu...& had me sign to accept before even diagnosing the problem.. all while saying he wouldn't guarantee to fix..expected payment after efforts failed to achieve resolution.. then left saying their company wouldn't allow sufficient parts to be carried on the truck.. They'd have to be ordered..I declined to have them return ( with yet more billing)...after 3 hrs of achieving nothing. The shower still dripped. No mention was made of waiving the truck fee. I then had Alex from Milestone come, he arrived with the needed parts...was very professional & pleasant & in just over an hour had the issue resolved.. he also contacted Koehler to have a replacement hose for my handheld delivered, gratis, to my home & will return , waiving the truck fee to install.. An itemized bill was presented AFTER the necessary work was completed.. Mr Rooter had directed me to go to a plumbing store & purchase the hose myself.. I highly recommend Alex & Milestone. It's so important to feel confident in persons engaged to do work on one's property. read more

We had work done by Milestone last week and it was completed with professionalism and thoroughness. Our previous plumber clearly didn't want to take on the jobs we asked of Jason from Milestone, but he just did them without complaint. We've had other work done by Milestone and are always surprised by the quality. Highly recommend! read more

Nice company to work with. Good communicators. Our plumber was a great guy. No creepy vibe whatsoever. The only problem is that 5.5 hours cost us 2 weeks wages. We just don't understand how regular working class people are suppose to afford the cost. Of course we believe the plumber and company should make a very good wage, but there is a disconnect. This was a true hardship for us. read more

Charged me 211 $ to caulk around a shower mixer valve, took 15 min. I would have done it myself but thought the leak was bigger. I called to complain and they were going to adjust price but never got back to me. The quality of their work has been very good (Ive use them in the past) but there price is high and they did not do what they said they would after I called them. They later got back with me and worked things out read more

Resorted to calling a plumber as "new" homeowners today, first time ever hiring a plumber...and we couldn't have been more thrilled with the service we got with our Milestone Plumbing, Inc. plumber. I observed gross brown water coming up from the utility sink in the basement this morning, with small chunks of greens...and determined this was a potential situation with our kitchen sink/garbage disposal. We tried plunging and used Drano but the clog didn't budge. And meant we couldn't use our kitchen sink, dishwasher, or washing machine with this clog effecting the utility sink. Having moved into this house just four months ago, I've been nervous about inheriting some potentially bad plumbing, especially since we've already had some "fixable" plumbing issues already. I called Milestone, and Kevin came out like immediately (not that it was an emergency, but he was running early on other appts he said). I happened to be at a meeting when Kevin arrived but my boyfriend, Joe, was at home. Joe said Kevin was super observant, thorough, and fixed the clog quickly and easily (Kevin answered all my boyfriend's questions too, with tips on how we can fix the clog ourselves next time, if need be). We both appreciated Kevin's thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond things without rushing on to the next call. All of it made my day! I was expecting the worst. My first time ever hiring a plumber experience was a good one and I will for sure recommend Milestone and ask for Kevin again! (hopefully we won't need more plumbing work anytime soon though) read more

I have had Milestone Plumbing at my new home 2 times and today Alex made it 3 times. I was continuing to have a problem with the toilet handle staying down and running but it didnt do it all the time and had been checked previously. He took the time to find out what was going on and I was so impressed with his kindness, knowledge and Sherlock Holmes like desire to find the answer. The last time he was here he went through the plumbing things on the inspection report with me and explained them all and took care of what he felt needed to be addressed. I have been so impressed by the courtesy of all who work at Milestone and I am so grateful to find a company I can trust in a city and home I am not yet familiar with...its like finding a friend. Thank you SO much to all of you and thank you Alex for today as well as the previous visit. I will continue to call Milestone with any future plumbing needs. read more

First time Milestone Plumbing user (chose them after looking at reviews and location in proximity to my house) and I have all positive things to say. For starters, Josh was efficient, effective, and easy to talk to. Also, he was very knowledgeable and able to fix our problem quickly (clogged drain, but I tried doing some things on my own and was afraid that I caused more harm than good). Lastly, he was able to remove a plug within minutes, where as I spent $75+ at Lowe's trying to buy my own tools, etc to remove it. A+ from my experience! read more

We recently bought a one owner 70 year old house that came with a warranty. Thank God! Milestone has been out three times already to repair two issues with the kitchen sink and today, the bathroom sink. The previous owner liked to fix things himself and obviously did not have the skills. These guys are so friendly and really kept me in the loop on what they were doing. I called to get a plumber and they were here within an hour!!!! So pleased with them. I will recommend them to everyone. read more

We live in a 1950's tri-level that has come with it's fair share or quirks. This week our bath tub backed up while showering and the water would not drain. It was disgusting. We tried everything we could possible think of and it just led me to tears. Our contractor even came over to help out. We were thinking it was worse case scenario and a wall was going to have to ripped out. Milestone got us in next day and sent Alex over. He was unbelievably kind and calming. He was able to talk me through our "old pipe" issues and within a matter of minutes he had the drain unclogged and water running smoothly in the bath tub. He also talked to me about things to use and not use on our 1950's pipes. I'm so happy we found an honest and reliable local company that is dependable and has amazing customer service. Very happy right now. Thank you Milestone and thank you Alex! read more

Jake was terrific! Explained things very well. He is a hard worker and cleaned up beautifully after he was done. Although my experience was less than pleasant I would like to extend out my thanks to the owner, who made the effort to consider my feelings in this situation. It is not every day a company apologizes for bad service or refunds an unsatisfied customer. Milestone did both, and I can tell this small business owner truly cares about the Milestone name. With that kind of integrity, I think I could give Milestone Plumbing a second chance. read more

We used Milestone to move the plumbing in our laundry room from one end to the other, replace some bathroom faucets and we also used them in an emergency when our bathtub on the 2nd floor was leaking water through the can-light in the ceiling of the first floor. With winter just around the corner, the news of a broken water main is not something that a new home owner wants to hear. I called Jess at Milestone Plumbing first. She answered my call quickly, and made additional calls on my behalf to assist with my needs. I have heard from several of my neighbors that Milestone Plumbing does outstanding work. And although they do not specialize in excavation, Milestone excels in many other areas. Don't hesitate. Call Milestone today. You will not be disappointed. read more

A growing independent, we've only had the best of service from this team - after being taken advantage of by a bigger company (Oak Creek Plumbing seriously overcharged us twice, did faulty installation once), and an individual plumber ("J.T." improperly installed the shower drain on an expensive remodel, costing expensive repairs to downstairs dining room). Milestone is not cheap, but is fair, their billing is transparent and honest, we've now had opportunity to find out for sure (in plumbing eventually errors and overcharges are revealed, though it takes time sometimes). The plumbers for Milestone are clearly skilled, but also personable, polite (they always cover shoes before entering my Asian-manners-shoeless abode), and efficient (I assign one of my cats to keep an eye on them, they report no goofing off on the clock). The main reason for the five star rating is Dawn who answers the phone. She can handle phone calls, texts, and e-mails, she's learned a lot about plumbing (so I'm guessing she's been there a while but pays attention to the plumbers), she can show PICs to the plumbers so they know to bring the right equipment or parts. I don't know why hospitals, pharmacies, veterinarians, and technical colleges can't operate like this, but maybe she should train them. Maybe most importantly she efficiently and efficaciously juggles the quicksand like schedules of plumbers who never really know how long any specific job is going to take until they get there. Unlike other places, she can give an accurate window ("you'll be the second call on Tuesday, so sometime late morning early afternoon, I'll call to update...." then, she does actually call to update, then again when the plumber is en route with an accurate e.t.a.). read more

I have water pouring from the ceiling of my lower duplex once or twice a week. I assume it is coming from the upstairs bathroom unit but I don't know for sure. I had the ceiling opened in the past but did not find any leaking pipes or water lines. I called and explained the problem to Milestone. They sent someone out to the unit to check. He looked at the upper and lower bathroom and advised me to have all of the old caulking in the bathtub area removed and ensure the area is cleaned and fully dry before re-caulking, specifically a corner area that had not been previously caulked at all. The cost was $125. Unfortunately this did not solve my problem at all. Water is still pouring from the ceiling. I called Milestone back and explained this to them, they indicated I don't have a plumbing problem and advised me to contact a carpenter or handyman. What a waste of time and money. Guess I have to find someone who is willing to open the ceiling or a wall to do a better assessment of where the water might be coming from. read more

Jessie, the owner of Milestones Plumbing is incredibly professional, helpful and knowledgeable. This company came strongly recommended by several co-workers and the glowing reviews were spot on! In the past I have always been very happy with the service work and Jessie going the extra mile for the customer. However, recently when there was an issue with a Palmer valve Jessie certainly held up to her reputation. Jessie will always go the extra mile for her customers and the quality of work is excellent. Both she and Dave are very trustworthy and knowledgeable. This is a company that will do well because of the fantastic customer service and solid work that is put into every job. read more
