I did an exchange for a propane tank, no issues but when we got to the campground the valve would not open. Good thing we had the small ones to cook but on our way home I went to ask about an exchange for the defective one. The assistant manager was so rude and said she couldn't without a receipt. I told her one was not offered or given to me but I could show her on my bank app, I made one purchase only. She grabbed some keys and barged off and the cashier said to me "Did you hear her she said to follow her." As I met her outside by the second door she snapped at me and told me "This is the last time I do it without a receipt." My tank was still full and heavy from the fuel, this behavior was uncalled for and unprofessional. This has always been our stop before getting to our campground, never again will we go again. read more

The ONLY car wash you will leave dirtier than you arrived.... 10 dollars will get your vehicle covered in sewage water, have no idea how this self car wash is even open.. there are pristine self service washes in fountain. Hills with dozens of wash options, literally spotless, and they charge $3 for 5 and a half minutes... this absolute dump charges people over a dollar per minute. I'm sitting in my truck writing this, all my windows are caked in water stains. Pissed the heck off. read more

Payson is a Big little town with many options for gas, but when Speedway came to town it was a very good thing. The place is busy with many pumps, and the store is big with lots of options. Want a great cup of coffee, try Speedway. Each cup is freshly ground then brewed within seconds. and at a buck and a half for a 20 ounce cup its a bargain. This isn't the cleanest gas station, with trash cans over flowing and restrooms in just ok condition, but it is friendly. What I like best is the dump stations. They have 3 stations that have always been in great shape every time. Its an amazing convenience and a great incentive to grab snack and fill'er up! read more

the new car wash isn't an improvement. Had to have an attendant explain it to me. The blowers did not dry my car. The only dry part was the top. My friend was behind me and said my car was flowing water as I pulled out. The same happened to his car. Guess I won't use it anymore. Plus it eliminated two jobs.. read more

Filthy. Trash all over, bathrooms filthy. Zero respect or care for the grounds, the amount of trash is reminiscent of Mexico. The last few times we used the dump station which is the only reason we stop here extremely creepy obviously on drugs people always walk up to us asking for something. Clientele in the area is sketchy so the areas become very run down. Glad we sold our cabin several years back. Beautiful area but the locals are bringing it down. This place was so busy for holiday weekend. Customers service was great and the assistant manager even helped us rescues a lost dog that was stuck under a car. Restrooms were very dirty but if you're just passing through not bad. read more

We stopped here after a road trip and some fishing at the trout lakes. Half the pumps were out of order and every one of the window wash buckets was empty. Our windows were covered in bugs and dirt from the lake roads. We had to stop at another gas station to use their wash buckets. read more

Terrible. Posts "masks required" but most of the customers ignored. When I asked the clerk why the sign was up, she said "I can't enforce it." My reply" If you can't enforce it, why have it up?" Answer: it's company policy. Stupid. The folks behind me without masks were bumping me, laughing, and coughing. Lady working evening shift on 12/04 overcharged us for drinks! Tried letting her know & she tells us we took 5 big gulp drinks & 2 icee! When in actuality we got 3 big gulp drinks & 1 icee! After reading the reviews I guess that's common. She's blind and/or doesn't remember things as they happen. read more
