Jeremy did a great job with the window glass replacement. The installation was quicker than I expected. read more

Oceanside Glass - New window - Windows Installation Near Me - Oceanside, California

Great service and extremely reliable! Would use them again. The owner was the one who came and fixed a window with in a days notice.

Took my money and never showed up to do the work. Now he wont even answer his phone. Do NOT use this company.

This company took weeks to respond to our request for service. The owners are disorganized, could not keep appointments, and disrupted my personal schedule several times. No call no show is completely unprofessional. Jeremy said he called me once, and I failed to pick up, but there was no record on my phone of a call or voice message. It was insulting to be blamed for his unprofessional work ethics. When they finally did install our window it shattered within a couple hours on its own. Then they were late again for the second window installation and threw off another morning for me. Do not go with this company unless you want to risk multiple days of wasted time. read more

We were extremely impressed by the service we received from Jeremy, owner of Oceanside Glass. My husband called him on a Saturday because we discovered our window above our front door was shattered. Jeremy not only answered the phone, but came out that same day and took measurements, ordered the dual pane glass replacement, and then came out the following Wednesday evening to install the new glass. It looks as good as new! Also Jeremy was kind enough to come in the evening to accommodate our daughter's work schedule. This was all done to beat the rain storm that was coming the next day. Top notch responsiveness and customer service, which is a rare find these days. Thank you Jeremy! read more

Called Oceanside glass the day after Thanksgiving. Jeremy answered and asked me to send pictures of the issue I was having. He followed up Saturday but I didn't recognize his number so I didn't answer when he called. He followed up again on Monday! We talked and determined I didn't really need someone to come to help me. His honesty, responsiveness and work ethic are awesome. He's in my phone for any future glass/window needs I may have. read more

Contacted them and they were able to schedule someone to come out and take measurements and get me a quote the next day. They were out a few days later as Jeremy arrived and installed the glass in about 10 minutes. Great follow up and communication. Exactly what I wanted and all for a great price! Thanks Jeremy! read more

I absolutely would recommend Oceanside glass to everyone ! One of my windows spontaneously broke last week after all the crazy wind and rain. I called Oceanside glass and spoke to Adriana who was able to send Jeremy out the very next day to take measurements and order what we needed. I was notified by Adriana when the glass arrived on a Friday and got it scheduled for installation on Monday. Jeremy came back Monday and fixed the glass to perfection, you can't even tell it was broken. He was in and out fast. He was very respectful and courteous wearing his mask and cleaning up all his mess and the broken glass like he was never there. Very reasonable pricing and great quality thanks Oceanside glass ! read more

Jeremy at Oceanside Glass gave me a fair quote for an emergency repair and was at my house earlier than promised. He did a great job. I have found my go to person and company for any glass repairs. I highly recommend Jeremy and Oceanside Glass!! read more

I had an appointment to get an estimate on replacing the glass in a very large window. No one ever showed up. I called the office at the end of the appointment window and no one answered. Left a message and no call back. I would have really appreciated a call or text that they were not coming or needed to re-schedule. Instead, I wasted time off work. I will not be having work done with this business. read more

We needed a rather large glass window replaced, so we decided to call around and find a glass replacement company. Many of the companies either required a minimum dollar amount, or a minimum amount of windows replaced before they accepted the job. I called Oceanside Glass and they immediately sent someone out to inspect our window for an estimate. Their price beat two other glass companies. The glass arrived within a week and was installed the following week. Jeremy installed the glass and did an exceptional job. He even vacuumed and cleaned the glass once he was done. It's really hard to find such an efficient company these days. I can't say enough good things about Oceanside Glass. Would highly recommend and will be using their service in the future. read more

I was looking for a piece of glass for my pallete, got the glass perfectly cut and smoothed around the edges! Great customer service and will come back when I need more glass. read more

I'm really impressed with this place- Diane was so quick to take my order and quote my glass replacement for my furniture. I was under the impression I needed to leave it for at least a week. I was pleasantly surprised when she said it would be done before the end of the day! WOW! This place is easy to find and has a lot of free parking. The service is quick and friendly and the place is clean and organized! If you got broken glass the need replacement- try this place out for sure! read more

The owner, Jeremy, is extremely responsive. Prices are fair and service is quick. They replaced the glass in a sliding glass door and did it very efficiently. They even cleaned up the door track. Excellent service and and I highly recommend. read more

First off ignore dogsleds post. Complete nonsense and sounds like there are unrealistic expectations. Also, appears to be a habitual debby downer on Yelp. We have used this company twice now and both times Ryan and Tyler are the consummate professionals. He and Tyler were both timely in their responses to me as we worked out the best approach to replacing our skylight window that was cracked. Reasonably priced the job was done in under an hour. Clean, precise, and respectful of our home. Hands down they are the best in the biz! read more

I called Friday scheduled for a tech to come out on Monday. They never showed up nor called. I called their office throughout the day no response. Here we are Tuesday, the tech Jeremy (the owner) said he would come out to give me a quote and once again NOTHING! Save your time and take your business elsewhere! Horrible customer service! Complete waste of time. I called another company and they came right away took my information and now everything is done. Stay away from this place of you need a good glass place avoid this one read more

My husband and I were on a very short timeline to get three windows fixed/replaced. We called Oceanside Glass and were glad we did! Jeremy was able to come out within two days and do an estimate and all other estimates we received! Once the supplies arrived Jeremy came back out (twice) and did a very quick and thorough installation. He was very flexible with our timeline and communicated great. Highly recommend! read more

I have been working with this company for 15 years. The have consistently exceeded my expectations. They have always helped me or guided me to the right person for all of my glass issues. Thankful to have met a company that can back up what they say they can do!!!! read more

This is the worst company ever for customer service. First I call and never get any response and send in contact request via internet. Never receive follow up. Finally reach the office and the young lady who answered the phone seemed dumb as a post and even less helpful!! read more

I can't say enough positive things about this company! I called and spoke to a very pleasant receptionist (I'm terrible with names and can't remember her name). She right away directed my call to her window specialist. The window specialist identified the potential problem right away, gave me a very reasonable quote and was at my home in 20 minutes to take measurements. Came in, extremely courteous, took the window apart to only to realize that a clip was bent and it didn't need the phalange replacement, so no need for the measurement etc. Told me where to get the clips, as he didn't have any and how to fix it as well as other tips on window maintenance. For some icing on the cake, he didn't charge me for his time or call out and just fixed it for me. Things like this never happen to me and I am very grateful for the speedy response! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! read more

I decided to use Oceanside Glass because Ryan, the owner, was was the only one, of the 5 companies I'd called, to give me a timely quote. In fact, before I spoke to Ryan I was beginning to think that everyone in this industry were total flakes. 5 companies called, 1 didn't show up for scheduled measure, 2 took almost 2 weeks to email the quote ( and 1 of those quotes listed the total windows and totla price w/out a breakdown of installation and price per window!) and 1 after measuring, never emailed the quote!! Ryan scheduled an appointment to measure the 16 windows that needed replacement in our home. After the visit he got the quote to me the very next day! Of the 4 companies who gave me an estimate, Ryan's was tied for the lowest. Ryan ordered the glass and about a week later was out installing our new windows. As we had 16 windows the job took 2 days. Ryan and his helper were both very professional and neat. After one of the small trim pieces broke ( not surprising as they were 28 year old wood windows) Ryan brought out a trim piece to match and reinstalled that. He even cleaned the track and oiled our old hard-to -open patio slider door, which now opens effortlessly. Great job Ryan!! read more

Diane, was so fast and helpful getting me a quote. Price was awesome and she had my smashed master bedroom window fixed in no time. I would highly recommend them! read more

I am a tough customer because I am a business owner and my business www.calispine.com strives to maintain a 5-star online status. Oceanside glass is a 5-star business. I couldn't be happier. Brendon respected my time, was quick to appraise and repair, price was reasonable, quality job was a 10/10. read more

Great people to work with. Have had several custom pieces made, all completed same day at a very reasonable price

After calling 2 other glass companies in Oceanside I chose to do business with Oceanside Glass for the following reasons: 1. They are the cheapest. 2. The person on the phone (Ryan?) and answered all my questions and gave me a quote over the phone. 3. Next day went to the store Ryan wasn't there but a different guy just as nice was there. Showed him a picture of my project and he was carrying the pieces of glass to my trunk within 2 hours. Fantastic customer service that if I ever need glass again this is where I would go and highly recommend to anyone else. read more

Great company. Diane was very helpful with my inquiry to replace a broken entry window, and had the installer out and the window fixed by the end of the week. Highly recommended. read more

I've never been one to give a one star review but I wish I could give a zero in this case. I left a voicemail for this company on a Friday afternoon and didn't get a call back. No big deal as it was the weekend. So I called on Monday to get an estimate. Ryan showed up to our home to give an estimate. He was an hour late but no big deal. He showed up disheveled but again, not a problem. He got some measurements and told us that he would call us the next day with a quote. He didn't call the next day so I called the office the day after that. The lady that answered the phone was very sweet and said that she didn't see quote yet so she would call Ryan and call me back. She calls me back saying that Ryan said that he would have to pass on the job. No explanation, nothing. He never called to tell us that. Had I not called, I'm sure he would've never called back. Exceptionally unprofessional. I'd steer clear of a company this unprofessional. read more

Oceanside Glass is the epitome of why small businesses have trouble making it in the U.S. as This is a business that truly "takes the cake"... Where to begin? Well, firstly Oceanside Glass advertises making and installing custom sliding shower doors. When I called about obtaining a custom made shower door, they turned me down!? (I want to replace my current shower door since it is very cheaply made and very poorly cut i.e. the bottom rail was cut too short and requires a hefty blob of sealant to attempt to keep water from leaking through this particular gap. The installation of the shower door was not done well either). While on the smaller side, the shower door that I was looking to replace, while not a standard size, is not too uncommon: 45 inches wide by 68 inches high give or take a 1/16th of an inch; a rectangular opening for a shower stall/enclosure. My measurements aren't exact since I was anticipating Oceanside Glass living up to their advertising and coming to give a "free estimate." One of their "excuses" for "letting this job go" was that this type of job can get tricky!?!?!? Isn't that the reason for them to come out to look at the job and provide an estimate based on "how tricky it might get?" But I digress somewhat. I was shocked to hear them say that they "were going to let this one go!?!?!?" My response was: "You aren't even coming out to look?" Their answer was: "You're in Escondido, maybe if you were just down the street..." Oceanside Glass proudly advertises on their website that Escondido is one of the cities/towns in their service area!?!?!? Apparently their "service areas" are only optional at Oceanside Glass' discretion and apparently Oceanside Glass has enough business to pick and choose the jobs that they want to do. It is this type of attitude and example of miserable customer service that is all too common in the U.S. today. I certainly believe in supporting your local economy, but I also believe in truth in advertising. So whether or not Oceanside Glass makes "custom shower doors" is certainly questionable... It is pretty clear that they do NOT serve the Escondido area and their promise of a "Free Estimate" is a downright LIE... Oceanside Glass has some serious ethical issues. Is Oceanside Glass who you really want to do business with? read more

Some yahoo shot a gun in the air NYE and against all odds, it came down and hit our sliding patio door, shattering the 34 x 73 tempered glass pane. Since we use that door daily and it was a danger to the kids, we needed it fixed ASAP. I called at least 12 companies in North County, most didn't return my call within 24 hours and the ones that did would have had to order the glass. I called Oceanside Glass at 9am and they were at my house fixing the glass door before 1pm. Ryan was exactly what you want when you have a tradesperson working in your house: professional, clean and efficient. He fixed the glass within an hour, did a great job and left no mess. Oceanside Glass will definitely be my first and only call if I need any other work done. read more

I called Oceanside Glass to repair a broken window and Ryan was awesome. He was able to come out the same day to take measurements and returned just a few days later with my new glass. The job only took him about 30 minutes and he was very professional and courteous. I would definitely use this company again. read more

Great people! Great company! They helped me with a window repair that should have been simple, but took more time than expected. Travis was great! He didn't quit until the job was done. read more

Communication was weak at best. Gave a price quote then later increased the price. I agreed to the price increase due to my time restraints. They said they were completed but did not install the interior trim - I had to call them back. Also, did not clean up very well when they finished. read more

I would not even give them one star but Yelp won't post it without at least one star. We had them do a job for us 3 months ago that they were paid a lot of money for but they seemed so nice and competent over the phone I wasn't concerned that they were not the cheapest. NOT THE CASE. The work they did is having some problems and they were telling us for over a week that they would come out and fix it. They never did and now will not return our calls or even answer when they see it is our phone number. I got through yesterday (after the recording said they were out of the office) because I used a different phone. Now that they know that number they are not answering it either. I would strongly suggest not using this company. They just want your money and have no apparent interest in doing a good job. Our experience has been no morals, no ethics, just greedy. Keep looking, there must be far better companies in this area. read more

I am always happy to use and recommend local businesses. Oceanside Glass repaired several of the (very large) windows in my home. Ryan, the owner, removed the windows and took them to his truck where he did all the work. He was very professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely use him again and am happy to recommend him to others. read more

Wow. After reading those one star reviews I just thought I got all the love when I came in and they had nothing left to give. Just starting to review on Yelp but I could spend a long time doing it if I got paid to complain. So many company trying to raise their online status so we customers try to review companies we do visit. We do want to support local business but we want the starts to reflect accurately. If Oceanside Glass didn't come out because it was too difficult then they would be out of business. Should they get a 5 from me? No probably a 4 because we all can improve. Do we need to give 5 to fight back at the 1 star haters? Yes. Oceanside Glass have done more than just my difficult ones but all the difficult ones over the years that Oceanside residence walked in the door with. Now they have done a few wrong and I had one that didn't work. Did they fix it? Yes. Did I come back? Yes. If they always did it right and never made a mistake then taking your business Dogsled would have been the first one. read more
