Absolutely love this place! Go here even if you keep freshwater fish like me. I have been in search of a quality aquarium and solid wood stand for about 2 years. I have been in the hobby for almost 7 years and you will not find one unless you go custom. I figured to see if Ocean Aquatics could help me. Sure enough, I went to Ocean Aquatics where I was greeted by Ken. I explained to him what I was looking for: quality 4ft tank with a professional stand. He built a custom tank and stand with me online and told me he could get to me in less than a week. He didn't pressure me or anything as well. So I bought it and couldn't be any happier with my purchase! On pick up day, I determined the stand couldn't fit in my car. Kody was able to help me deliver the stand to my house, and move it to the room where it would be. Ocean Aquatics is my FAVORITE place to go for my saltwater aquarium. Brian and Kenny just recently helped me upgrade from a 50 gallon to 120 gallon and gave me all the information and products I needed to make it go as smoothly as possible. Have questions? Yesterday was my first time walking in here honestly all I can say is best experience at a marine aquatics store I found them by their sign on the 10fwy every single tank in this store is perfectly clean best presentation on frags corals and fish all fish look healthy and they have a big selection everything was reasonably priced they are very knowledgeable on everything they sell they we're giving me tips and pointers for my tank since I am fairly new to the hobby I have gone to other shops in Rancho Cucamonga and LAX and hands down this smaller store still has better variety and better quality this store has truly earned my business and I will 100% be a regular customer here -thanks guys for a great experience shopping at your store 10/10 expiernce read more

Ken and Brian were incredibly helpful and passionate about what they do. Although I don't currently have a saltwater tank, I came in looking for plumbing parts for a big freshwater tank I'm setting up. After calling 10 different stores, Ocean Aquatics came through with what I needed, as well as provided plenty of advice on how to plumb my setup. I've never plumbed a tank but Brain gave me enough info to be confident enough to set it up on my own. They have competitive prices and a lot of cool saltwater fish. They can even source freshwater fish that are harder to find, so I'll definitely be back soon! We had come here last year before the remodel and we loved the customer service they had provided while we were out doing our research before jumping into the saltwater hobby. It's been a year and came back today and to our surprise there is a remodel going on but tanks fish and coral still look just as stunning as before. Once again customer service is amazing. They were able to answer our questions and help us out with our new tank. The fish they have are vibrant and actually look happy. We've been to plenty of fish stores where the quality of their fish are just simply bad and owners are just there to sell. I don't trust fish from anywhere except here. The best and healthiest hand picked fish AND coral. Quality is top notch and service is above and beyond. They pride on keeping their tanks free of any ick or other parasites. The coral are all happy, puffy and extended. Of all the times I've been in the store I have never left unhappy. They will share every bit of hands on knowledge they have and never steer you in the wrong direction. Great water testing in store too. It almost makes me sad when I go into other reef stores and see many of the livestock dead and unhappy because Ocean Aquatics has set the bar on what to expect from a dedicated tropical fish store. read more

The cleanest fish shop I've experienced! Assumed the "fish shop scent" was normal and unavoidable until walking into this place. The air is literally fresh and no scent. All of the fish and corals are in excellent health- big difference from most other places. The three fish I got from this place did not have 'rehoming stress'. Sparkly from the get- go. I'm confident they get their stock from reputable places and take good care of them while in store. Friendly and helpful staff. Went to the store with my bf so he could get water for his tank. Usually when I go to fish stores with him none of the staff bother to talk to me because I am clearly not the buying customer. This is the first store where the employees actually acknowledged I was there. Even a simple hi with some eye contact goes a long way and I definitely appreciated their friendliness. The store was very clean and there were some unique aquatic animals I had not seen outside of an aquarium. The tank of eels was cool and they had a large variety of clown fish. My husband , my daughter , and myself decided to take the drive down from the high desert area . The customer service here felt natural . No forced pretend friendliness. The owner appeared to have a lot of experience with tanks as his tanks are the CLEAREST TANKS I have seen in Redlands, Rialto, San Bernardino, and high desert areas. His store front is extremely clean ! No excess water all over the place and he actually has air conditioning running in his store which is nice when browsing . I'm not one to leave reviews but I can't say enough good things about this place. My husband and I are fairly new to the salt water life but they have never treated us like we didn't belong. This is the best Reef shop in SoCal. We got really lucky starting our salt water tank adventure with this shop. They are incredibly knowledgeable and have a huge passion for the hobby and doing the right thing. I stopped by today just for some RODI water and left with 4 designer clowns as well. Both of these guys are very friendly and knowledgeable, the store looks great, everything is clean and organized and they carry things most places don't. All the fish either looked very healthy or they were clearly in a quarantine tank being medicated. Every piece of coral looked fantastic and the prices seemed hard to beat, hence the 4 clowns hah. As someone who doesn't know much about reef life, I was blown away by the set up of the store. Automatically when my family and I walked into the store we were greeted very kindly. Kenny, the owner, started to show me around since it was my first time at the store, answering all the questions I had. I was amazed by all of the fish, coral, eels and even the sharks! This is my go-to place for corals, I've been to other shops, but i ALWAYS come back to ocean aquatics. They have quality corals for reasonable prices. Ken and Bryan are amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. They really do know their stuff, and are great for advice on coral/fish.
