As I listen to my dog snoring, I'll recant the wonderful experience with this family owned business at my new apartment in the Northern WI suburbs I moved into a community that has well water and after a few weeks of gastric distress, I realized I needed to put a filter on my sink to reduce the amount of plastic bottles flowing (like the Nile before Moses) out my front door to the recycling dumpster every day. I lastly I purchased a new sink faucet for the master bathroom because the stopper had failed and thought I needed to swap in a new faucet. Dale was able to address all three jobs in a very timely manner. The basement laundry basin is good as new, no more water all over the laundry room floor when doing laundry. He repaired the stopper by installing a sink stopper arm assembly and a toilet flapper valve he had on hand in his work vehicle. I saved money by being able to return the unnecessary new faucet and toilet tank repair kit I had purchased from Lowe's since he had the parts I needed at a very inexpensive price. I wish all trades people that I hire could be so helpful, professional and willing to try to help their customers save money instead of trying to gouge them. The service detail and cost all lend themselves to my driving by many competitors to return again and again. It certainly appears that reasonable expectations are in order. I believe this out of the way stop has saved me hundreds of dollars and a dozen hours with less helpful more expensive competitors. It should also be noted that True Value Hardware on Washinton in Cedarburg made the referal to this business. To that young man I owe a debt of gratitude. There is always room for a first rate referal that solves a problem.
