They have 3 spots to dump so that totally helps with lines (it can take forever to dump on weekends, especially Sundays when everyone is rolling out) so this is huge. The whole process was efficient and easy. The convenient store is also nice but the bathrooms were eh, not the cleanest. We'll be dumping here on future camping trips in the Payson/Pine area, for sure!

That said, Costco is still better than nothing, and has the edge over Sam's in at least two ways: better gasoline prices and a wider variety of better quality free samples. The employees at the entrance and exit are also very friendly and good at what they do, keeping the lines moving along, and the cashiers are also very efficient. I really appreciate the additional personnel who pre-scan items while I'm waiting in line so that I can then just breeze through the cashier part of the transaction. They also accept Apple Pay (as long as it's tied to a Visa card) which makes the process even more efficient! Now for the not-so-good, and the number one reason why I feel so adamantly that I would ditch Costco for Sam's if it ever became feasible: Costco absolutely cannot be trusted to be stocked with your weekly grocery staples. One week the big-@ss bag of frozen peas will be available; the next week it won't. One week the frozen broccoli will be available; the next week it won't. Unlike Sam's, Costco does not provide any helpful signage identifying where things are; they do this deliberately so they can shuffle things around on a frequent and regular basis in the hope that you will make additional impulse purchases while on an unnecessary but deliberately provoked wild goose chase for the items actually on your shopping list. As for the crowds about which many reviewers complain - there are better and worse times to go to Costco. I've found what I believe are better times (but am I going to give away my secrets? Not on your life, hee hee!!!) So, balancing the good against the bad, I rate Costco a solid "C" = aka 3 stars.

As usual, we were in and out within 1.5 hours. Above and beyond service as I suspect they were able to fix my driver-side window that was causing me issues over the past six months. We typically use synthetic for this vehicle. Earlier in the year we were able to do an oil change with Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Baseline near the 202 Extension (new location). We were charged synthetic prices but our oil change sensor had us at 10% within three months with limited mileage - more or less, we weren't given synthetic, but charged as if we were. This has never been the case with the shop at Super Star who we've been using for at least 5 years.

He said that needs a full detail. Something that two attendants confirmed were included in the service they just sold me a day prior actually needs a full detail... amazing. I tipped the attendants but I regret it. Anyway, they are a complete scam. They also won't give you the online price so beware of that when shopping around. The prices are actually $15 a month more than advertised. Also, if you're the customer service team and you're reading this. Please don't comment to email in.
