Each room is equipped with the shower and shampoo, conditioner body wash. (smells like oranges) extremely refreshing ! If I had more time, I would've loved to book back to back sessions. After my session, I got to speak with the staff and was informed of all the different programs I have that can help with sleep, stress and even pain relief program. My creative flow was blocked, finding myself feeling stagnant, less motivated and I figured my physical chakras were unbalanced. I practice Reiki self-treatment to reduce stress, but somehow I needed another Healer's energy, guidance and to help me amplify my very own natural healing ability. Glecie always provides a calming, pleasant and safe space; this is not the first time I have received Reiki from her. During my Reiki session, I was very relaxed, warm, and light as a feather. I felt myself letting go, worrying less and thinking more clearly. When it was over, Glecie briefed me on what opened up during my session and everything resonated with me. Turns out that I needed to do some Root chakra work to help align with my other physical chakras.
