I requested a copy of the bill and promptly paid it without receiving my test results or repair estimate. Three weeks later I sent an e-mail to the office requesting an update and received neither a call or response to my e-mail. It's been over 2 months since my initial assessment and no response. As I listen to my dog snoring, I'll recant the wonderful experience with this family owned business at my new apartment in the Northern WI suburbs I moved into a community that has well water and after a few weeks of gastric distress, I realized I needed to put a filter on my sink to reduce the amount of plastic bottles flowing (like the Nile before Moses) out my front door to the recycling dumpster every day. Between my dog and I, we drink about 80- 20 ounce bottles each week. It was getting embarrassing; but we couldn't drink the well water even after boiled it! We just weren't hardy enough! Matt, the plumber was at our house on the SAME day AND in the time frame promised. He got to work immediately. He noticed our steps to the basement were carpeted so he laid down a runner to protect it from dirt that might come from hauling the equipment. He did an assessment and immediately found the source. I needed a plumber to replace a drain pipe attached to a basement sink basin. I also had a leaky…read moretoilet flapper that controls the flow of water from tank to toilet bowl. I lastly I purchased a new sink faucet for the master bathroom because the stopper had failed and thought I needed to swap in a new faucet. Dale was able to address all three jobs in a very timely manner. The basement laundry basin is good as new, no more water all over the laundry room floor when doing laundry. He repaired the stopper by installing a sink stopper arm assembly and a toilet flapper valve he had on hand in his work vehicle. I saved money by being able to return the unnecessary new faucet and toilet tank repair kit I had purchased from Lowe's since he had the parts I needed at a very inexpensive price.
