The other plumber refused, and said if we had health issues we should leave the house while he worked. He was condescending and claimed that masks didn't provide any protection. We canceled him and called County Road Plumbing. From the minute they answered the phone they were friendly and professional. When we asked if they would wear a mask when working in the house, they said "Of course!" They were very respectful and didn't make us feel bad for asking. Pat did two projects at our house--installing a complicated kitchen faucet and fixing an outdoor faucet. He was very professional and did an incredible job. Both time's I saw some improvement in water pressure, but it was only temporary. The last time they were out, I asked for a quote on a new iron filter or curtain. Never got the quote. My water pressure dropped again and decided to have a different company look at it. The new plumber showed me the iron filter which was clearly not cleaned and cacked with iron. This was only a month after they were here to clean it!! I've spent over $700 the past 6 months for nothing. DO NOT USE THEM. Their rating says it all.
