Can't say enough good things about this company. We've used their services twice so far - once to…read morereplace a leaking disposal, the other to install a new faucet when the kitchen sink lost water pressure. Both times the service was quick, professional, and refreshingly honest in terms of what was necessary to buy vs. what was a recommended "nice to have". While we hope to never need their expertise again, we wouldn't hesitate to call them the next time we do. PS: Paul is the /man/. Funny, friendly, and super skilled. Was able to remove a faucet despite a support beam running right next to the connection under the sink (and where another plumber had taken one look at it and given up).

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They had to put in a new water…read moreheater. In order to do so, they had to take out my water softener to get to the water heater. I paid a great deal of money for the water heater. When they put the water softener back in, the "plumber" put it in backwards! All the tiny beads went through my entire water system. The "head" plumber was too lazy to go to Culligan to replace the beads in my Culligan water softener, so he brought in a new one. He told me it was "top of the line". What he didn't tell me was that it DIDN'T WORK!!! These so called plumbers had to come back for 5 months after the water heater was replaced to fix the system they totally broke. My kitchen faucet still doesn't work and neither does the "new" water softener. Don't make the mistake I did. DO NOT HIRE PJ'S PLUMBING. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND RUIN YOUR SYSTEM. I have attempted to contact them but SURPRISE, THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING.

Paul called to find out what was happening, and they informed us that they needed an estimator to come and look. They set an appointment for Saturday. Paul waited, no one showed. Again. When he called he was told they didn't know why the guy was scheduled on a Saturday. Suffice it to say, there was no communication, none of the things we needed checked got looked at, and my husband wasted two vacation days waiting for their arrival. If you can find someone better or more reliable, that would be a good idea.

**BEWARE** Shady business practices…read more I called this company because they were working on another house in my neighborhood. Big mistake, very shady business. I had an Ihn worker come out for a sump pump discharge issue. The worker was fine, did his job for 2.5 hours and didn't have the proper equipment to finish snaking an exterior pipe. That's fine, he said he would come back the next day with proper equipment. How he showed up without the necessary tools is a mystery, unless this is how they game the system for additional work hours. A different worker shows up the next day to finish the job, which is snaking another 40 feet or so. Not long after the worker shows he asks "I don't know if anyone from the office called you about the "bill". I got a call from Matt in the office this morning but no mention of the bill on the voicemail. The worker says the bill will be a little over $1500! I called Matt in the offfice to see what the heck this is about, the previous worker was here for 2.5 hours yesterday and the remaining snke job shouldn't take more than 30-45 minutes tops. Matt claims their hourly is $200, how are they getting $1500 from 2.5 hours of work? That's a lot of money in addon's and service call. I asked Matt to break down the bill, he couldn't and said he would have to speak to a supervisor. Great! Can I have this supervisor's name and number so I can call and deal with this myself? Matt says no, I cannot give out personal names and numbers! What? I'm not asking for his personal number, I'm asking for his work number at the business I'm calling that is trying to screw me. He says, can't do it. So either Matt is full of it or they are extremely shady. ****STAY AWAY***

Seider had someone answering the phone even tho they were not open which was a definite plus to me. I'd prefer to talk to a human instead of a machine up front even if they can't answer all my questions immediately. They took my info and had a tech call me. They estimated a big window for service (5+hrs) but when all was said and done the tech was at my door within an hour of my initial call. Brandon was very polite and solved the problem quickly. It looks like they will do heating, cooling and plumbing throughout Milwaukee, Waukesha, (and possibly) Washington counties. I would definitely recommend!

While I was not crazy about Pam in our initial interaction, she got better over time. After comparing multiple bids, I selected Seider, their Daikin Central Air unit came with an almost unheard of 12 year parts and labor warranty. With a little back and forth with Todd on a time for installation, we were all set. Pam and I scheduled the day and time and sure enough, the installers were there exactly when Pam said they would be. Just two minor quibbles that prevented five stars here: 1) After installation, the installers left behind some screws on the floor that I naturally stepped on in stocking feet several days later. 2) The electrician asked before using my bathroom, but did not feel the need to wash his hands afterwards. Everything else was great and I would use them again in the future.
