The next day I returned and got the soft serve twist in a cup with Nutella sauce and it hit the spot perfectly. No gloves and no washing hands between. The employee also likes to hand you your soda cup buy inserting her hand in the inside of the cup, right after mopping. There are other food code. Violations clearly visible but am leaving it up to the state inspector to do his job. The employee seemed fine touching cups on the inside, food and food trays and cleaning supplies simultaneously with no care. I am sure her food handlers card is up to date.
