BUT, we popped in here to dump our camper and it is honestly the nicest dump that we've found! They have 3 spots to dump so that totally helps with lines (it can take forever to dump on weekends, especially Sundays when everyone is rolling out) so this is huge. Cancelled online on the 30th (with confirmation messaging), billed for another full month on the 3rd. Called to confirm cancellation and get a refund and Brittney (sp) said "If you'd come in we could do it in person, same day, but cancelling online takes seven business days." Ocean Blue is not disputing the timing of cancellation events, they're just not refunding because "(I) need to allow more time to process the cancellation online." Using their self-service, online, automated form takes longer?!? No refund; no escalation; final answer. I stomach one star for an average / adequate car wash service at a fair price. Would much rather give zero stars for shady business practices and treating their customers like dupes. Stay Away.

Want a great cup of coffee, try Speedway. Each cup is freshly ground then brewed within seconds. and at a buck and a half for a 20 ounce cup its a bargain.
