The project wasn't easy given old wiring, plaster-and-lath walls, and dealing with other sub-contractors who didn't pull their weight. The heated floor they installed works beautifully. Would definitely recommend.

Unprofessional, unreliable and had to hire a different plumber to not only fix this company's work,…read morebut to also finish the job correctly. I hired McCoy Plumbing for a high-end basement remodel. They did a decent job on all the rough plumbing - moving water heater, moving gas lines, putting in the piping for my bar sink, bathroom sink and shower. Then came time to finish the job and install my fixtures. I came home from work excited to finally see my completely finished basement, only to find that instead of the high-end fixtures there were some cheap, apartment-grade faucets installed, and no shower whatsoever. Turns out that the owner never even ordered the fixtures and just tried to install some cheap crap without even saying anything about it. He then got very upset when we demanded that he order and install the correct fixtures. This was supposed to delay the finishing of our basement by 4-6 weeks, however as that time drew nearer he became very unresponsive. There was a complete gap in communication for over a month beyond that 4-6 weeks with some ignored messages in between. In the end I ordered the parts myself and in doing so found out that he had installed the incorrect valves in my walls - which at this point had already been closed up. I ended up having to hire a new plumber to open up my walls, install the correct valves, and properly finish the job. I would not recommend this guy to anyone. I can't believe that he purposely installed the incorrect valves in my wall without telling me, installed cheap faucets without informing me and then had the audacity to get angry with me when confronted about it. Just an awful experience all around. Delayed my finished basement by over 3 months.

He communicated well, and provided a timely and accurate bid. Previous to contacting Last Plumbing, I had used a competitor in Cedarburg with whom I had been satisfied in the past. I called the competitor and he gave me such an asinine bid, that I began to look for a new plumber. My neighbor works in construction and recommended Aaron Last. Aaron's bid was incredibly reasonable and his work did not disappoint! His team was courteous, on time, did excellent work, and their clean up was impeccable. I could not ask for better service. One of Aaron's staff, Jeremy, was friendly and so easy to work with. I really appreciate Last Plumbing, and recommend them without hesitation. I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

I'd count them in my top half dozen businesses that I'll offer to my clients for work. There are numerous other HVAC places I've hired in the past on behalf of clients. A couple have even been quite good, but none have risen to their level of 1) expertise, 2) ease of working with, politeness, 3) promptness, timely completion, and 4) value. I could give several, but one recent example: I was trying to get a home warranty repair on a nearly new heat pump/AC unit, that evidently had been improperly installed. This was just not getting done...the places dispatched just simply couldn't fix it, despite all seemingly good effort and multiple visits. I called Mark, and it just flat gets done. Just like that. Happy client, happy Realtor, happy happy joy joy. They're located in Watertown, WI (Jefferson County), which is just a little west of Oconomowoc, though they'll travel a decent distance. I've had them work as far north for me as Hustisford and as far south as Eagle. As always, please note, I get exactly nothing from anybody I recommend, but the knowing that I can do it with confidence is worth plenty to me and my work.
