Called and asked if they had any DITA Sunglasses, they said they had plenty in stock to just come by and take a look. When I arrived I was immediately welcomed! The lady took me over to the DITA case & had me try on several different pairs to find the one that looked great on me. I knew then I chose the right place to come to! After a few different pairs she had me try on the DITA Mach six & I fell in love & knew those were the ones! The customer service here is phenomenal, before she made my invoice she had me try on the sunglasses several times to make all the micro adjustments so they fit me perfectly! So I came in here to find a really cool pair of glasses because I'm sick of all the boring frames at Lenscrafters and Fashion Optical YAWN! Very helpful and informed staff worked with me forever ( I'm SO picky) and eventually I had what I wanted. Fast forward a year: The glasses somehow find themselves under the feet of my then three-year-old. Oh well. I put the glasses in a drawer and resort to the other 8 pair I have. Two years after that, while cleaning my stuff out getting ready to move I find these glasses and remember how very cool they were. I am in love with this optics store. They have wonderful styles of frames that I have never seen before on anyone! I bought a pair of every day wear glasses and I get compliments frequently. I loved the frames so much I went back and bought a pair of sun glasses. Again excellent service and precision vision. Then I bought a pair of computer glasses and when I was wanting another pair as I work in two different offices and keep forgetting to bring my computer glasses, one of the helpful ladies at Occhiali pulls out these frames that are 'out of style' and sold at a ridiculously cheap cost, from $400 to 90, for my second pair of computer glasses. They are so cool that I have to stop my work to tell folks where I got them! The staff are very helpful as well. I recommend this place if you are tired of boring frames! PS I took my sister there and she now is sporting a fantastic perfect for her pair of frames! read more

This is a smaller shop than the mega franchises but their selection is momentously better! I went in here to fix my Tom Davies frames and I didn't even have to wait, they only charged me for the parts which was fantastic. If I have to replace these frames I am going to go out of my way (and maybe dip into my savings) to get my frames here. They have a line from wood and gold that are especially interesting and caught my eye. It's hard to find places that have good service like this little boutique. I didn't even buy my frames here and they were more than willing to help. Will return in the future for sure. read more

The VERY BEST IN DALLAS! Look no further. Always a great selection of frames and the latest in lenses. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They always help me select the perfect frame for me. When I had my exam a couple of weeks ago, my opthamologist asked me where I bought my glasses as they matched my prescription so perfectly. I've purchased two pairs of glasses from Occhiali in the past three years and will definitely be back next time I need a new pair. The selection is great (a lot of non-traditional glasses), women who work there are very helpful (and will tell you if a particular frame doesn't look very good while helping you find one that does), and the customer service is excellent. After owning my first of glasses for about two months, I started having problems with the frame. I went back and they fixed it. When the problem returned, they sent the frames back to the manufacturer and got me a new pair (same style, but a new frame that wasn't problematic). This business seems to believe that buying high end glasses includes high end service, and it shows. read more

This store has the best selection of high quality eye wear and a knowledgeable, patient, and fashion conscious staff. I was visiting Texas to see family for the holidays and decided to go ahead and get a new pair of glasses. I got my eyes checked, took my prescription to Occhiali and found a really nice pair of glasses after about 30-45 minutes of seeing roughly 15 different styles that were picked out for me by the staff based on the shape of my face, eyes, nose, and my style. All of the glasses they chose were great and they provided great feedback when I tried on each pair. I don't shop for glasses often, so the input really helped me decide on the right pair. The only reason I give 3 stars instead of 5 is that it has taken a while for me to get my glasses. It has been nearly 3 weeks since returning to Chicago and I have not received any information regarding my glasses or the shipping without having to call and ask. The first time I called, I had expected the glasses to be ready after 5 business days (while I was still in Texas). When I called on the 6th day, I was told that the lenses did not pass inspection and had to be remade. The staff were helpful when I told them I would be leaving for Chicago the next day, they told me that the glasses would be shipping that day. It has been two weeks since I have been back to Chicago and they have not arrived yet. Upon calling to inquire, I was on hold and then was told I'd be called back with information regarding my order. I have yet to get a call back. I loved my experience in the store. Hands down the best glasses place I've been in and the most helpful employees around, but the overall lack of followup and relaying of information regarding my order that I am expecting has left a bad taste in my mouth. Once I was called back, I was sent a text message of the FedEx box. The picture or text did not include a tracking number and I am unable to see if I will be able to get my glasses before traveling out of town once again. --------------------------------------------- If you are able to stay in Dallas to and get your glasses, then 5 stars. Employees are incredibly friendly, insightful, and know their stuff about the product they are selling, but their experience with business across the country needs a little bit of work. I will NEVER due business with Occhiali again!!! I ordered lens for new frames on Nov. 6, 2020. The woman who helped had NO IDEA what she was doing!! She promised me that "everything would be great and she said not to worry." I had a feeling she was not to be trusted. My gut feeling was correct. I told her, after the glasses came back the 2nd time (not what I had ordered) that I was "done" if they came back the 3rd time not acceptable. . I called ,since it had been so long, and found out that, yes, the glasses had been delivered for the 3rd time and they were wrong!! No phone call... no nothing. The incompetent person helping me was sneaky and deceitful and never called to tell me but she sent the glasses back to be done for the fourth time. Fortunately when I called and found this out I told the manager and she said she understood and issued me a check. I couldn't believe how dishonest this person had been the entire time and oh did I mention that this company had my money from November 6, 2020 until Feb. 8, 2012????
