She had it sent to this Walgreens being closer to my home. I paid for a 2' x 8' banner. When it was opened up to hang, it was not printed right. For one, it was only 2' x 6' 7 inch. And the wording was not centered. The next day I went back to Walgreens to have it corrected for next weekend's party. The lady at the counter did not know how she could help me, so she asked someone else. This person was very unkind towards me when I showed her how that it was printed wrong. I told her that this was not 8' long. She argued that it was and was very rude and condescending towards me. She did not appear happy with her job, never smiled and did not really want to help me. Very dismissive and basically said it was my fault. She finally said that we would have to resubmit online again and will not charge me, but when I come back to pick, she wanted me to bring the first back because " you can't have both for free"?!? Her name is Jayden. I wend back today to pick up the new online order and met with Staci, who was very kind and smiled the whole time. She also said she had a wonderful time printing my banner and said it looked beautiful! As my husband and I walked out of the store, Jayden was at the register, not a smile on her face, and watched us as we walked out the door with both banners. Staci said that they have no used for the incorrect banner. Because of this experience, I will never go back to this store again.

Lo and behold I had already had another item that I was getting from there! The section was neat and tidy too. Always a bonus. So I got the BOGO deal, used my CVS rewards cash and left spending less than 4 dollars on probably $30 worth of product if regular priced. All three staffers that we encountered this day were super nice and they each went above and beyond to be helpful.

The price was $6.29 for a pump bottle for this .Aloe Vera Gel. This Aloe Vera Gel will provide me with a cooling sensation to ease my sunburn. I also bought 2 Wet and Wild (Black) Gel Eyeliner Pencil. The price was $6.79 each. The total for 2 eyeliner pencils is $13.58. Then I bought one Rose shade Blush. The price is $2.19. The final item I bought was the Blush Brush. the price is $8.00. My total bill was $17.28. I enjoy shopping at this CVS Pharmacy location due to their cashier like Mata is always very helpful in finding the product that I need most and she is also has an upbeat positive attitude. The pharmacy is faster, less crowded, but the store is worse. Less selection, less deals. Less offerings on services. I almost never grab things here before I pick up my prescriptions like at other CVS's. I try to come here in the day time only now. I also don't smoke, or drink anymore, so not picking up my old Bacardi Limon handles like I did 15 years ago.

The only downsides to this location really has nothing to do with Rite Aid itself, but the City of Oceanside. It seems like this location is a harbor for transients and drug users. There's always some meth head roaming around or legit walking around the store looting and nothing is done to stop it. The last time I was in there - a week ago - I noticed that several of their Great Value 2 LBS Smoked Turkey Breast were expired by 3 weeks - they never have time to check their stock dates so those expired meats are still sitting there for sale. The LAST Wal-Mart that literally drove me away as a customer was the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market at 21st Street and Imperial Ave in Barrio Logan (92113) in San Diego CA. They closed that store YEARS ago as unprofitable ... and the store still sits there abandoned: their manager kept discontinuing the best selling items, one-by-one: saying "Well, I couldn't keep it in Stock: So I quit ordering it.". After they discontinued everything that I was buying there - I never went back - the store closed permanently 6 months later: and nothing ever replaced it. That manager never got re-hired by Wal-Mart, either. This Wal-Mart is going to wind up just like that one did, and exactly like the 99¢ Only store that was next door: if they keep up this VERY Bad Excuse for customer service - opening ONLY 5 minutes late - not a big thing. (I knew their might be a delay due to the insurance approval process, so I was waiting on the alert to tell me it was there.) 2. I realized I would run out on a 3-day trip I was starting the next day, so I logged into the CVS app. Lo and behold they had it, but it was telling me it was too soon to refill. (Not a refill. It's a new prescription of the same med at a different dose.) 3. I was working down in San DIego so I tried calling the pharmacy. Sat on hold for at least 30 mins before I gave up. 4. Finally went to the pharmacy, and asked what was up. They said it was out of stock! (not the other weird message I got) 5. I told her I needed it by tomorrow and it was now late. Instead of transferring the prescription to the 24-hour story, she suggested I run over to the closer store on Douglas/River Rd. 6. Can you call them or send it over? I got a response that I read as "I don't care enough about you getting this med to help you. I just want to go home soon, and you're getting in the way of that." THANKS So in summary, 1. Your app sucks 2. You had a week to contact me and tell me you were out of stock. 3. You could have done better once I got to the store as well. River Roae: (I wanted to leave them a review as well. I said it's not going to work. Yes, it will. No it won't, trust me. Sir, it will work fine. I enter my name. It didn't work because it only looks up prescriptions from this store. AGAIN, YOUR TECH SUCKS She tells me I need to wait in the customer service line, which was conveniently labeled "Vaccinations." I waited in THAT line. The guy there seemed OK, and I told him my predicament. He verified the med was in stock, and said he would transfer the prescription to their store and fill it. Finally, some good news -- but wait. "Because this is a controlled substance, the transfer process will take about two hours." (It's now 10. So they'll START filling my prescription around midnight. I have to get up at 3:30 for a flight.) I tell him I have to get up at 3:30, and that if he had said that several minutes ago, we could have saved each other some time. He then told me he already requested the transfer, but he would try to cancel. He was able to cancel. I left on my three day trip without my medication. CVS: You failed from the very beginning to the bitter end. No wonder all your stores have a two-star rating. Each step of this process had someone or something that could have prevented how bad this went, but at each step, you took the wrong one.

NEVER has our prescriptions ready on time when they say they'll have them ready! The most recent…read morescrew up was on Friday 12/2. I had to go down to our incompetent healthcare clinic in person since it's impossible to get an actual human there on the phone and get them to call the pharmacy in order to have my partner's meds filled. Rite Aid claimed they had no record of my partner calling them first about it when he said he did multiple times. On my way home I stopped in at this location we go to and double checked if they were working on filling the prescriptions. I was told by the girl at the counter that all of them were except one because they didn't have a refill order for it, but the others would be ready in an hour. Even though my partner already gets notified when his prescriptions are ready, he was at work at the time. So I had her put in my phone number to be notified as well when they'd be ready. Needless to say, neither of us were notified. My partner then stopped in on his way home from work and to no surprise they STILL weren't ready! The next day on Saturday 12/3 he finally got the notification that his prescriptions were ready. When he went to pick them up, he was then told they couldn't be given to him because they didn't have the doctor's release authorization. Granted that's also the fault of True Care. However, you'd think the pharmacist would make the effort to call the clinic in order to get it. Especially before the weekend when most of the departments are closed and there'd most likely not be a doctor in the office for them to talk to and get the authorization. Now we can't get my partner's meds he needs and have to continue to wait until the next business day. Funny side note: on Sunday 12/4 I myself finally got the notification that the prescriptions were ready. Doesn't matter now since we can't get them. When the hell are these people going to realize that a person's health and livelihood doesn't run on a 9-5 Monday through Friday schedule?! Unbelievable incompetence putting people's health at risk.
