They came out on a holiday weekend to assess the problem. Our radiant heat floor system is very complex and covers a lot of square footage. They came out and did all the work necessary to fix the problem. They explained in detail the issue, possible reason for the issue and different options on how to fix it (our choice). They even spent extra time to add/change things to make our system more energy and cost efficient. The price for all of this was very reasonable, even less than we anticipated. Why would you use anyone else when you can use the BEST! Thank you, Sanitary Plumbing & Heating for OUTSTANDING service.

These folks called me back, worked us into an already busy winter schedule during a pandemic, did a great job, explained everything clearly, and even taught me things that I didn't even know about my heating system. The estimate and final price were very reasonable. They sorted the original setup we had beyond just replacing the heater, including the surrounding plumbing as well. They were always looking for ways to do things economically, I think we can all appreciate that. Everyone was kind and careful enough for me during COVID-19, which I also really appreciated. Thank you.

This business is freakin amazing!!…read more I've never had to deal with a leaking hot water tank. What a mess they can make. Randy came out to take a look at it the same day I called. He was super nice, on time, and wore his mask the whole entire time. This is when amazing stuff started to happen....Phil showed up!!! What a great guy and is very knowledgeable about his hot water tanks, heat pumps, and furnaces. I totally was in awe of him. This company is very lucky to have him. Then there is the office staff....very helpful, always answered the phone, and always called to let me know Phil was on his way! Thank you guys for making my experience great.

The ladies in the office are so friendly and knew me by name when I stopped by. Randy handled the quote and was so sweet and easy to work with. Made me feel assured every step of the way. Walked me through the new system and I think my garage was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. Pricing was exactly as quoted and there were even options that are more budget friendly as well as financing that was a piece of cake too!! Seriously wonderful people. Thank you pacific air for taking such good care of us.

He then told me where I i could order the part to avoid the mark up! I get the piece and it's slightly altered in that it's no longer a plug in. For reference, I requested quotes from 5 other companies (AAA Heating, Costco, Home Depot, Envirosmart, and Pacific Heating). Elite Mechanical provided me with the most competitive bid, and I appreciated the professionalism that they displayed. Daniel and Chad were both extremely patient in answering my questions and sharing their knowledge with me during the entire process. Compared to some other companies that I spoke to, I appreciated that they didn't try to pressure me into signing their bid or bad-mouthing other competing companies. They had excellent communication via text/phone/email, were punctual in showing up for appointments, and were timely in their work. I would highly recommend their service and have already recommended them to my friends and coworkers.

These guys are wonderful!…read more We had some issues installing some GFCI outlets. Oly Electric got back to us fast, gave us an accurate quote that didn't change, came out quickly and fixed all our problems. Several guys came out and they were friendly, prompt and explained everything clearly. It was only a few hours between reaching out and getting everything done. The cost was much lower than the quotes other electricians eventually got back to us with. Service calls like this often leave me feeling more stressed and exhausted, or in the best case feeling neutral and glad when they're over. This experience was great. I didn't think calling an electrician could ever be this nice. I almost wish we had more problems so we could call them back out.

I would have to say, in my opinion this is a winning team you won't go wrong going with them.
