Scheduled our move about a month in advance. As times needed to change the movers did this at a moment's notice with no issues. They also went to an additional location and didn't mind working past the time originally scheduled(for a modest additional fee). Loading and unloading was quick and simple. She gave them a rave review, and I also had an amazing experience. They're very customer service orientated and very friendly. They were very affordable and gave me a good price. When I called them and told them what needs to be moved. they quoted me a price and there were no hidden fees. Just make sure you tell them the exact things that needs to be moved. So on the day, there were no surprises and I paid the same price that they quoted me. These guys are great! Our original movers ditched out on us last minute by not showing up and not answering their phones etc so we took to craigslist to find some last minute movers (the day after Christmas and needed them within an hour or so) David happily picked up the phone, gave us a price quote that was in line with the original place we went with if not cheaper as it was a flat rate ($260 for two guys and a truck for 3 hours). We signed off on it and he was at our door in under hour. They got right to work and moved us and all of our stuff out of our old place and into the new place in just under 3 hours. They were also nice enough to toss out our couches for us as we just bought new ones. Dave and his team were nice, polite and did everything that they needed too and then some for us. We are customers for life with them as they did us right and in the 11th hour at that for us too. I will be sure to pass his name along to anyone who is moving, and happily so. STAY AWAY. Do NOT use a moving company that charges by the hour. Hire a company that will come out to your house, and give you an estimate to move all your items. This company is a joke. It took them 14 hours(10am-midnight) to move the items in my 3 bedroom/2bath house, which wasn't very full because it's just me and my wife. All my stuff could fit in a two bedroom apartment. And the move was less than 5 miles away. The two man crew took 6 hours to load up the truck, which was a U-haul rental(not even their own company truck), fifteen minutes to drive to my new house, and another 8 hours to unload. It took them over an hour just to take the washer and dryer upstairs because they didn't have the necessary tools to lift them (ie, the straps that go over your shoulders to lift the washer/dryer with your legs instead of relying on your forearms to support the weight). This was the worst moving experience ever. Not just because it cost over $700, but the ridiculous amount of time it took as well as watching these two guys handling my things and not knowing what they were doing was extremely stressful. read more

Called Dave and talked to him in depth about what we needed picked up and delivered. He stated he would pick up our items the next day at 10am. I sent text and called to confirm NO ANSWER. I have called and text multiple time no answer. Called to see if items had been picked up and they had not. So disappointed because there are many companies I am sure I could have depended on and now I've lost a day...... Would not recommend for small pickup and delivery. Zero Stars - didn't show up and didn't call. Dave did call once before my appointment to tell me they were running one hour behind. But I waited at my storage unit for 3 hours. I called him several times, but he never picked up and never called me back. The last few tries went straight to voicemail, so he must have turned his phone off. I took a day off of work and it was totally wasted. Now I am paying for 2 storage units. No excuse for not owning up to the problem and not calling me with an update or cancel. read more

I give these guys 5 stars. They took care of my furniture and wrapped them with that saran wrap thing and blankets. They took good care of my things which I like. They were also fast and quoted me on a flat rate which wasnt bad. I like these guys coz there fast and strong and know what they are doing which is important when moving my art and furniture. Also they tried very carefully not to scratch the hardwood floors. I forgot the guys names but he was the tall skinny blonde guy with long hair and the hispanic guy. I used this company for a move from Newport Beach to Laguna. I was looking for a company that specialized in smaller moves (I have equal to about a 2-bed apartment), and wouldn't charge me thousands. Since I was delusional and thought I could move myself, I was late in calling and was panicked that I wasn't going to be able to find a mover for my upcoming move in two weeks. OC Quick Delivery was referred to me by a friend who lives in an apartment community in Laguna -- apparently this company is the recommended mover for the complex. Anyway, I reached out via text two weeks before my move and Dave responded immediately, and said he'd make it work (whew!). His price was incredibly reasonable (less than $500!). They charge a flat rate and then by the hour after three hours. The movers -- Gary and Dennis were just fantastic. They were on time and worked very quickly. They were friendly and careful with my things. They even helped me move some additional things at my new home that were too heavy for me. They were diligent with their time and highly ethical. I've used this mover (Dave Gebben) twice and had very pleasant experience. I even recommended them to friends that needed movers. I just used them again for the third time and am very disappointed with the movers. They DAMAGED my walls, the floor and dented my new refrigerator. These 2 guys came to do my move (Justin and Mike). My move was scheduled at 1pm and they showed up at 6:30pm, they said their truck broke down. They were very slow and the move lasted until 4am. My first two move with them were 2 hours long. When they tried to carry my refrigerator down the stairs, they scraped my walls and chipped the laminate floor. When my refrigerator came, there was a big dent on it. We are so terrified by this moving experience, and will definitely not use them ever again or recommend them to anyone. This is the WORST moving experience I've had and I've moved probably 7 times in the past 10 years. read more

THE REAL THING. Gary, Dennis... and Dave (Coordinator) did a great job. They moved my family over 2 days... the first day was extremely tough - 3 big machines in the garage & some VERY heavy furniture. I felt they were prompt, courteous, conscientious, honest. Just guys working very hard to make a living. They do a lot of wrap (automatically) on so many things (I guess on everything that could be bumped in transit, etc), and will apply special care to anything you wish. I used this mover last summer, 2012. They did a good job, worked real hard. From what I'm reading about them on yelp, people seem to expect perfection from any mover they hire. Be reasonable, don't book movers or any contracted work on days you can't afford "life" to happen. Traffic happens. Unexpected difficulties happen (narrow halls, narrow stairs, etc). These movers did fantastic, they were flexible, affordable, and I am happy to recommend them to anyone. They moved me an hour away from my previous home for the best price I could find. read more
