We had the same tree guy for years and he moved. Finding a new one who we trusted was a task. We interviewed 4 or so... when Jose came over I knew he was trustworthy. Scheduled for the next business day. Our trees were neglected to say the least. They trimmed 2 king palms, 1 other and cut one down. They worked so hard! Master Tree beat all the other quotes (blindly), including the ones from Facebook Marketplace. Esteban showed up the first time to give me the estimate and explained that "a team" would show up, take all the necessary safety precautions, remove it in ONE hour, grind the stump on site (they show up with big, new trucks), and clean up. Well, they did just that PLUS they trimmed other trees for an additional nominal fee, removed other debris I had at no additional fee, and did an amazing job with the cleanup! Their office staff handled the scheduling, emailed me their liability proof of insurance, handled the billing invoice, processed payment and receipt with extreme efficiency! He was borderline harassing me to call for a quote and when I had my husband call he said that he couldn't take on the work because he didn't have time. He stole my number off of his caller ID and wrote it down and passed it along to another company without my permission after my husband hung up on him when he recommended another contractor and when my husband asked if they had a yelp page and if they had reviews he said they had bad reviews because of the algorithm. Then this other company started texting and calling me. I can find my own contractors with good reviews thank you very much. If you don't want the work then please stop harassing me.
