The oxtail pho is incredible, meat is so tender and falling off the bone. As is the filet mignon pho. We have only eaten the pho, no other dishes. Best pho in Redlands, such incredible flavor, good value, service, and location. We have done take out pho as well and it is always packed well with everything separate so you can assemble at home. read more

This is probably some of the worst service I have ever encountered. The servers there are either incredibly rude or completely clueless. I usually go here because it's close and convenient. I was given a gift certificate to go there and was told I couldn't use it because they got a new manger?? Rather than approaching the situation nice and professionally she began having an attitude with me regarding something she clearly didn't know anything about. I would not recommend coming here since the servers feel the need to be bothered by questions or having to do their job in general. read more

The food here is SOOO delicious. We had ordered the shrimp fried rice (which I totally recommend) and it is so good probably even the best shrimp fried rice I've ever tasted. I would recommend to ask for extra shrimp because once you get a bite of it you would want to ask for more. read more

Near to my house! Good and delicious Vietnamese food. Excellent customer service, lot of choices of food, and clean place . Affordable prices! Highly recommended for families and friends read more

Love to go back here to grab a quick lunch, great for casual dining!

Sadly disappointed. This has been our go to Pho restaurant for the past 18 months since we first moved to Redlands. WOW it use to be SO delicious. I'm not sure what happened but within the last 4 months or so the quality has severely DIMINISHED!!!! Today was our third time being disappointed with Ocean Pho'... we gave them 2 more chances then we should have. But I wanted so bad for them to redeem themselves. Now we are forced to find another Pho' restaurant. :( read more

The best vegetarian pho with vegan broth, vegetables, tofu...pero 3 stars for the wait time for both in house orders & to go orders. Also if you think you can call in a to go order, good luck cause they won't answer the phone. The Ocean Pho on San Bernardino Ave. is 2 stars better than this location. read more

Great pho, nice establishment, good service, open late, good prices. I would recommend ocean pho

I ordered pho with everything on it. I asked them if they can also add beef meatballs and they said it's a $3 extra charge for 4. I was disappointed and felt cheated because they charged me for 1 piece meatball cut into 4 pieces. Also, the service was slow and even though the soda refills are free, it seems like they frown when you ask for one! Skip this one, there are other pho places that are better. read more

First time here and was NOT disappointed ! Great food selection, prompt and attentive service, great prices and importantly food tastes great upon arrival. Service was quick and food was delivered to the table promptly. Restaurant is aesthetically nice and clean. Definitely worth a AAA recommendation ! read more

highland recommended. the staff are so friendly and go above and beyond with your needs. my family always order the pho #1

Modern and clean describes this location, plus they have TVs to watch your games. Try to get there early so you don't have a long wait for your food read more

I had Beef Pho for the first time yesterday..it was amazing!!!!

For a Vietnamese chain restaurant they are pretty awesome. I have had the sandwiches, pho, and filet mignon they are all really good. I would definitely recommend them for quality and service. read more

Worse service ever. Poor service. Waitress with an attitude. My food took an hour to appear in front of me and then when it does, wrong order! They are trying to explain one cook. Then the waitress who took the order bangs on the door of the kitchen and starts to yell at customer..my son and me. My son is a chef who knows food. They are trying to tell us that my order did not go through because their machine is not working!!!! read more

I will be honest the vegetarian Phó tasted good. It is really sad that in the middle of the afternoon on a Thursday we were told to not sit at a table because it seats 6. I could understand that if the place had little seating available, but there was only 2 tables with patrons and the majority was empty. The owner and the young man serving the food were both horrible at basic customer service. The young man brought out the food and put it on the table and that's it! Never asked how we were doing and walked away. The owner was acting like a complete jerk even when taking our order. He acted misogynistic toward my wife. It took everything to keep from reacting. Like I said, good food but horrible customer service. Good luck read more

The fruit smoothies are great. The Bahn-mi's are some of the best I have ever had. Really good bread. Also loved the mango with sticky rice. Yum. read more

Best place ever!!! Very clean and organized food was very satisfying and the price is amazing.! I recommend this place. Staff were awesome!

I've never eaten at the restaurant; we just order to go every time. We also have tried nothing more than the seafood porridge. We love it. We highly recommend it. read more

This place used to be decent, now they suck. I don't know why anyone would go their anymore. I used to order pretty much the same thing every time and it's got progressively worse the last few times. Worse to the extent that it truly confused me how bad it had become. The veg was wilted and old looking, and the sauce was so much different in a bad way. Everyone else I know agrees that the food is practically inedible now. Wish them luck, they'll need it if they keep this crap up. read more

The place was nice, but when I went this time they had all the windows covered with wood that was painted black. No view of anything. The TVs used to show television but they had a screensaver on them. The bar that people used to sit at had seats but they are storing stuff there now. The pho came out before the appetizers. Service was not good. I won't be coming back. Seems like they have new owners/management. Just not the same read more

We used to love it, they seemed to have switched cooks though and now the food is different. They used to have the best fried rice, now it's just bland. Time to find a new Vietnamese joint. read more

Clean restaurant, The food is top notch and the prices are amazing. My only complaint is that the waiters could have been more attentive. There were times where I wanted to subtly get the waiter's attention for things, but they were acting like they didn't see me and I noticed they were avoiding eye contact, so I had to wave my hand to get their attention. I do understand that waiters get busy, but they could have at least said (I'll be right with you) or something to let me know they will come to me later. Other than that the food is the best, and I really mean that. It's absolutely delicious. And the price will always keep me coming back. read more

If you LOVE pho, this is not the place for you. I always like to taste the broth FIRST before adding anything else and I found theirs quite bland. Even after I added all the goodies, it wasn't much better. Also, their crispy fried noodles with gravy, veggies and meat (don't remember the proper name of the dish)is not good either. Instead of the noodles being fried, it seems like they use the noodles you get in a can at the grocery store. Not my favorite. Pho Mai on Waterman and Mill in San Bernardino is soooo much better! read more

So good and so cheap! Refreshing vegetarian options, great-tasting veggie meat, awesome option for any day of the week.

Their vegetarian dishes are pretty good! Their Pho is not the best but not the worst. Their service and orders for to go are horrible! Very disappointing and really unprofessional. First of all I ordered 15 mins prior to picking up. My order was wrong as well. I ordered an all beef meatball pho, but received the beef slice and meatball pho. I go in to pay for my to go order and while paying the lady answers her personal cell phone and is taking personal calls while on the clock handling customers. She's just talking on the phone and not even talking to me. Who does that?! I don't even think you should have your phone while working and taking a customer, very rude an unprofessional. They need to set some rules with their employees. Anyways after I pay, I waited an extra 10 mins for my order. I seen the older lady bring out an order right after I paid, I thought it was mine, but she didn't give it to me. She set it on the counter. Another person had came in to pick up their order and got it right away, even brought it out to her. So I thought that was a bit weird that I didn't receive mine when I already called and paid. After she was done helping the customer, I went up, and I asked her if my order was ready. She asked what I order and I told her. She looks at the counter and she said oh here it is, it just came out, and has clearly been sitting there for 10 mins. She basically lied to my face and even had the nerve to ask me if I paid when I had the receipt, and she also saw me pay when she was next to the other girl that was on her phone that had helped me out earlier and just walked away from me while talking on her phone. Didn't even apologize or anything for me waiting there for my order. On top of that my to go container was broken and the soup spilled in the bag and my order was wrong!! Honestly the worst service I had, I can't even believe it. I wouldn't even want to go here again. This is the second time that they have been rude like this, so I just had to write a review. read more

I now know why the reviews vary. I ordered take out last week, #4 with egg rolls. Egg rolls were a little over cooked but Pho was great, not too oily, great flavor, they snuck in ox tail which I thought was beef tendon. I ordered a #6 with egg rolls today. And broth was bland. I'm not sure if it's different broths for each combination or maybe a different cook depending on day. But I really want the pho I had from here last week read more

Extreme disappointment with the service and welcoming! Walked into a disaster at at 7pm today. The waitress/manager walked up to us after about 3 minutes of us standing around then acknowledged our presence. She asked how many in our party I said 2, she replied it's going to be a wait (as I was told this I glanced around and noticed the 5 tables that needed to be bussed) I asked how long of a wait? she replied I don't know, I asked is it going to be 10 minutes? again she replies I don't know. I asked should we wait? Not caring she said that's up to you - this was a first for me at any restaurant. I asked if there was a manager here? she said no with a stern look. So we left. I've been here several times, in fact to all 3 locations. The food is good however the service is hit and miss, today it was a total flop. The lack of customer service experience was obvious with this person. Dear Ocean Pho if your service was as good as your food this location would strive, please spend more time training your staff or hire people with personalities. read more

I would rate this place zero. We had to ask someone to take out order. An hour after walking in, still no food and the order was very basic. Don't know if they can get it together. Not planning on ever going back here . They need a manager keeping an eye on thrm read more

Went here for the first time on a Sunday night. Dining room was half full. We ordered two Thai dishes and a large Pho. The rice came out in ten minutes. Forty-five minutes later none of our dishes had surfaced. We asked how much longer and an embarrassed young girl apologized and said another 15 minutes. She was sorry but there was a party of about fifteen that had slowed them down. We left. On the way out she offered to sell us the pad see yew that was FINALLY ready. She said the other dishes were 10-15 minutes behind and we could buy the pad see yew. No apology, no manager, no owner showed their face. No offer to comp the one dish that was ready. We will never return. They are incompetent and will likely be out of business soon. read more

Ordered take-out here for the first time tonight. The menu was very extensive: like 10 pages. It has many different versions of traditional Vietnamese pho, rice vermicelli dishes, fried rice and fried noodle dishes to choose from. I usually like pho the most, but I will not do that for pho. So, I ended up ordering summer roll and rice vermicelli (with pork skin, charbroiled pork and spring roll). Everything tasted good; $ was also acceptable. Staff were also super courteous and patient. I will definitely be back again to try their other fried dishes for take-out in the future. read more

Great neighborhood place. Convenient, good food, priced right and friendly staff. I really like the chili lemongrass beef; hard to find elsewhere. Definitely check it out read more

I have had other Pho before but this was great, really enjoyed it. Clean place and great menu, food and drinks are priced well, I will come back again read more

The flavor of our chicken pho and flank steak pho was fantastic! We both got a large amount of protein in our pho, which was a pleasant surprise. However, mine had incredibly way too many noodles and not enough broth. We also enjoyed the flavor of the pepper and lime chicken wings, however they needed to be fried a bit longer because the skin was very chewy. read more

SO good. The filet Pho is incredible and the serving is huge. The beef Banh Mi was also really, realllly good although I could have used more beef on it. I definitely recommend this spot. I moved here in October and it's definitely one of the best meals I've had in Redlands so far. If not the best. Yum! read more

Pretty chill atmosphere here. Definitely nice place for younger couples in the evening. They set a modern tone by playing some latest hit music, from hip-hop, r&b, sofrock. Really chill. The food is just average, nothing special. It isn't the best I've tried but good enough in my taste. The serving portions are decent as well for the price. The reason for the 3 stars is (1) I did a to go order, and ordered the charbroiled pork and vermaseli, and side order of chicken wings. I requested that the vermaseli be substituted with rice; and I repeated this twice. Sure enough, they botch my order and give me vermaseli. The wings were dryer than the Arabian desert, and I think they know this because of the type of sauce they serve it with, which is very soupy/watery, which isn't a sauce. It had a little heat to it which I liked, but the sauce was SUPER OVERWHELMING of garlic. If I had to say, they probably put 2 or 3 cloves of garlic, which is a lot. (2) I ordered Thai tea with bolba; and the bolba was stale. They are the pre packaged Thai teas, which I totally hate and would not have ordered if they had told me before hand. But overall this place is pretty average. read more

This is a great place for vegan Pho! Brand new renovated restaurant with I believe new owners.

This restaurant serves very fresh and delicious food. There are lots of choices on the menu, including choices for vegetarians and vegans. The broth in my vegetarian pho was outstanding. The veggies egg rolls were delicious, filled with vegetables and crunchy, not greasy. It was very crowded the day I was there, but the service was good. Parking is an issue, however. I'd recommend going before or after rush hour. read more

Been here twice for takeout. The service was great. There was a mistake made on my order (partly my fault, partly theirs) and they fixed it immediately with no additional charge. The pan fried crispy noodle dish is really good as is the chicken pho. My only wish is that they had a vegetarian pho. But otherwise really happy with this place, especially since they are so close to home for me. read more
