BUT, we popped in here to dump our camper and it is honestly the nicest dump that we've found! They have 3 spots to dump so that totally helps with lines (it can take forever to dump on weekends, especially Sundays when everyone is rolling out) so this is huge. The whole process was efficient and easy. The convenient store is also nice but the bathrooms were eh, not the cleanest. We'll be dumping here on future camping trips in the Payson/Pine area, for sure!

Signed up for the monthly service while RV'ing for three months in Payson. Was told when signing up…read morethe service was month to month, "just come in or go online and cancel before the next billing cycle." Cancelled online on the 30th (with confirmation messaging), billed for another full month on the 3rd. Called to confirm cancellation and get a refund and Brittney (sp) said "If you'd come in we could do it in person, same day, but cancelling online takes seven business days." Ocean Blue is not disputing the timing of cancellation events, they're just not refunding because "(I) need to allow more time to process the cancellation online." Using their self-service, online, automated form takes longer?!? No refund; no escalation; final answer. I stomach one star for an average / adequate car wash service at a fair price. Would much rather give zero stars for shady business practices and treating their customers like dupes. Stay Away.

This isn't the cleanest gas station, with trash cans over flowing and restrooms in just ok condition, but it is friendly. What I like best is the dump stations. I caught it. I fixed the issue and scanned the additional item, so there was 5 drinks total. Then she proceeded telling me not to pay because she needs to check it. I said they are all there. Then she starts asking what I had. So I said forget this, you guys are so lazy. If you would have the normal machine open we wouldn't have having this issue. Even I know the self checkout machines ring out Monsters as mikes hard lemonades. But instead of doing their job, telling customers they are wrong rather then just ringing them out instead of just staring at people talking is easier. I will never go to this Circle K again. I understand it's hard to find employees but maybe find ones that don't yell at customers and rude when they are the reason there was an issue to begin with.
