When we realized that we wouldn't be able to make the dives, the shop (I believe it might have been Trish?) was speedy and professional in helping us understand options. When we had to officially cancel, they were professional and helpful in getting us a refund without hassle. Truly, we are grateful for their help and courtesy. Next time I'm in Miami, I am definitely coming back to give them by business!

My husband had never been diving before and I am certified so the Snuba option was wonderful for his first time, he now wants to get certified too! I absolutely LOVED the fact that we were the only two guests on the boat, it was so peaceful and gave us a chance to bond (away from the kids). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Miami Scuba Diver- whether for cruisin or diving you will not be disappointed! We intend on chartering again with Captain Alex when we come back to Miami to show our friends and family a great time.

Great experience with a snorkel excursion trip with my wife. Easy to book by calling or using the…read morewebsite. Dock location was easy to find, and you can pay for parking using an app at a nearby location. There are restrooms at nearby businesses to change, which the crew will point out. Those bathrooms were okay, but not well maintained and not connected to this business. They also DBA as Tarpoon Lagoon Diving Center. You need to bring the main things, gear or rent, food, drink, sunscreen, tip for crew. Crew was extremely great and knowledgeable. Nice boat and well equipped to take out for snorkeling, felt like the middle of nowhere, but once in the water you could see a lot underneath. It is not great for those who stay on top because you look down from 13-15' of water so things are down a bit and you will have to dive to get a closer look. Crew let us stay out the whole time even though most of the other passengers gave up after a brief swim. I went on a different trip into Biscayne National Park where the water was 3-8' and I saw much more. I felt like the bottom of the water at this location was too deep to enjoy as much and was disturbed with less life. Overall a GOOD trip with experienced crew and a great time.

I've only used this shop twice to fill my tanks. I have had to go back each time because the first…read moretime they didn't fill my tanks properly. Sent me back with about 3200 PSI in my HP100 tanks. The second time around I asked for 32% nitrox. I checked them at the store with their analyzer and they gave me 34% and 41%. When I questioned them about it they said their analyzer was broken but they were certain the tanks were filled properly with 32%. I checked them at home with my analyzer and they gave me 34% and 41%. So far I cannot say anything good about this shop.

I bought some gear in advance of the course and discovered that the on-line research, no matter how exhaustive, is not a replacement for actually trying out the gear.
