I was right but they got the old ones out quickly and the new ones in so fast and they finished about 30 minutes before their estimate. They only removed one window at a time and our house never got cold on a 33 degree day This was one of the best customer experiences for a project I have ever had. In May, on Memorial Day weekend, the door stopped working. Even though they guaranteed their work (all labor is covered for 30 whole days), the owner insisted that he would not get in his truck and drive to us unless we agreed to pay his emergency service fees (which he would not even tell us how much it would be). While their website and the sticker they placed on my garage door advertise 24 hour emergency service, we needed to call about 10 times in a 2 hour period as their technician (the company owner), stated he didn't feel like getting in his truck. He finally agreed to come, but we decided a few minutes later to cancel them, as the way he yelled at my significant other was not acceptable. He still chose to come, but when he arrived, he decided to block my sidewalk with his truck for 30 minutes, repeatedly call me, and ring my doorbell. Some of the voicemails he left me threatening to call me every 15 minutes all weekend, and generally harassing us, scaring my girlfriend. We continued to get calls from him late into the evening. Luckily for him, he stopped before the police were called.
