Sent me back with about 3200 PSI in my HP100 tanks. The second time around I asked for 32% nitrox. I checked them at the store with their analyzer and they gave me 34% and 41%. When I questioned them about it they said their analyzer was broken but they were certain the tanks were filled properly with 32%. I checked them at home with my analyzer and they gave me 34% and 41%. So far I cannot say anything good about this shop.

Has a lot of anything you would want and a shop between refreshments in the front little candy station then they have some necklaces and charms then as you go to the back that's where you will find the Skateboards surfboards and skimboards. Very helpful and friendly staff more than happy to help me find the products I needed. A good wide variety product names, not to mention alot of replacement products. Ranging from Leashes, wheels,bearings,trucks and grips. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area of coconut grove and/ south Miami. My friends and I chatted with them and it was heartwarming to hear about how much passion they have for what they do. Their service is extremely friendly and they even offered us sunscreen in case we didn't have. You can make reservations online and you're emailed a waiver to sign beforehand. The bookings are in blocks of 30min and it's $25 for an hour. Upon arrival, they have lockers for you to lock your stuff up and they'll teach you how to use the equipment and which route to take. Warning: it's very physical. You have to carry the paddle board on a short walk to the water, but it was heavy for some of my friends. We were newbies and it took us some time to get into the water and finally offshore, so just make sure you budget enough time. TLDR: Warning: paddleboarding is much more physical than it appears. Shoreside Club gets five stars for the two brothers that provide extremely friendly service!

From the moment I reached out to inquire about their services, the Broker was incredibly responsive and helpful, the entire way through. The boat we rented was exactly as described. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a perfect day , and sunset! out on the water. The captain provided was not only skilled and knowledgeable but also friendly and accommodating, making our entire trip even more enjoyable. The only advise I'd say is make sure you tell your captain you got jet skiis. I almost didn't mention it assuming they knew. But when I asked where we stop for jet skiis after planning the route we had a minor change in the route because they advised they weren't told and sometimes it's not communicated. They also had several charters a day so I understand anyone can make a mistake. Always good anyway to cover all ends and not assume. Oh, one more thing to keep in mind. Day of charter, the captain texts you from a different number. They tell you to go to a different address that's not the listed one for this company. The address the captain gives you is the actual dock where they pick you up. Going into this blind, this would've been a good piece of mind to know because it looked a little sus. But just let the guy at the gate know which boat you're there for and who your captain is and he will have knowledge. our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Our trip to Miami wouldn't have been the same. This company delivered and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Sura!

Our weekend was split between a group of four students and a group of two semi-private students. The price I was quoted for the semi private group was $1479..the group rate was $679. Did not see a much of difference between groups...perhaps semi-privates received an hour or so per person more helm time. The class room instruction was identical...the last day we were all in class together due to weather. The last day of water activities were cancelled due to weather. Some but not all of tasks were shoehorned in the first day. A make up day was alluded to during the first day of the course when it appeared the weather was going south for the second day. When the second day of on the water was cancelled I asked for a rescheduled on the water day at a mutually convenient time. I was told that the class would be emailed...but that never happened. PROS Very knowledgeable instructors. Bob is a former Commodore of Coconut Grove Sailing Club. His knowledge of Biscayne Bay was imparted during the navigation and on the water exercises as an added benefit above and beyond the syllabus. The way he demonstrated to tie the knots sunk in unlike over fifty years of previous knot instruction from boy scouts to military to sailing did not. Melissa was a very engaging instructor who carried the main burden of class room instruction. She kept the class interesting, while having to cover a large amount of material. The boat used was a 22 foot cat hull. It was very well maintained and operated flawlessly for the four hours we were aboard. CONS Classroom was at the coconut grove bookstore. They had a youth group the first day practicing musical instruments. The second day we were in the outside courtyard during a cold snap...kind of uncomfortable. In top of that a fire alarm went off for at least ten minutes. For the $5600 gross for the students that weekend you would think they could hire a conference room. Being shorted half of the on the water training was disappointing. Totally understand the weather call...but a make up day should have been scheduled to fulfill the syllabus requirements. I had requested the book to read ahead. They cover a lot of information verbally but there is not enough time to digest the information during the course...especially for new boaters. The exam sheet that I received had the answers circled in pencil and then erased where you could just barely see them. IDK if everyone had same experience, but looking at test results I would assume they were all the same.

A…read morefriend and I decided to try eFoiling, and after some searching, I found Miami Beach Paddleboard online and booked a session. We met our instructor, Maria, and her mom, who came along for the ride. Maria was awesome--happy, full of energy, and super easy to work with. Our original session was scheduled for Saturday, but when we arrived, the eFoil boards were having connectivity issues with their app. Maria apologized and said she'd check in with the shop owner to see if we could reschedule. In the meantime, she let us use paddleboards for free, so we still got to enjoy some time on the water. The next morning (Sunday), Maria texted to say everything was working again, so we headed back for a noon session--and it was an absolute blast. She even took some great videos of us out on the water. Definitely recommend booking a class with Maria!

Dropped in paddled around some decrepit boats moored right near super yachts. They rent you everything you need including waterproof telephone holder $5 rent $10 you own it. Owner or manager was very helpful. Equipment is inflatable only. I have never been on an inflatable until today, only epoxy. It is much lighter to walk with, that is the only plus over epoxy. They are hard to sup if any wind or bump vs epoxy. On this day it was 92 and super humid so only paddled about an hour. Time well spent. I bookmarked for next time I am in South Beach.
